If you own a Hyundai this is the place get your car looked at or do maintenance. We highly recommend a mechanic by the name Ervin. I am sure there are other wonderful mechanics that work here, but he has never steered us wrong! They do work on other vehicles also and do a great job, but they are a Hyundai place. They are reasonable with the costs of repairs. Give these guys a try you will be glad you did!!!

Always a pleasure dealing with my service advisor of many years Shaun Koch with New Port Richey Hyundai. He takes great care of me and my car needs. I have complete trust in him and would not go anywhere else. Sean goes above and beyond, and then some for all of his customers, and treats everyone with kindness and respect.Also, if you re in need of purchasing a vehicle, ask for Joshua. he is a very experienced, kind and trustworthy sales rep who I will be dealing with in the future if I ever decide to buy another car.

Came in for an oil change and a complimentary wash. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and informative. Only issue is the length of time it takes. I had a ride which made it easier to leave and return. It was finished almost two hours after my appointment. Overall, great experience!

Shaun is awesome!!! I always feel taken care of when Shaun Koch is my advisor. He talks to me about what needs to be done now or can wait for a later date, and I feel I can discuss any concerns with him. I. think he really wants to take care of his customers.

Appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of every person at this dealership. It s always been my favorite! However, I dropped my car off for routine maintenance. That was supposed to be an hour and a half or two at the most and I was there nearly 3 hours. Without access to Internet to try to get some work done while I waited, it was entirely too long. Something needs to be done about the service department. Perhaps you need to hire more help or don t overbook appointments. Thanks for asking!

My Service Advisor Devin was FANTASTIC! Couldn't ask for a better person Kind Helpful Kept me up to date on details! Thank YOU Devin! YOU are the BEST!The Service Center did good work however they did NOT put a sticker on my window for my next oil change? They did however take the old one off!The People who painted my bumper! Like I could not believe how PERFECT it looked at pick up! Thank YOU to the Painters!

Honestly worst service appt ever.First was told that condensation in headlights is normal since when??? Cause that to me means a broken seal! When I argued this point the sales person said I ve dealt with 50,000 cars and this is normal and i can explain it to your husband when he comes to get the car! FIRST OFF NO, it s my car and just cause I m a woman doesn t mean I don t know what I m talking about. Told him to just enter the issue and if Hyundai refuses it then I will deal with Hyundai.However this is a BRAND NEW car 6 months old and under full warranty!Then I was told they would rotate the tires change the oil do an inspection and any other needs before pick up! got a text stating a new air cabin filter was needed um in a car that s 6 months old I don t think so!I left the car there from Friday evening till whenever they could get it to and got a text 3 hours later starting it was done Picked it up sat around 11 and low and behold1 NO TIRE ROTATION OR AIR FILLED2 NO FLUIDS FILLED (I ran out of washer fluid right before I brought it in and it was still EMPTY when I picked it up) so how do I know all the other fluids were filled properly!?! I don t3. NO UPDATE DONE THEY SAID WAS NEEDED AND THEY WOULD DOand to top is off was told we replaced the driver side headlight but the passenger side isn t BAD enough!I ve never dealt with such terrible service from any dealership in my life!

Super fast service for oil change and tire rotation. This was on a Saturday at 4pm and they closed at 5. The only thing they didn't do is offer to wash the car which they normally do. I booked my appointment online. They sent numerous reminders and it was easy dropoff and pickup. The hardest part was getting my husband to pick me up and drop me off. :)

I have been servicing 2 Hyundai s for the last 2-3 years at this dealership and I have been very satisfied until my last visit 2 weeks ago. I had 4 new tires installed on my Santa Fe and I was mistakenly charged for 5 tires on my invoice. Since I had other work done on the same invoice it was hard to see the mistake until I reviewed the invoice more thoroughly. I promptly called the dealership several times and left 2 messages with the service manager and no return phone call. I finally was able to speak to a service advisor who said that I may have to pick up a check for the refund at the dealership. I asked her if she could have the service manager call me and she said he would certainly call but 3 days later still no communication. I have no clue if they planon refunding my money or not. It would be a shame to lose a loyal customer over a billing mistake and horrible customer service. I feel like posting this view is the only way to get a response.Update: I am happy to say that the dealer refunded the money for the invoice mistake. I am updating my rating because I have always received high quality service for my vehicles and this location. I think some staff members may need some training with communication to make sure the customer is informed that an issue is being addressed.

