Our salesman, Cory, is the man!!! From the time we got there to the end of our deal he made buying a SUV fun and easy. Everyone is nice and makes you feel welcomed. We LOVE our Mazda CX-50. Don't buy anywhere else and ask for Cory! The finance director and Sales Manager Gary are great as well! Thank You guys for everything.

After many months of research I decided to go with Mazda. My first visit to Coast Mazda went very well. There I met Carlos Rosa (financing), who was very informative, but not too pushy. A few days later my wife and I returned and were introduced to Joel Jaca, a salesman. He was very nice to deal with and again, low pressure. We were able to come to a price that we were happy with in a reasonable amount of time. Not like some dealers who keep you there for 7 or 8 hours. A very good experience overall. I would easily recommend Coast Mazda.

The dealership was thorough when they performed my normal inspection. They informed me of what I needed to keep my car running at peak performance. They said it would be about an hour and it was close to that. I left satisfied with the results.

My sweet Mommy died just days ago, but my lease on my Mazda was expiring and even though I didn't feel like it, I knew I needed to go ahead and take care of securing a new lease on a new vehicle. I don't have the energy to deal with car sales people right now, so I found a car I liked online which happened to be on its way to Coast Mazda, and I sent an email to the dealership stating exactly what I wanted to pay and what I wanted included and told them if they could make that happen I would come give them a check. Within a few minutes I received a call from the dealership, and the woman on the phone asked me a bunch of questions and went over what I sent in the email. She said she would check and get back to me shortly on if they could make it work. Not long after, I received a call from her stating that she had called their General Manager and he told her we have a deal. She told me that the car was expected to arrive that following week and she would call me when it got there. She then texted me 2 days later and asked if I could go ahead and come in to sign the paperwork so they could reserve the car for me and no one else could sell it. I made an appointment and drove 45 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived I already had a sick feeling in my stomach when I was parking and already had a hungry salesman hovering over my car waiting for me to get out. I went inside and asked for the woman I had made an appointment with, but they had me meet with a different person (although she did come out at one point and introduced herself). That person brought another salesman out with her and he quoted me a number that was $150 more per month than what they had agreed to on the phone. He claimed it was a "misunderstanding" but there was no misunderstanding. My email was intentionally very clear, and the only reason I drove 45 minutes out there was because they told me we had a deal. It was all a game to get me into their dealership so they could try to sell me on something else, and they had wasted 2 hours of my time (including driving there and back). I left in tears and just wanted to call my Mama but I couldn't. They didn't even bother to call me to apologize or try to make it right. I just wanted to share my story to warn others to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Been in the market for a new car well new to me for a few months now . I went to several dealers in the Port Richey area and I just felt the best when I went and saw Austin at Mazda. He truly cared about my needs. He knew I had a budget And he stuck to it while getting me the most features possible for my money. I definitely recommend asking for Austin when you come to the store.

If you're shopping for a new or used car, ask for Cory Scotti. I've used Coast Mazda for service/repairs and have never had a bad experience, but I was compelled to leave a review after purchasing a used vehicle. I've never had to purchase a car on my own before and was pretty intimidated by the process and the reputation that salesmen typically have, but was very pleasantly surprised by the overall positive experience I had yesterday. Cory is just a genuinely kind human. He never made me feel pressured, took time to answer any and all of my questions (even those I didn't know to ask), then he came in on his day off to help me get the tech set up, hand me the keys and send me on my way in my "new to me" car. Lucky #3. Thanks again, Cory!

