The new rider course was the most fun and memorable experience I could have ever had. The rider coaches Rev and Mike made the weekend so enjoyable but also took the time to make sure every rider was safe and properly geared. They took the time to make sure everyone fully understood the techniques and exercises. If you re looking at getting your endorsement or just touching up on skills, I d recommend not only NPR Harley but also the best riding coaches, Rev and Mike!

Took the riding course with Rev and Tod and it was by far the best experience!!Rev was so engaging and really cared about the trainees took his time and was patient.Todd was knowledgeable and informative. Highly highly recommend this class to get your certification for motorcycle endorsement.

This was a hundred dollar pair of jeans. I think I paid half that when I bought 2 pairs. The other pair was thrown away last month. This isn't a review on the harley davidson dealership itself , but the product they are given to sell . I have reviewed this harley dealership in the past (at least the service department) and wouldn't ever go back for anything after my experience. Having said that, the staff are nice and it is a nice dealership.

I recently completed the motorcycle safety foundation (MSF) Basic riders course at Harley Davidson of New Port Richey. I found the whole experience absolutely amazing. Not only were the instructors Rev and Jay extremely knowledgeable. They made the course enjoyable and created an environment conducive to learning. If you are looking to learn how to ride a motorcycle you should absolutely choose Harley Davidson of New Port Richey and ask for Rev and Jay to be the instructors.

We a very happy with our new Harley that we purchased from New Port Richey Harley-Davidson from Steven Houseman. Steven was very patient with us and answered all of our questions that we had. They even stayed late with us due to insurance problems. And I'd like to say thank you to Amy for helping us with all the financial needs and with the insurance. And thank you to Steve for helping us with the rest. I would highly recommend Steven Houseman if you're looking to purchase a Harley.

I attended the Riding Academy at this dealership based on their reviews and they didn't disappoint. Rev and Todd were both excellent rider coaches and provided EXCELLENT instruction. They created a supportive and encouraging environment for us to learn. I highly recommend the New Rider Course at this location. Make sure you call ahead and ask to attended a course with Rev as the instructor.

Loved working with Harley Davidson at New Port Richey! They threw a beautiful 20th anniversary party! I had the pleasure of working with Maggie Baldwin, Ally Bang, and Kelly Russell on the balloons for this event! They were such a pleasure to work with. Amazing people not only them but everyone on the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming! It was a pleasure doing business with y all! Look forward to working with you guys again in the future

I just took the Basic Riders Course with RC William and I literally can t say enough great things about my experience! The course was great, the training was on point and I got way more out of this course than I even anticipated! William was super professional, safe, clear with instructions, effective in the classroom and on the course and very efficient. He helped me realize and reach a potential that I didn t even know I was capable of. My level of knowledge, safety and skill has increased exponentially! I m extremely grateful for the opportunity to have had Rider Coach William as my coach this weekend! As a tumbling coach myself for over 25 years and business owner for 14, I have trained many students as well other coaches and William is one of the best coaches I ve ever met! Thank you for the amazing experience!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying my streetglide from NPR Harley Davidson. My salesman, Andrew, was awesome and kept me informed while the buying process was going on. Ken in finance helped get me the best rate on my bike. Jason and the service staff made sure the bike was good to go for me. Andrew had his 2 year old daughter with him for a while. It was so fun seeing her interact with everyone. I am so glad that Harley Davidson of NPR has family values and helps their employees when they need it. I will keep coming back in the future because the staff makes me feel like family.

This place is amazing. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about bikes or riding, and now I m on the highway 3 days later. Rev especially is a great instructor. He does a great job of balancing fun with learning, and he s super encouraging. I m so thankful I went and I recommend it for anyone who wants to learn.

My wife and I drove from Brandon to Harley of NPR to lay eyes on a bike I saw online. We instantly fell in love as the pictures online did not do it justice. We dealt with Mr. Steve Gilbert, Mr. Mike and Mrs. Billi and they were the humblest and nicest individuals we have ever met. The entire process from the test drive with Mr. Steve to the finalization with Mrs. Billi was an absolute treat. Steve treated us like family from the moment we walked. I can say I have made some new friends through this experience and buying process. Not once did we feel pressured or strong-armed into a decision. This buying experience was the best experience I've ever had. Harley-Davidson of New Port Richey, you guys have an amazing team and are doing all the right things! I recently attended the Basic Rider course at Harley Davidson. I was blown away by the high level of service, coaching, respect, accountability, and excellence Harley coaches The Rev (coach Will) represented. I had never ridden a motorcycle before my course and if I am being honest I was intimidated and scared of the bike. Coach Rev from the first minute of the class was not only able to ease my nerves, but I could tell the class felt more at ease as well. I have to brag on my boy coach Rev. The class was interactive in fact the student did more talking coach Rev just was a guide on our motorcycle journey. What I mean is coach Rev really lead us to the answers and as a group we discuss together. The class worked together as a team to support struggling riders and work together as a cohesive class to learn. If you are thinking about getting you motorcycle license, brushing up on basic skills, or looking for a class that is more advanced get to Harley Davidson in New Port Richey and sign up. You will not find better coaches that care more about your safety and learning than at Harley Davidson.Well done Coach Rev!!

