Roger is the most honest mechanic you'll ever meet! It goes above and beyond to make sure you're safe on the roads! I recommend friends, even family members to go and see him to work on your automotive problems!!! He is the best!

Very wonderful mechanics. My AC stopped working and Mike helped me find the issue and helped me resolve the issue. Overall 5 star, very friendly, honest and hard working indivitual. I would reccomend coming here first before going anywhere else for honesty and affordability. Thanks again.

Roger Hatfield is a very genuine and honest mechanic. He is especially kind, to the elderly and Women. He does not take advantage of anyone, and gets job done right the first time. Very impressed with him, and feel blessed to have found him. Thank you Roger.

Excellent! Fair, honest and professional. Transmission flush, power window repair. They also spotted a coolant leak in one of the main hoses. (I already knew it was leaking, but wasn't sure where the leak was) Price was more than fair. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back next time my truck has an issue. Highly recommended

Roger Hatfield is the best mechanic I know. He has taken good care of me for about 25 years now. Whenever I need him he is there whether it's a tow, a battery or even major overhaul of a system. His prices are fair and reasonable. He is honest about what is needed, what can wait. He built is business ground up and has been there for 30 years.

I came in today to have work done on my work truck and they did a GREAT JOB at a fair price. These guys are VERY HONEST and that's why I came to them. Honesty is very important to me.. Thanks to the guys who did a fair and honest job. Very satisfied.

We have taken our cars to Hatfield's for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied with the work and the workers. Roger, the owner, is a really nice guy who reeks of integrity and takes pride in his work and that of his crew. If your like me and have distrusted auto mechanics in the past, you can put that distrust aside--you'll get an honest evaluation of your car's needs at Hatfield's and a more than fair price if you decide to get the work done. I really can't say enough good things about this company--Just, stay well Roger!

We have remained loyal to Roger and Jim at the trustworthy and dependable Hatfield Autos, we are regular visitors to Hudson and luckily for us we are allowed use of a Windstar which is maintained at this facility. They are totally professional and reliable to do the job at a fair price, but a proper job, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Roger and Jim, you are really appreciated and I have no problem in thoroughly recommending you for service to the motoring public of Pasco and elsewhere,Kind regards,Ken and Sheila WU.K.

After a terrible experience in TN, I've had issues trusting auto mechanics to work on my vehicle. And after finding these guys I know I will go to nobody else. They know what they're doing. I've been there three times now and not only do they do honest work, they always saved me money each visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Go to Hatfield's! You wont regret it!

I was in the market for a good mechanic for many years, until a friend referred Hatfields. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness, excellent service, and affordable prices. Not once did they attempt to upsell me for anything I didn't need. The oil change was extremely affordable and they filled my tires and topped off my fluids. This place is a gem and the owner/proprietor comes very highly praised/referred. They even fixed my shroud which was dangling, without even telling me they did it. Sears had charged me money for doing the same thing in the past. Proud to call Hatfield's my mechanic.

Roger and Jim have been my mechanic for about a decade and really have been the best mechanic I have ever had in my life..They have dealt with the horrors I have put my vehicles through and have properly diagnosed my cars on multiple occasions.. They will not rip you off.. They are a pretty small outfit.. But They are ALWAYS busy and for good reason.. The locals know about them and often refuse to take their vehicles to anyone else..They have shown me an extreme amount of patience at times..I can not recommend them higher.. Well I could.. But Google only allows 5 stars..

Wow...not sure what happened to this place...I easily had a couple thousand in work done just over a year ago. with no problems...Roger, Steve were the best..NOW..Wouldn't go back after a taking two of our vehicles there for oil changes...called to discuss the drain plug being not even finger tight when the oil light cam on a month after the oil change.. THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS...This is a sad, sad deal..WTH?

If they had negative stars, this place definitely deserves one. Walk in at 11:00, no one acknowledged me, waited 20 minutes then some one they knew walked in and lo and behold, he got acknowledged before me after I stood in their dirty, cluttered "office" area. I finally speak to someone and tell them my car shakes when accelerating after being stopped and since my check engine light was on and came up with the same code AutoZone got for the thermostat, that's what they fixed. So now its noon and they tell me it'll take a couple of hours because the car has to cool down, okay, I'm thinking 2:00-3:00 it'll be done. Hell No! I call up at 3:30 to see status of my car, I got the excuse "oh, we had to take someone else's before yours, we'll try to get it started in the next hour". After walking back to this scrapyard place, I get there around 4:30 and they were just going to call me because my brand new shiny thermostat is in, and don't worry about that smell, it'll go away after you drive it for about an hour. Well, yeah, I needed the thermostat replaced but it never overheated and only started acting up after some other bozo shop replaced the radiator (and my heat & ac don't work after that place), but AutoZone kind of filled me in about the thermostat. But, my car still shakes when I accelerate so problem I went there for was completely ignored, just like I was! Hopefully I can find another repair shop that knows what they're doing because I can't take any more days off from work, like I did today, but, hey, if the car dies on my 30 miles to or from work, I guess I'll have plenty of time to take it somewhere, but if I lose my job because I can't get there I guess I won't be able to pay for the repair!

Amazing staff. Really intelligent and also know how to help any type of customer. I dont know how to thank them for they did for me. They saved me from Bayonet Engine. DONT EVER USE THEM. But Hatfields is the best old time mechanic living is our time. Need anything give him a shout.

After having our car for two weeks never updating us, or answering the phone, they decided to put oil in it, without consulting us first, then charged us for it, when the car was there for a totally different reason.... Wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy to them.
