And just found out the the PREMIUM warranty I was sold on the Genesis, could be negotiated down but I was told it was a flat fee of $10,000 built into my contract! I was told it s no more than $3,500 at time of signing from Monica a supervisor handling my situation! This company and its sales people are truly TERRIBLE!