I took the BRC class with Rev and Todd and I couldn t have been happier. I come from riding dirt bikes and my rider coaches were amazing. Rev was extremely helpful answering any questions or concerns I had about anything whether it be course related or just bike knowledge as a whole. Todd was great, funny, one hell of a guy to take the time out of his weekends to come teach us the ropes out of pure passion for the culture and safety of the new riders coming into the scene. Rev is the MAN seriously. One of the most down to earth all about you and your safety type of guys. I will be back soon to see you guys for the BRC2 class seeing that I got my endorsement and CBR500R today for a birthday gift to myself. THANK YOU HDNPR !

I took the rider course to get my license endorsement. However what I got out of this class was way more than I ever expected. Rider coach William "Rev" is not only a spectacular teacher/ coach, he is a genuinely amazing person. Rev has a passion for helping every student succeed!! He made the class very engaging and made learning the curriculum extremely simple. If you look at my Google reviews, you can see I almost never post reviews, but I absolutely have to give Rev this shout-out for being an awesome coach. Rev has taught me things that will 100% save my life on the road riding motorcycles. God bless you brother, so glad I had the privilege to be in your class!! I'll see you on the open road!

I went here for my 10000-mile service 4 years ago and they totally sucked, the service manager tried to make it right, but I never went back except to buy parts. I just went to get a upgrade, taillights and the computer gave the wrong part so when I went back the General manager Don McCadden got involved and took care of me. I am giving 5 stars because if you have an issue, they will definitely take care of you. It's hard to find great customer service these days but you will find it with Don. Thank you again for your help

Rev and jay are the coolest people I ve ever met! The riding course was the most fun I ve ever had in my entire life! Any mistake I made they made me feel like I could do and they boosted my confidence. Rev and Jay are really funny guys, rev has the most down to earth and realest personality and Jay is chill and a kind soul. If you feel nervous about anything with the course, don t worry ask for rev and Jay and they ll fight like hell for you! The training you go thru Saturday and Sunday is harder than the actual riding test and the written test is nothing to stress over. I just wanted to thank rev and Jay for making me feel belonged because I usually feel like the odd one out a lot but not this weekend. So thank you guys you guys are the greatest people I ve ever met!

I talked briefly with Joe, the service writer briefly a few times in the last six months. He always took the time to answer my questions I had. I'm sure he does this with all customers. His demeanor says so. You absolutely have the right guy back there. He knows his business like the back of his hand. Yesterday I took my bike in for the 10k service. Very important to me. Joe kindly explained what would be done. He shared a couple of minor concerns about bike. No pressure to have more work done. Just a small bit of advice to start thinking about a couple things. I will absolutely go back to him. I absolutely trust his knowledge and highly skilled recommendations. It's great to have "my guy, or I have a guy" to help with my bike. Thank you so much Joe. Very much appreciated. Don't let this guy go. He is very much a top reason I will return, and I'm sure others feel the same.Technician Thomas, couldn't be happier. Everything was done to Mike bike, like it was his own. Came back way nicer than before the work. Big difference in steering and clutch feel. Actually I don't think clutch felt this good, new. Cleaned bike after work was completed. Washed, and completely wiped down. Thanks Thomas. Great job. I can ride away knowing a professional attended to my bike.Bike was completed before promised time. That's nice to have happen. A little bit lower than expected in price. Best yet, for me. All in all, service and people involved, top notch. I only hope I can continue to have both these men involved in the care of my bike. Thank you guys so much. Both of you deserve a raise, for your work. I was never asked to write this. I felt the need, because of the awesome service, and explanation of process and my checklist followed to the t. I highly recommend Harley Quinn of new port Richey. I bought my Harley last weekend, but I did not have my endorsement. I took my endorsement class rev William, and lindy. They made taking the class the perfect fit for learning and building. They both took a person to the side to give the feedback you needed so you can correct your mistakes and made it personal. I am so thankful they were able to help me pass my endorsement class. Now that I rode my 2022 fat boy home safely is because of them! Thank you so much!!!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TOP NOTCH!!!!Upon arriving at the service department Joe greeted us and kindly took down our concerns then, did an inspection of our motorcycle. Joe listened to us and allowed us an opportunity to explain things as he took detailed notes. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process even Skyler spoke with us on the phone giving updates. We came to pick up the motorcycle and met with a lead technician Pat who was extremely knowledgeable as Pat was able to diagnose and correct our issues in a timely manner. Everyone at that dealership showed their personal commitment to going the extra mile and we will continue to be customers as long as this level of service is maintained GREAT JOB!!!! 5 STARS