I was very happy with my service this visit. They were open late which was extremely helpful since I had to have my car towed there in the evening. My advisor Jake was great, he called me after hours to let me know my vehicle was dropped off by AAA and then he called me again the next morning to give me an update and estimate. I was very pleased with the customer service provided.

I always get exceptional service when I go there for service. They always go out of there way to do what they can for you sbss keep you informed of what is going on with your car. They never pressure you to do a service for your car which o appreciate. They suggest what beefs to be done and what can wait. I appreciate that.Great Service

Over the weekend I had a ABS and Stability control light come on. On Monday I called the service center for the dealership and was told that they could not schedule anything for two weeks, but Lindsey advised me to come in to the service center and get my car in the queue. I showed up to the dealership Tuesday morning when they opened and Shaun came out and assisted me. I explained to him what was going on with the car and he said that there would be no issue getting the car repaired for me while I was there. Shaun took care of me and made sure I was aware of what was going on with the car while I waited. Thank you Shaun and Hyundai of New Port Richey.

Had a 1:00 p.m. appointment for a simple oil change. I didn't leave until after 4:00 p.m. plus they refused to honor our maintenance service contract. Even went to tell us sales department lied to us regarding what was covered.

Made an appointment and when checking in was told that service would take about one hour if I didn t have a car wash. I waived the car wash and sat for THREE (3) hours waiting. Clearly overbooked. Employees were polite and professional but a free oil change isn t worth the hassle

Very positive experience this morning. Customer Service was excellent. Arrived for 7:00 a.m. appointment and Service Advisor Lana W. was very helpful and efficient. I asked Lana how long I would have to wait and she was right on the money. Actually was ready a little ahead of schedule.

Today I came in for an emergency service and Moses accommodated. I needed the vehicle back promptly and Moses made sure he gave me a reasonable ETA and even called to give me updates on my vehicle while it was being worked on. Devin the service advisor was super helpful and nice. They took 3 hours to change my cars oil which is ridiculous since I had an appointment but fine. What wasn t fine was the girl that made my appointment didn t mention to me that windshields don t get done at the new car lot and made my appointment there anyways, knowing I needed to get my recall figured out.

Thought I was having a problem with some radiator issues. Soon as I pull up someone automatically filled my WW washer reservoir & checked my battery status. They weren't able to get to my problem due to back up in the shop & since I had a drive up issue. Sean ( Ser Rep ) arranged for me to have a courtesy rental. Their service & communication was excellent.

Oil & Filter change goodThey actually filled my washer fluid up which was rare, said they changed service to battery check and washer fluid fill before they take it in for other services.Very disappointing that I asked for my car to be washed and they wrote in big lettering WASH CAR.They did not wash my car!!I avoided this location because the last time I had a vacuum/wash someone went thru my center console belongings. I let the girl know what happened in the past so she kindly took pictures of everything in my car.Everything was just as it was this time.Will be heading to the other dealership for future services.

Hyundai dealership went above and beyond to accommodate fare pricing for new tires. Sean and the Saturday Manager was persistent with making sure all needs was met. Truly, you can feel confident as a woman they won't try to scam you with pricing and informing you what car issues that needs to replaced.

Like the Sales Department the Service Department is amazing. They are very courteous and reliable. They show that they appreciate your patronage and go above and beyond to accommodate you your needs. They are a throwback to the days where the customer was appreciated. Highly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richie for both sales and service.

The service person was very courteous and professional. Believe his name was Omar. You have a good team working together in the service office. I didn't have an appointment but they still got my car tire replaced without rescheduling. Only wish there was some proration for the tire that was replaced since it had less than 2,000 miles on it. This is my first experience with service there since car isn't even old enough for its first oil change.
