I went in to get a catback exhaust system installed for my Acura TLX 3.5L and I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting work done to their vehicle(s)!!!!

As a women, I felt really safe & comfortable doing business here. Secondly, they did amazing with my Mercedes and in a timely manner! Great communication. 10/10 recommend and will be back for all of my cars needs.

If you are a Land Rover Owner you know how hard it it to find an honest, knowledgeable mechanic.I am extremely protective concerning my Rover being it was the last gift I got from my late hubby.I have been dealing with Santiago, he is caring and courteous and did a fantastic job on fixing my air-conditioning (compressor was bad). Price was reasonable, much better then Land Rover dealership. Santiago also replaced my broken side mirror and ashtray, and while he was at it, changed my oil and oil filter, which needed to be done, and all in a timely manner.Have I mentioned they are extremely efficient? Besides the repair side of things, which has no limits, they have a wide range of knowledge, a one stop shop; from detailing, to window tinting, even ceramic coating.I'm so happy to have found them...nothing like them in this area, (btw., the shop looks like a showroom, so clean) and being able to trust them is a huge plus. Honest mechanics are hard to come by...give them a try, if you not happy with them...which is highly unlikely, you can always go back to the overpriced dealerships, or mechanic saying they know how to work on a Land Rover, and ruin your baby.Thank you Santiago and Evolve AutoWerks.

If you have a German car don t take it to these guys. Check out the pictures how they left twisted o2 sensors and burned sitting on the hot turbo. And best one they left 3 nuts off completely from the turbocharger gasket and the gasket burned from carbon build up. Take it anywhere but here.

Took my SUV there to have the driver side visor replaced. Took the SUV there first thing in the morning around 8:00 a.m. and did not hear from the owner by 11:00 a.m.. so I called him and his secretary said he would call me soon. 4 hours later I still haven't heard from him. So I decided to just go get my car and take it somewhere else. When I showed up at his business he was sitting down watching TV and eating and no mechanics were in sight or even on the premises. I demanded my vehicle because he never once tried to call me to let me know what he would charge me or what was going on. He had the vehicle for over 7 hours and I had wrote my mileage down and when I got home someone had put eight miles on the vehicle. He didn't find the time to call me but he found the time to use my vehicle for something. Maybe to go get his lunch I don't know but I will never take a vehicle back there again never.

Response to my most recent reviews. NO, MY HUSBAND WAS NOT AWARE HE WAS BEING DRIVEN WITH You using someone else's car. Simply have the decency to admit your error, fix it and NEVER transport any customer in someone else's car. This will have serious ramifications should there be an accident. The jag was SPECIFICALLY test driven at 2pm when you called us to pick it up. Done. It should not have been driven at 5:30 to go pick up a customer. I have the entire arrival of the car video taped on my phone. This problem needs to be fixed and I will inform ANYONE wanting their car fixed there, let them decide if they want customers paraded in their car for WHATEVER reason.UPDATED REVIEW JUNE 1 2023- The car went back for more work and cannot tell if the work is well done since I have not yet tested being it was raining. But here is the shock as I waited for the car and to pay: appears it was driven to pick up a client who had his red beetle also there for repairs. DUDE YOU CANNOT USE A CLIENT CAR TO PICK UP CLIENTS- PERIOD !!!! We were told it was TEST DRIVEN BEFORE 2PM SINCE THE REPAIRS WERE DONE but we waited for the rain to subside to pick it up. At 5:25, waiting for my husband to pay, I see the car driven by a Ryan with A CUSTOMER, being brought back to pick up his car!!!!!! ARE YOU FOR REAL? Andreas, you need to get your act together AND CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THE RAMIFICATIONS FOR DRIVING A CLIENT'S CAR TO PICK UP OTHER CLIENTS. THIS IS SERIOUS AND I NO LONGER HAVE FAITH IN YOUR FACILITY . I videotaped the entire ordeal as I waited for my car, and I am quite shocked by the practice. You used my car to go pick up a client as I watched him come in, pay and leave in his red VW beetle ! June 2nd, 5:46pm. My star rating goes down !Place is great. On time. Very fair prices. I watched as they fixed my jag during 2 hours. The owner Andrea is very pleasant so is the mechanic who worked on car. Thank you, I will send you referrals. Much appreciate it. my 1999 beauty drives like a beast !

I don't typically give reviews, but the Quality of Service was so good that I just feel like I have to! I own a Jaguar F-typePros:1. Very Knowledgeable - When speaking to Santiago I can tell that he knows a great deal about cars. There is nothing he is not familiar with.2.Very Efficient - He had me up and running, in less then 2 days. In the past I have had to wait upto 3 weeks to just get my car looked at in other Auto Shops.3. Transparent & Fair- He is very honest regarding providing expectations of what he can do, and how much it will cost.Cons: None at all!Summary: Highly recommend Evolve Autowerks for any auto repair needs! I just wish I would of found them Sooner!