Such amazing customer service from everyone but a huge shout out to Skyler in the service department. My husband purchased a bike from a different Harley location and after only a couple weeks, he was having a lot of issues with the bike. The location he purchased the bike from pretty much told him he was screwed (even with a service warranty) but Skyler did everything he could to get my husbands bike fixed without it costing us thousands of dollars, from working to get things approved through the warranty and dealing with the location the bike was purchased at. He was very straightforward about everything, kept us updated while they had the bike in the shop and we didn t get hit with any extra charges last minute like some places do. We can t praise Skyler and the NPR Harley team enough for everything they did to get my husband s bike back on the road!

Just moved here from HI and took my bike to get routine service and some minor upgrades. First off list day, from moment you park your car you will be greeted by an employee. This continues as you make your way through the entire store or service department. Every single employee there is beyond friendly and eager to help in anyway they can. During my service I worked with Joe from service, Troy the service manager, Steve and Julie from sales department and every one of them were outstanding! Joe actually helped me change my mind from downgrading my suspension to keeping what i had. He was very detailed in explaining the pros and cons and very patient with me while i went back and forth. Kudos to Joe!!!! Troy came out and was exposing the process to me, again, kudos to Troy! And the sales department were just very pleasant to shop around and talk story! Needless to say this will be my go to store while living in the Hudson/New Port Richey area. Go check them out, say hello, and enjoy your experience!!!!

I unfortunately didn t get the name of the gentleman who was so kind to my son and I who came here for the first time (he s in the photo below) but big thank you for making my son s day. Everyone here is very nice, the store is immaculately clean and well stocked. Lots of beautiful bikes and clothes! Big thank you to Marlene in the clothes department for being such a sweetheart to my son. Great experience overall :)

I recently went to the riding academy at NPR Harley Davidson so I could learn how to ride and get my motorcycle endorsementS. I ve been a passenger for many years but was finally ready to take the handlebars for myself! The class was broken up perfectly-a short week night for book training then a weekend mixed with riding, classroom work and then the riding and written exam. While I m not going to lie I was very nervous and anxious since signing up Jordan, the main instructor was a huge factor why I passed. You can tell how passionate he is about riding and teaching others the right way.. he cares. Jerry was also very amazing. On the course he and Jordan worked extremely well together. Their knowledge and great atttide was awesome, not to mention their patience level and ability to appropriately communicate and handle multiple types of personalities. Shout out to Kellie who was fantastic in assisting and coordinating everything. Anthony and Jim in sales were also great. I ll never forget this experience and can t wait to get my own bike in the very near future.

I recently bought a brand new bike of the showroom floor.Had electrical 4 electrical issues with said bike.2 of them within 1 week from each other, needless to say I was mad and ready to go to cooperate cause the new bike I bought felt like I couldn't ride.So I went into the dealership and asked to speak to a manager, told them what was going on and that i was about to go the cooperate. I spoke to Amy,Steve, and Billy. They assured me that everything was going to be OK and help me out of a bad situation. They had me test ride couple other bikes and get me on something I was going to be happier on.Andrew was the one taking me out on my test rides and my sales associate helping me out. He was very professional and assured me once again everything would be alright.Long story short I got a new bike that I really love and thanks too Amy,Steve,Billy, and Andrew for helping me out of a bad situation which I was really angry about furious and ready to go to cooperate , to helping me out and making me a happy customer.Been coming to this harley for a decade and would recommend anyone to do business with them. They definitely treat you like family and do anything to make sure you are happy. Thank you very much and I love my new motorcycle

If I could leave zero Stars I would. Made a deal over the phone for a particular bike. Was shown the bike and then told they couldn't sell it for the agreed upon price. Of course they tried to upsell me for a bike that I didn't want wasn't interested in. Then they tried to sell me the same bike from another Harley dealership for $600 more than the agreed upon price. If you're looking to get a bike do not go there find another Harley dealership to go to worst 2 hours of my life.
