This was the worst experience I have had since my husband DIED !! I had to much helpful information to give for a written review so please see and read all the attached photos, so that you don't leave out with a "HOT CAR FROM HELL- GOING TO THIS PLACE." I had very bad 'Mis- diagnosis" over and over and over again! That cost MONEY! I went there so many times with the same issue that I started out with and paid to get repaired. I spent practically $1500.00 and still had a hot car! Thank God for the HONDA Dealership, videos, photos, American Express and etc. This helped me to get my money back quickly.

HONEST! I was searching for an alternator because that is what Auto Zone said I needed. I called around and received a price from $1200 to $585. Ice Cold wasn t the cheapest, but after talking with the owner, I went with them because he was very upfront with me. I didn t want to risk getting a used/refurbished part and the differences were so far spread it was concerning. I paid a deposit of half, only to find out I only needed a battery! I was refunded the balance right away and even got a ride back to the shop after the work was finished! I WILL be a repeat customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Best car mechanic experience of my life. I went in with a deflated tire because of a nail and requested quick service to make it to an appointment. The tire was fixed within 10 minutes and they did not charge me anything. They refused to take any money. I will trust this place for everything my car will need from now on.

Had my dodge Dakota worked on here & they did a great job. Gave me a free inspection of all components. Fair pricing. Explanation for everything they did. I'll be taking all my vehicles here!

I called to have an engine swap done on my 2016 Hyundai Veloster. They quoted me 1700. I told him I would come up with the money when I finally came up with the money. The labor went from 12 hours to 16 hours and the guy that gave me the quote on the 12 hours doesn't work anymore although it was the owner or manager

yes my ac is fixed but they over charged me accordingly to everyone I talked to and put new parts on that where prob fine

I am on the fence. I took my 2 vehicles there in July 2022. Said I thought it seemed like the one vehicle was clogged or something with the AC. They said it was one thing. Then another and another. They took so many breaks. I was there from early am until after 4 pm. So while I waited, I had my nephew drop off my other vehicle for front breaks. At the end of the day, it seemed there was a clog in a lifetime warranty compressor, I think it was. So he made a deal, Nick, or the owner, so agreed and would pick up the next day. The item replaced was not put in my car as asked but I was over the whole thing. How can a lifetime warranty part have to be replaced and paid for again? I was there all day the day before.Now, on Jan 3rd, 2023, came back to have my breaks done. Talked to the lady, and my son and I went to the cafe and sat where I could see when they pulled in the vehicle and out. I got one call after I had seen it pulled out. Figured it was done. So we walked back over. The voice-mail was generic. I was told my breaks were already done in July. I said that the data entered was incorrect. Was told they were done as the agreement. So they didn't wait and just dis them. I asked if they looked like they needed to be done? She didn't know.She had a guy wait in there to tell me. Like I would start something? I know from the dealer it was needed, and they didn't agree. Oh, well. I trust the dealer, but they are far. I called them and said my breaks sound horrible 15 min after I left. Was told it does sometimes but can bring back, so I thought ok.So I came back two weeks later because my hubcap was damaged and was making noise as I drove and my breaks sounded like a train stopping.She said they fixed the hubcap issue, and breaks were greased or oiled.Came back again a month later, and a guy was at the front, Chris, this time, I made an appt, and he said something was folded, and they had to fix it. What? The hub cap was broken, and they didn't tell me.I called them and left a message a week ago with no return call.My breaks sound horrible. The wife always ref me to her husband, the owner, and I am not sure what happened, but I constantly feel and wonder if my breaks were ever really done since they keep saying they were done in July. The guy Chris couldn't answer that, but he was knowledgeable, and I just want my breaks done right. No squeaks and metal grind sound. And I want my hubcap fixed and not silicone like Chris said they had done the last time I was in. That is not being put back the way I brought it in. Crack by seat and hub cap issue... how can you break things when they are supposed to be fixed? Updated because I did call back TWICE and left vmails. You have my number, so why not make the effort when I returned so many times and called to inform you of issues and that 3 months later breaks are horrible. My word. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.Update: I spoke with the director and went to Tampa to get all the problems fixed and had other services done. They were great there and helpful in repairing the damages. I will never return to the above place nor recommend it to anyone. My other vehicle is still in limbo and acting odd but oh well. I would rather travel farther in the future or go elsewhere. Horrible customer service there but excellent in Tampa. Thank you very much Mr. Cox for all you did in this situation.