Would not recommend using this dealership. Our Salesman Zach was nice but beyond that I would not return or recommend anyone go there. We bought a Lincoln Navigator $64k+. They said the car was detailed however I do not believe they actually detailed this (how do you not detail a $60k+ car?)- we got home to find dried animal urine in the carpet and tracks between the seats and lots of dirt and animal hair. They tried to mask the urine smell with a very strong scented air freshener. Very poor attention to detail on simple things, which makes me wonder what else they may have overlooked. They didn t change the oil (something simple I would think they would do?). We got home and found it to have a busted reflector light and scratched rim (perhaps why he was pressuring us so much to purchase an extended warranty on the rims?) which I don t remember seeing when we were looking over the vehicle. We re taking it to the Lincoln dealership for a thorough check and service since it doesn t seem that we can trust that they did any maintenance or review of the vehicle. It may seem like a good deal but I would look for a different dealership. They charge a $1000 dealer fee and a Coast Mazda Advantage fee of about $3k even if you don t want the advantage coverage, they won t take it off. Just another way to make money. So whatever advertised price you see, add another 4K before the other fees. Aside from our salesman, it s your typical sleezy dealership experience. Our finance persons entire demeanor changed when we didn t want to purchase his extended warranty. I wish we would have driven farther and paid a little more for a better experience and a purchase I feel I could trust and be confident with.Edited to add:We brought the vehicle to Lincoln. The backup camera that Coast Mazda told us they replaced was never replaced. Lincoln had to order the camera to be replaced. Coast also did not complete the 20k mile service that was overdue on the vehicle. Coast was dishonest and flat out lied about what they did with this vehicle before listing it for sale. I would not trust buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I had been car shopping for close to a year. Stopped by Coast Mazda just to see what they had on their lot as I had already stopped at several other car dealerships along the way. As we were looking around at the cars we were met by Ashley and told her we were only looking she told us to take our time and if she could help to come on inside . We decided we were interested in the Mazda CX-5 she showed us what was available and we test drove 2 cars We decided this was the car for us as we have owned Mazda in the past. We worked out the details and the entire experience was pleasant and there was never any pressure to purchase . Thumbs up to Ashley for her professional and personal attention to our needs. The entire experience was very easy and the entire team from the sales manager to finance officer made us feel very comfortable and we would highly recommend Coast Mazda Port Richey FL.

From beginning til now, I have had the worst experience ever with a dealership.I love I repeat love my car....However, from overbearing sales and financing team to getting repairs done ... yes repairs to a car I just bought. All the way down to basic oil changes. I am made to feel like I don't know what I'm talking about, my concerns, the noises I hear are all pushed under the rug. Oh but a maintenance check reviels all the issues I asked about in the beginning. An estimate for 3000 dollars. I don't think any representative would have sold this car to their mother.

I did extensive research prior to choosing Coast (I live 30 miles away but felt this dealership was a good fit for my needs and worth the drive.) I was greeted by Ashley, who greeted me with a smile and immediately put me at ease. She absolutely made my car-buying experience at Coast Mazda exceptional. To say she is knowledgeable is an understatement. She answered all of my questions effortlessly. She was incredibly patient. While I went in knowing what I wanted, I still managed to have a moment of indecision and started waffling. Ashley never judged, never rushed me. She let me process in my own way, in my own time. She listened. Ashley is not your typical salesperson. She was kind and confident. I bought my car feeling she was genuinely happy for ME, not that she had sold a car. I can t sing her praises enough and couldn t be happier that she was my salesperson. She ensured I was 100% satisfied with my decision without any pressure. She was one of the kindest salespeople I have ever dealt with and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. The entire team went above and beyond to assist in my purchase, and I drove away in my new vehicle, knowing I made a sound choice.

I brought my vehicle in for a noise. Dan In service gave meA loaner and kept me up to date. They sent me a video showing the issue and it showed all recommendations. Dan was fantastic and this was the best service experience thus far.

This body shop kept my vehicle for 8 months then shipped it back to me unfinished. Airbag hanging out the steering wheel, hood put on crooked, coolant leaking all over radiator with big ginormous hole, air vents all hangout out plus many other things. It was so bad the insurance company decided to go ahead and finally total the vehicle after 8 months of waiting because this body shop messed up so bad and charged double the amount they originally quoted me. Not only was my vehicle not repaired correctly the customer service was the worst. I never could get ahold of anyone or an updated about my vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP!

