My neighbor recommended Hallers for a oil change. I was very impressed with the service I received. I was in and out in less than an hour. I recommend Hallers without hesitation.

Needed our vehicle once overed before a long trip. They were busy but fit us in. Let us know our tires were not safe for the drive which we were already thinking. They care. Also great customer service and reasonable price.

Multiple visits for same issues. Dishonesty. Had problems starting my car and they replaced the starter. When I picked it up and tried to start, it made a loud banging noise. Before I paid, I asked Mike (the same mike that gave himself a five star review) to take a look at it. He acknowledged the sound but said there was nothing wrong with it, the starter needed to be broken in. Not sure how Brian did not hear it either when he drove the car out of the garage. Several days later, the car would not start. Hallers said it was a bad starter and replaced it. Days later, it would not start again. Had it towed again and Hallers said they did not know what the problem was and couldn't fix it. I can't help that the car starts 1 minute and might not start after that. If I'm having the same issue, how can they justify replacing the starter. Had another issue last year with my car leaking coolant. The bill stated they bypassed a line. Months later, the car started leaking coolant again and they replaced the water pump. Again, multiple visits for the same issue. The owner, Dave, does not respond to voice-mails (I left 2). What a horrible way to treat a customer.

My aunt has been taking her car there for years and they have always been reasonable and friendly , since the original owner retired you would think things would have changed , but no they are still amazing !! Mike is the manager and he s a great guy , took my bmw in the day after I called him had it fixed and back to me 24 hours later and there pricing is definitely A++ and so is there work ! I usually do the work myself but due to an injury I couldn t do it . And from now on anytime I need my car worked on , it s going to Mike and his team at Hallers !!! Thank guys

If you re looking for an honest, trustworthy, and overall excellent auto repair shop, Haller s Automotive is the way to go! They don t try to nickel-and-dime, they don t try to tell you a million little things are wrong that you ll have to take out a bank loan to pay, and they don t try to take advantage of their customers. All of this should be standard for any place of business but for mechanics, this is all too commonplace. This is just a part of why Haller s is the best.I drive about 150 miles per day for my business so it is super important that I get back on the road as quickly as possible whenever my vehicle needs repair. I stopped into Haller s to see if they could get me in on a busy Monday and they told me I could drop it off and they will take a look at it as soon as they can. I got a callback a couple hours after I dropped it off and he told me exactly what was wrong and that they already took care of the solution.Everybody was super professional, they didn t speak to me in a demeaning way like many mechanics do, and most importantly they were efficient. They knew what my needs were met them in every way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If I could give this business a negative star rating I would. Do not take your car here, they don t care about the work. My family has been going to this garage for 14 years, they got new owners and we didn t know. So when we went back, we were expecting the great company and employees. The new owner has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life, and I work in the service industry. I had to take my car back to him multiple times after the same issue kept happening. He was rude and blamed me for the car continuously overheating, when he was the one who put the new engine in my car. Save yourself and take your car elsewhere!!!!Service: Engine repair

Have used these guys for over 30 years and have never had a problem with them. They go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is safe and job is done to completion. No need to look for another place for your vehicle needs.

Don't go here if you value your time, and honesty. After 2 days of no progress at all I just took my car back from them. Just needed a coil and spark plug replaced and everywhere else it takes mere hours when available. Was told they're working on it, just to roll up later and find out my cars parked outside with nothing done to it but a diagnosis. I don't believe it. I feel wronged. Never going here again.

EXCELLENT service and reasonable prices!A family owned business that has been operating for decades. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. My family has been using them to repair our vehicles for over 30 years.

I've been lucky that I've not needed many automotive repairs.. but when I do, I trust Haller's with my cars. Great friendly service and prices that are fair and honest. I highly recommend Haller's automotive for all your vehicle repairs. The repairs are done fast and correct the first time. The work also comes with a warranty ! they can't be beat !

It all started with my Wonder Woman strength I never knew I had. I ripped my door handle right off the driver s side door of Bessie. Hallers saved the day and got me a new door handle. A week later my car died. After numerous shops (including the dealership), Hallers diagnosed Bessie with a bad fuel injector. After not having her for over 9 days from other locations, Haller fixed her right away and my new fuel injector is working wonderful. I ve used Hallers for other vehicles too and I ve never been let down. Thank you Mike and staff for all your help!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

After asking around and getting rave reviews about this shop, I started going here a couple years ago thinking I'd found a great, honest mechanic. Last time I went to them, I had an oil change & pre-trip road check - tires, brakes etc. Knew there was an issue before I got back from WI 3 weeks later...my tires were so worn Haller's couldn't believe I was driving on them! Went to another shop to discover I also had no brake pads, needed new rotors, had a broken tie rod & a busted engine mount! That doesn't happen in 3 weeks! The kicker: I'd been asking about my brakes for over a year bcuz they were squealing, Haller's standard answer was 'they're just dusty, plenty of pad left!'

Best mechanics! We have been coming here for 10 years. They have prices you can actually afford to fix your car. As honest as they come. They've even things for free for us. Whole family uses them.

Tech told me one price to do the job which I agreed to but when I received a call from the owner telling me my truck was ready, the price jumped up $70 from what was quoted. They said job was more difficult than expected. If that was the case they should have called me to let me know BEFORE doing the job. NOT once the job is complete and I have no choice but to pay to get my truck back. That's bad customer service, bad business and extremely shady and underhanded.

Not even worth one star! This story began 2, I repeat.. 2 months ago one of the employee's kids was flying down my road on a four-wheeler and hit my Honda. The employee's name is Shawn (not certain of spelling) but this guy almost demanded my kindness by saying "kids will be kids".. He says to me, "I work around the corner at Hallers so I will order the parts and it will be fixed". NOTHING! I've called multiple times, texted, visited the shop as a friendly reminder.. Oh I forgot your number, can we fix it on Saturday? Shop is closed on weekends so I show up Monday, next Saturday he says. The feeling of betrayal is real on this! I'm the one with a busted up front end, naturally makes a car owner angry and disgusted by seeing it day in and day out for months. Shawn, I just want my parts dude! This has gone on long enough.

I can't say enough about these guys. They take care of both my teens cars, and the kids pay their own bills. We've tried others, but none made us feel like we were having a trusted uncle in the businesses look at the cars. There have been times when it was a simple, silly fix, well we never got raked through the coals for one of those.

They are wonderful every time I have to take my car in. Last time they fixed my radio and didn't even charge me. I highly recommend. They have always given me fair prices!

Reasonably priced had no issues with communication my truck was fixed the very day that they said it would be I will recommend them to friends and family I will return with any other mechanical issues I may have with my vehicle... Thanks Haller.