So happy to have a GREAT ALTERNATIVE to the exorbitant service costs of the BMW dealerships. Very happy with my experience at EVOLVE Autowerks. After getting a quote from my BMW dealership, Santiago at Evolve got the job done for 48% LESS than the dealership quote. I dropped off and picked up the same day and saved $1,300 over the BMW dealership. Excellent job and service. I found Evolve Autowerks this year for my Mercedes Benz and it is within miles of my house. I will never again go to Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel, which is a 20 mile drive to get ripped off and made to wait hours and hours for a simple job. I had some car problems last week with misfiring and took my car directly there, and they properly diagnosed all the issues, and while repairing a Mercedes is not cheap, but they definitely cost less than the dealership. They took great care of me, and my Mercedes runs beautifully now. I will never go anywhere else. I am pretty sure they topped off my fluids without asking and charging me either. I highly recommend Evolve Autowerks.

Had my 2011 BMW 335i towed here due to a bad valvecover and valvetronic motor. They do great work and everything is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I took my Jaguar in for a recurring issue the dealership missed three times, and they found it and fixed it right away. It s been running great! Santiago is knowledgable and fair, and it is obvious that he cares about the work that is done. They go way above and beyond. I am so pleased I found Evolve. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, clean place. Had them do a number of tasks on my car and most of them were done well, but where they messed up was cross-threading a couple of the spark plugs, and one of them shot out of the engine. Luckily, I still have some thread down there since the plugs weren t screwed in all the way. Had another auto shop finish the repairs. I won t be back due to the lack of QA on the vehicles almost costing me my truck.

We stumbled upon Evolve while looking to find a new mechanic in the area. We were outrageously priced for work elsewhere so we decided to shop around. My husband contacted them, they scheduled us in for a few days later. The job was quick, efficient and so reasonably priced. They did the work for $2000 less and a sliver of the time. Their professionalism is unmatched. Everyone there was so knowledgeable. Our experience with Ryan was exceptional to say the least. From now own we will be utilizing them for all of our vehicles. I got recommended this shop by my neighbor who had used them on a number of occasions and now i know why. The service was amazing. The prices were great. The car hasn't driven this well since I got it. The work they did is immaculate and professional. I highly recommend them to anybody that needs their cars worked on. I would recommend Evolve regardless of the make and model of your Vehicle.. I let them work on My Chevy,Ford and My Alfa which one of My Vehicles No other places in Pasco would've even attempted to work on the vehicle due to the Type of Car so just a normal oil change is two and three hours away so Imagine to My Surprise a Shop with the knowledge and Capabilities to work on every Vehicle and My Driveway with Friendly honest and a Quick Turn around Time is right here in Pasco also regardless of mY Situation they went above and beyond to help me and that's as small as a oil change tire replacement to switching the colors of my seats this one shop is equipped and have the knowledge to do it all and also deal with the Warranty companies as well nor do they play on ur lack of knowledge about vehicles they're honest with the problems of your vehicle and give you options and will give u the knowledge of learning your vehicle in the Future which would save u Money so with me this my first stop regardless of the make and model of my Cars with a open availability not like most shops where the simplest things are hours days and weeks but yet blame it on they waiting on parts and I can go on and on about how great this place is I recommend It First Best Shop Ever 5 stars isn't enough and this Case Thank you

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST HIDDEN COSTS AND I TOOK TO GET STARTER WHICH I DONE MUSELF AFTER THEY TRIED TO QUOTE ME $165.00 AN HOUR FOR OVER 4 HOURS FOR SOMETHING THAT TAKES ROUGHLY 45MIN SINCE I DECIDED NOT TO GET WORK DONE THERE THEY GOT VERY RUDE AND WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK IN WOULD GO IN PARK STAYS IN NEUTRAL ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF LIGHTS ARE ON MY DASHBOARD NOW. PIC OF LAST TEXT THE OWNER SENT ME BEFORE BLOCKING ME BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP MY CAR! THEY HAVE SOMEONE TAKING CALLS FOR THIS BUSINESS IN A WHOLE OTHER STATE AND SHE PIT UP A NICE VASSAD BUT THEY'RE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL!!!! My visit to Evolve has been a life saver, I took my car to the dealer and was quoted an astronomical price for a repair,, after deciding to do a quick Google Search for independent shops near me Evolve Autowerks popped up so I called them up and made an appointment after showing up the next day. My 2014 Hyundai Equus had the air suspension go bad. I talked to the Hyundai dealership and they wanted an outrageous amount of money to fix it. After doing a little research online I called Evolve Autowerks and they did a free inspection and quoted me 50% less than the dealership. It required specialty parts that they ordered and installed in three days. Friendly service, fair pricing, and the shop looks brand new. I can't imagine taking any of our cars anywhere else.