Saleswoman was great. But this Dealership is a total scam . They added 3 extra protection plans to my loan that I adamantly said no too !! Finance department said this would lower my payment and I could cancel after 2 payments. Per reviews I m not the only one . There will have to be a stop to this underhanded approach. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I went in asking for a 2024 MX-5 RF manual. They told me the MX-5 RF doesn t come in a manual transmission. They were trying real hard to sell me the car they had. Not the car I wanted. They were not telling me the truth. The car I want does come in manual transmission. Not sure if they thought I was too stupid to research it. I went to another dealer to get the car I want. Will not buy from this dealer. I do not recommend!!

I called about a Ford car that was available on their lot. It was listed as $36.9k but when we asked for the out the door price, it shot up to $45k?! They explained that they have a dock fee of $1k and a Mazda advantage package or something like that that added another $3k. I live out of state so, there is no way of me taking advantage of any perks that come along with that. I explained that and they couldn't wave that fee. They also couldn't tell me where they got an MSRP price for a used car. I have looked at KBB and other websites that dealerships use to price their vehicles and none of them say the price they are listing as MSRP. They pretty much put an attractive price online so you are lured in, then spring those fees on you. I would definitely look elsewhere!

My service experience with this Mazda dealership has been a terrible experience to say the least. I purchased my Mazda CX-9 at a dealership other than Mazda and so I brought my car there for maintenance. It was found that I had a service bulletin issue on my car and a cylinder caused leaking of coolant. The dealership (not Mazda) fixed my car under warranty however there was another issue regarding emissions I was told that it needed to go to the Mazda dealership for the factory warranty. While my car was at Mazda port Richey they informed me that they cannot honor the warranty to fix this issue. After a lot of back and forth of trying to find out why it was explained to me by Dan that basically because another person worked on it previously it s a separate issue not covered by warranty and would be $3000 to fix. At this time they also told me that my electronic radio touch screen was out and would eventually need to be replaced at $2200. When I went to pick my car up after it only being with the Mazda dealership for 2 days my touch screen dash was damaged. Both my service advisor and manager told me the heat does this to these cars although it has no issues prior to it being there. And coincidentally it is part of the report that will need fixed. It also looks more like small cracks rather than de-lamination. After picking up my vehicle and working up the chain at previous dealership that I bought vehicle from (not Mazda) I was informed that somehow my car had been blacklisted from PR Mazda to every Mazda dealership in the state of Florida. This is so insane to me that this is how they handle something and not once could it be explained to me in a logical way as the customer. This has been a stressful experience and makes me not want to purchase Mazdas for this reason in the future. I would not have your car serviced here.

I live in GA, but decided to purchase a used car for my teenage daughter from Coast Mazda based on price, service records, and positive dealer reviews. My parents live nearby in FL, so I asked them to test drive and purchase the car on my behalf at the advertised price. Our experience with the online sales rep (Megan) was positive. However, we experienced two challenges. First, when I reviewed the bill of sale, the selling price was >$800 over the agreed price, along with an unexplained $299 charge. After multiple calls with the sales manager to request a clear explanation of these costs, he was unable to explain it, so my only conclusion is that we were overcharged. Second, after I picked up the car the next day and was driving home to GA, I noticed the Bluetooth and phone connected to the infotainment system but didn't play sound. Our local Mazda dealer in GA diagnosed the issue, which would require a $1,500 repair. Coast Mazda was unwilling to help us out with this issue (other than saying they'd discount the labor charge if we brought it back!) since we did not notice the issue in the test drive and did not purchase an expensive warranty. Unfortunately our overall buying experience did not match the mostly positive dealer reviews.

We did find a used Mazda elsewhere, simply because the car had the package we wanted. The salesman Scott treated us well and we will be referring him and the dealership to friends and family.
