Amazing staff from the sales team to management to finance. I had a set price in mind with High expectations from a vehicle. What a great experience! Dana was charismatic, respectful, and so easy to talk with. He made us feel comfortable at every turn of our day spent at Hyundai NPR. It was the best experience at a car dealership I ve ever had! If you re looking for a new vehicle, check these folks out first, they treated us like royalty!

Hyundai of New Port Richey has always been a great dealership. Just got this new 2024 Hyundai Tucson and I love it. My salesman was nothing but professional and worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for. I have absolutely no complaints with my experience. This is my 3rd car from this dealership and I'm sure the next time I'm in the market for a new car, this is where I will be going. Highly recommended.

Even though the place is under renovation the staff was very courteous. Robert Hamm was our sales person. He was very truthful and didn't try to steer us to a vehicle we couldn't afford. We have had several Hyundai throughout the years and it's the only vehicle we considered when shopping for a new car. Thanks Rob, Bill and Steve for your excellent customer service.

Jeff Collier is amazing!!!! I purchased an ionic 6 from him on Wednesday. I sent him all of my info before I got there and picked out the car. He met greeted me with a smile, showed me my car, and took me for a spin in it. It s my first ev. I couldn t be happier. If you want a great deal and an honest sales person that helps you even after the sale. Jeff is your guy. I m a customer for life!!

Hyundai of New Port Richey really impressed me and my husband when going to purchase our new vehicle. They were efficient and so helpful with making sure our needs were met Anthony our salesman did a great job, going above and beyondto locate the vehicle we set out to buy with the specs and package we were looking for, He Continued to keep up with us after that day to make sure we were satisfied and we are happy with our purchase. It was a very seemless process and would recommend anyone looking to buy there new vehicles to go check them out .

Just had to bring our car in for an appointment to get some recalls completed, Shaun Koch took the car and said he would have it done by noon with a complimentary car wash. We were told over the phone the week before when we scheduled the appointment that we would receive a rental while they worked on it. When Shaun took it he said we would not be getting one so we had to pay for an Uber to get home instead as we were told we would have the rental to drive. We came back in the evening to pick it up and the person at the counter gave us the keys and said she didn't know where it was so we could go find it. Of course we couldn't find it in the dark so after looking for 10 minutes we came back in and asked her to help us find it. She eventually went out and found it but we had to go search for it first. Unfortunately when we went to get in the car we were surprised to find it covered in bird feces. Obviously no car wash was done. There is also a sign on the way into service that says a complimentary multi point inspection would be completed. Upon receiving the receipt it says that no multi point inspection was done because 'did not preform complimentary multi point inspection.' I hope at least the recalls were actually completed because everything else that was promised was not done and this was quite an expensive inconvenience to us. We had them fix a sensor on the door because our garage told us it was covered by a recall (turns out it was not) the part cost $100 and we were charged $600 for labor, such a fun day.Don't buy a car from Hyundai.

Fantastic, friendly, no pressure car purchase experience! Inquired about a new car via the New Port Richey website and their Internet Sales Manager, Nathan Blackburn, was quick to reply, answer all my questions and write up a truly unbeatable offer. Most dealerships I contacted would not provide that level of service via email, they all wanted to get me on the phone and to come into the dealership to give me the 2-hour sales pitch, not Nathan and not at NPR Hyundai. I was able to get a gorgeous brand new Palisade XRT for not much more than the used ones I was looking at. All around great experience. Nathan was extremely friendly, stayed well past his shift waiting for me to drive 1.5 hours out to the dealership, and gave me a great deal on great SUV, highly recommend!

Hyundai of New Port Richey literally has one of the worst service departments. I brought my Santa Cruz in for a car wash and an oil change. Was told 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. So after 2 and 1/2 hours he brings my truck up and it is literally covered in either rat or squirrel poop. SERIOUSLY?? Then when I point it out, the guy says oh did you want me to take it back and rinse it off? I m HELLO - ya think!!! So how long had my truck been ready? Why wasn t it brought up right after it was done?? What a bunch of morons!

Jake and Drew were very good salesman. They helped us find what we were looking for and showed us how to operate all of the accessories the Tucson has to offer. Steven was also very good and knowledgeable with the financing end. He wasn t pushy and explained everything to us thoroughly. We couldn t be happier with our purchase. Working with the sales team at Hyundai of New Port Richey was about as easy an experience as I ve ever had buying a car. From starting the process with Amber who made the experience of negotiating effortlessly, simple, respectful and with zero nonsense and pressure.Drew Anderson the product specialist was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with, and an invaluable part of my buying experience to make the deal. He went above and beyond and stayed well past closing to see that everything was ready with the new Santa Fe.Also the sales manager and finance office, Marc Nessel, who was also a delight to work with. There was no hard pitched nonsense here like other dealers I have worked with.These guys get 10 stars for making this come together that made me smile on the 2 hour drive home with a fantastic new redesigned Santa Fe. WOW!!If you want a great experience buying a great car. Buy one from Hyundai of New Port Richey they go above and beyond to make the deal.

Went in for a oil change service. Ease of dropping off and leaving was great. The free carwash was a nice bonus. Lilly my tech was incredible, she was friendly and very professional. This is my second New vehicle I ve purchased from Hyundai of New Port Richey. Both times, I was only going into the Dealership to get a routine oil change. The last time that I went in, I realized that I didn t have all the bells & whistles that I thought. Which meant my warranty had expired. The previous Finance Manager that help me with my First 2023 Hyundai Elantra didn t explain to me the full warranties to cover the vehicle for an extended period of time in which I originally thought. When I went to speak with the Finance manager Steven Ledesma he was very knowledgeable & concerned about my experience &/or happiness with my vehicle on going. He took the liberty of introducing me to Robert Hamm who was extremely patient & passionate about putting a smile on me & my daughter face. We went & found the perfect vehicle. Robert was so kind to show me all the safety features & gadgets that accompanied the vehicle. Both Robert & Steven went above & beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I am super excited about my 2024 Hyundai Kona. She definitely is kicking tails on the road & is built like a spaceship (laugh out loud). I highly recommend anyone to stop by & ask for either of the two. You won t regret it!

I highly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey. The service is top-notch, the selection of cars, colors and trim combinations is unmatched by any dealership in the area. My sales consultant Jonathan Simons was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. I did not feel rushed in making a selection. He showed me several vehicles. And at the end when it was time for the nitty gritty part that none of us like, negotiating a payment, he worked with me until we arrived at a deal that worked for me. After the sale is over he spent 30 minutes in the car with me explaining all the features of the 2024 Hyundai Sonata. This was a very welcome offering considering the advanced technology in the newer cars. The finance officer Kathy was amazing as well. She was knowledgeable, informative and helped me out with some extra warranty coverage. Overall, it was a enjoyable, minimal stress buying experience. When you got there, ask for Jonathan Simons. You won't be disappointed.

I just had to write a super positive review about our experience. When dealing with car salesman you re always on your guard, making the second largest purchase is nerve racking, stressful, and frustrating. Well I m happy to say when we knew our numbers going in and exactly what we wanted, we weren t met with resistance, sales pitches, mandatory optional packages, and were given one of the straightest deals I ve seen! Hyundai of New Port Richey has been great to deal with for all of our vehicle purchases over the past few years. This is our third purchase from Hyundai/Genesis of New Port Richey. Salesmen have always been friendly, and knowledgeable. The experience today was great even though the entire dealership is undergoing construction. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with how everyone assisted my mother with her new vehicle purchase.