The staff is really wonderful and they really work with you to make sure your vehicle is at 100%. Every time I go I get wonderful service!! 5 stars for sure!!

So called A/C experts. I have gone six times, spent 2 hrs there each time and have spent around $1000 and still no A/C! They want me to spend another $500 to replace a hose. While sitting there, saw numerous upset customers. One was charged for new wipers which weren't replaced. Another guy wanted break pads, was told it would be $1100. Rip off pros!!!!

I came to this location after being given an estimate of $2,370 to fix my AC and brakes at another service provider. I was treated awesome, seen and repaired same day, and at $916. I just can t say enough about the owner of this place, he understood the assignment. He went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my Jeep. I left there feeling relieved knowing that I wasn t going to have any issues with my AC. Thank you Nick for making my day. All I can say is that if people are not happy with any of the services to ask for the owner and he will make it right without hesitation.I m one happy costumer and will definitely go back.Service: Air conditioning

Went in there with my GMC and he did two different repairs, I had check engine light, and said he would repair it the situation, he did not fix it got the car back check engine light was still on. I also had an which was a oil sensor on the oil pan. Gave me back the truck told me he I am now at another mechanic the oil exploring all over the all over the ground the same item he said he had fixed is broken not put on correctly. This place is bad. I'm very disappointed. I feel this was a scam. I spent over 350 and more. And got nothing fixed. TERRIBLE .

Took car in with a water leak issue was told it was the water pump. They wanted to do a flush n fill n replace the thermostat $1300. Ok I dropped off on a Saturday at 730. They called at 2pm n said ready to go. I decided to drive Sunday around 7am. I did not drive 20 miles n my engine light comes on. I pull over n lift the hood n there is no water in radiator. Well spent 1300 bucks will take it back Monday to hear the reason!Well took car in to find out that a hose was not tightened up. They made the repair n add fluid for the antifreeze I lost.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto water leak repair

These are the GREATEST bunch of men !!! My hubby won't take our car anywhere but here. Nick (the owner) had the nicest disposition and always ready to help. He's always done us right. The guys in the shop are always so nice and helpful to us as well. This is the best shop I've ever had. If you want low prices and the work done right the 1st time call them you won't be sorryKelly strong

So first things first. This business was prompt with getting my truck in, price was reasonable, and the customer service was great. Now for the best mark in my opinion. Mistakes were made and although minor, I took the truck back for remedy. They took me in immediately and fixed the mistakes right away. One thing is for certain, everybody makes mistakes, but how they atone for them is how they should be judged. Ice cold air mechanics and Rebecca at the desk were great and I'd definitely use them again.

I only leave reviews after some time has passed. I have now taken in 2 of my vehicles for a few problems. The service was fabulous. The guys were nice. I don t believe they tried to overcharge me or tell me something was wrong that wasn t. They got done with both vehicles within one day. My sonata had problems caused by another mechanic they fixed it. Both of my vehicles are running nice and smooth it has been a few months now no problems. I will be taking all of my vehicles to this shop for service!! I am very happy to have found such a trustworthy repair shop!I am editing my original review. I have several cars and I have taken my hybrid in to get fixed 4 times now and have spent almost $4000 and they never repaired it. I took it to the dealer finally to have it looked at and they asked if it was worked on by anyone Bc the wires and hoses have been messed with and nothing was done right so now I have to spend another $3000 to repair what they have fixed. So I will not be coming back to this shop. I would not recommend anyone take their hybrid to get it repaired here.

