Wonderful staff there! The front receptionist, I believe her name is Amber is such a sweetheart and my advisor was beyond amazing. Kept me update to date about everything. They quoted me about 2 weeks and they got it done faster than they originally said. My car looks brand new! Couldn t recommend them more!

I had a great experience overall bringing my vehicle here for repairs. It was recommended by my service advisor at the used Hyundai NPR. Went through insurance. Amber at the front is so nice on the phone and in person, she always helped every time I called. Katia was my advisor, and she also is super friendly and kept me updated. They completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job. I also had a bunch of camping gear in my trunk that they neatly placed back in after. Thank you, guys, for taking care of my vehicle!! It is never an enjoyable experience to have to deal with, but they made it less of a hassle and are very nice.

If you ever find yourself in need of their service. Whether you were the victim of an accident or other reason, hope your insurance company works with them as a vendor. Daily or every other day text message updates, photos, care, attention to detail. I literally have nothing bad to say about them. The Team the Tina worked with to get my car up and running was nothing less than stellar.

Highly recommended. They did an amazing job on my front fender, car actually looks better than when I got it out the dealer. Tina was excellent and communication was on point. Front desk girls have great customer service. Overall great services and great atmosphere.

These guys are top-notch they took my hit and run rear bumper and made it like new I can't believe the attention to detail. The turn around time was lightning fast and the price was right. Thanks so much for putting love into my car like it was your car

I had a flat on my van on a Saturday afternoon. I pulled behind their shop to change it and their shop door was open. One of the guys said pull it in the shop and I will jack it up. While I was getting my spare he took the tire off and put the spare on while I put everything away. Great guy saved me a ton of time and refused to take any cash for helping me. Anyone who does that has to be great to work with. Much thanks to them.

Worst customer service ever. Told my wife who works during the week that they could give us an estimate on Saturday. We took both of our cars there to get estimates on repairs and was told they were busy with other estimates. The lady helping us took pictures of our cars and told us they would email us the estimate on Monday. Called back on Wednesday since we had received no estimate. Some other lady said she would have the original lady give us a call which never happened. How can a place stay in business operating like that. Don t waste your time with these people!

Please rethink about going here. Worst experience ever! Customer service was terrible & Chris is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with & my truck still isn t done right. The first time I got it back I couldn t even put gas in it, the second time the bed still isn t right.

I just dropped off my car today. My case worker is Christopher. He put me at ease with his knowledge of vehicles and showing me things that I couldn't see or even knew of. I haven't received my vehicle back yet so I can't speak on the work that is done yet.

Apparently having a conversation with your coworker while simultaneously having a phone conversation with headphones in, is far more important than greeting and tending to a paying customer ,Believe all the other customer service reviews.Drove down to maaco and the worker tended to me immediately and treated me like i was a human being.

Worst experience ever! My car had major frame and suspension damage. They told me it was repairable. Weeks go by no calls on updates. Every time I call, I m told they were waiting on parts. We start rolling into month 3, I call and then I m told my vehicle is a total loss. At this point I m and angry and frustrated. My fianc� goes in person to clean out car and release the car. Two weeks later, I m wondering where my check from the insurance company. We call the Crash Champions to make sure the car was picked up. No, they still have it. They tell us we need to come in to release. We tell them we already did that TWO WEEKS ago. They put on on hold, and come back and say YES we did release but they had confusion on their end. They assure us the car can be picked up. I call the following day to make sure it was indeed picked up. I m then told no they are not releasing the car because they don t know what to do with the parts they had ordered for it. I m losing my mind at this point because I still need my insurance check to buy a new car! I very heatedly expressed the parts issue is a them problem! They made the mistake, not me. They have finally released my car. But thanks to them holding my car hostage for 3 weeks, I had to take out a personal loan for a new car but I still have no insurance check! Worst shop ever!

At the end worth it!!! The car came out very stunning and beautiful!!!!! Management was working with me to make sure they got done with a timely manner! Some communication aspect could be better! Unfortunately I tried to schedule service during a week my advisor was on vacation and the front desk person (Alicia) told me I couldn't bring my car in because my advisor was out. I asked if anyone else could simply put the mirror on and was told no. It shouldn't matter that my or anyone else's advisor is in the office whether my car can get fixed. There should be someone covering that person like most places do. That seems like an odd policy.Service: Body & Trim

Please don't go here. My car was in there a total of 2 months. Only to return not completely fixed. Not only were my headlights not aligned, they bounce up n down when I drive. It came back to my hands with a non working bulb. The hood lock was missing. I can say up to now the paint job is okay so far. They didn't fix my suspension b/c they said that it was a low grade accident and there would be no way that it could have caused the damage on my vehicle which is 2015 Altima. A guy driving a 4x 4 Ram pulling a steel trailer hauling a washer n dryer back up into me while at a stop light in the turning position. I should have went with my gut and went to Caliber Collision on State Road 41 in Land O Lakes, FL.

Horrible terrible customer service and car repair service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY no matter what guarantee your insurance company gives you.We are STILL waiting for our car to be fully repaired MONTHS later. Not to mention the customer service reps are rude, unprofessional, and unprepared.We only went with the company because insurance guaranteed the repair but it s definitely been a big disappointment. I wish I could say differently, but months of waiting with absolutely no contact after they ve been paid is unacceptable.Do not ignore the bad reviews!

There were delays with the finishing of my truck, but that's to be expected during this holiday time of year and with continued part shortages. That being said, the attention to detail was outstanding. Absolutely would have no clue my vehicle was in a collision unless you were told. They regularly called in to keep me updated with the status of my vehicle

The worst customer service. You try to talk to them and they treat you bad. And the job they did was extremely bad,TERRIBLE. I have to bring my car back 3 times and still doesn t got fix the right way. I m still trying to get fix. If you want a good job done and a good customer service don t go there.

I just wanted to thank Joseph, Tony, Mike, Melissa and even Brandon for helping me get through the chaos of an unexpected wreck! They all went above and beyond, even after a few hiccups in the beginning. I was given multiple follow up calls to touch base with the issues at hand. Had to take my car back multiple times now. Been waiting for parts for a month, recently found out that the guy handling my car quit, and now have to start over for ordering the part. Ugh!