I had a 9AM appointment. Got there, they took my car right away. In a short time I was told what was the problem and parts needed. I approved the job and I asked how long it would take. I had a seat and a nice chat with the owner. A nice guy. Next thing I know my car is waiting for me at the front door. On time and pumping cold air. I also bought wiper blades that were installed. Well done. Fair price, excellent service. Can't ask for more. Try them, you won't be sorry.Service: A/C installation & repair

We took our car to Ice Cold Air Wednesday March 2,2022 for an oil leak. We were told it would take two days to repair because they needed to replace the oil pan and gaskets. 1000 was due up front for deposit and then when picking up the car we paid for the last of the work. However they didn't tell us til after we paid that the car could not be started.We have been without a vehicle because Ice Cold Air blew the motor in our vehicle and has not made it right. I implore people not to use this business for car repair because it is hard to get them to make things right. They avoid phone calls, won't return calls and didn't seem to care that their mistake has caused a lot of issues.After talking to Ford where they took the car to find out how they messed up it was found that the Harmonic Balancer was put on wrong and so when they attempted to start the car to return it to us they jumped our timing chain and tore up the motor.Update time:Nick made it right, we now have a rental and he has talked to insurance about moving things along. We are grateful that he took the time this morning to help out and help move this situation along. Once the situation is fully resolved I will update.Final Update:It took 10 weeks to resolve the situation to a satisfactory conclusion. I still can't recommend this company based on the fact that they knowingly caused engine failure in an otherwise perfectly sound car. If your car has a leak you are better off going elsewhere.We had nothing but problems with the insurance company, and Ice Cold Air and were not offered a rental until 6 weeks of being without any kind of vehicle. I will say that Nick did make sure that the rental was finally obtained but we are still waiting on the bank to refund the money for the repairs that were not completed.Do your research and read reviews to prevent this happening to you, and save yourself the hassle by finding a shop that does quality work and makes sure "accidents" like this do not happen.

Got my air fixed here. It was more expensive than I expected, but they explained what was needed and why, and worked with me to do part of the repair and then give me the same price if I did the other part within 30 days. They also stayed late to finish doing it when I needed my car for a work function the next morning. Would recommend, and will personally be back for other work if my car needs it

I went in a few weeks ago and spoke to Nick. Explained my AC problem. He was so polite and friendly. Brought in my minivan the next morning and had it repaired. They were able to beat any other quotes without compromising quality. Nick and Chris were very knowledgeable, very respectful.Imagine a middle aged Hispanic woman walking into an auto mechanic shop, super scary and intimidating of the typical stereotype, we are going to get ripped off. Very honest and professional. As I was sitting in their waiting area I observed as people came in with different service needs. They tended to all of them the same, very personal and eager to help, as if their mom's and dad's had walked through the doors. It didn't matter how insignificant the issue was they took care of their customers. I was so moved when an elderly man walked in saying his AC was blowing warm air, Nick walked out to take a look and something so simple as pressing the AC selector button on the dashboard, all done!!! The elderly man forgot how to switch heat back to A/C . Nick with a smile and patience sent the elderly man on his merry way. Any other place he would have gotten ripped off!!! I'm definitely going back for all my auto mechanic needs. Trustworthy shop! Got my AC up and running with a custom solution to help with my budget. My experience was great and I would recommend them. But I think something that stands a little stronger is what I observed while I was there. A woman and her daughter came in With an issue that I am not aware of But bottom line is it was a small quick fix And when she asked what she owed them. They did not rip her off. They said there will be no charge. Because it was a simple fix. The woman was in shock. Although not all fixes cost $0, This was a rare example and shows it's an honest shop!! When they could have easily charged her. Turn around time was also great!! If you have issues and it's in their scope of repairs bring it into him and they'll take care of you!!

So prior to taking my vehicle here for service, I always like to read Google comments to decide on whether I should patronize the business or not. However, when the business consistently gives generic replies on the negative reviews as well as positive experiences, it shows the business really doesn't care one way or the other. No personal responses to either negative or positive reviews. Show some respect to your customers!Regardless, I did visit this location for an estimate but they were significantly higher than other local shops. Morrison's Auto Repair just down the road was professional and more in-line with other estimates. Excellent work with NO SURPRISE charges..

I came to ice cold air to get a couple things looked at & fixed on my Jeep Compass since i am new to Fl. I seen good reviews so i had a good feeling about coming here because i am a female & i really dont know much about cars Ha!!! Was i wrong!! Im guessing they seen easy target on my head & tried to greatly overcharge me damn near $400. I shopped around for a better price & every shop was was cheaper than them.. smh bad business trying to get over on people especially women & older people! My brakes and rotors were $200 less & so was my hub bearing for my car.Services: Auto engine tuning, Wiper blade installation
