Found this place to bring my car after getting rear ended. The set up and ease of getting an appt was so easy. Marianne was fantastic with communication and my car only took 2 days to get a new bumper!! Also was so easy getting the rental as well to meet there and they coordinate with them great too. Amazing customer service , thanks guys!!

They have done my baby well. From my assault by an Amazon truck to my own issues they did a great job on my DirtBag Mazda.

I went to this place, to talk to them about bringing my car there to get fixed. They asked who was the insurance company? Geico. They sent out a lady, who deals with geicocustomers. Let you this lady was rude she must of not liked my looks or something. She was seriously rude toe. Like she didn t want to deal with me. That same day my inspector camout. I stopped by reds auto body / empire. And the guy come right out as soon as he seen me pull up! So nice and helpful. I took my business here instead of this coast place! With the rude lady! And I told my insurance company how rude she was. It s a shame , that Mazda has this rude lady working there because Mazda dealers have always been nice, and good cars!

I was rear ended last month and I couldn't close the trunk. Coast had my car towed in.The people there are so caring. They totaling understand what you are going through. The work that was done on my car was fantastic. My car not only looks new it feels new too. I highly recommend that if you need collision work done. They are the ones to go to.Service: Body & Trim

My car's bumper paint job came out fine, but they put in a USED rear stop light, and because it was used, it failed a week after I picked up my car. I paid for a new one! I was happy and surprised because my vehicle was ready in just 2 days and they warned me that it could take up to 6 months to get the part. Now I understand the reason for the speed. I feel cheated!!!Service: Painting

I had to get my bumper replaced after a car accident that happened to me. Marianne was absolutely tremendous and such a great help ! She truly went above and beyond for me and all the clients that steps into that facility. She was the best and was always there keeping me updated, letting me know everything every step of the way, and helping me with much more. She deserves a raise and a promotion and the world! She is awesome !!!

I really appreciate their service to take care of my baby (car) for a week to find faults now it goes smoothly better! I am very pleased with the service. I will definitely go back for another major problem.

The people at coast were very helpful and very nice at getting my Mazda fixed and properly. It did take significantly longer then it should of but we are in a pandemic so it s fully understandable. My only problem I had was on the day I was going to pick up the car they said they were going to detail it which they did not. The car was still dirty on the exterior and it was not washed. I didn t mind that it wasn t washed but if your going to say one thing don t do another.They were always polite and fast to return any missed calls and were fast to direct me to where I needed to go.

You will wait, at least an hour and a half to two hours, for a simple oil change. It happened once before at this place... I should have learned the first time!

It started out promising and I'm still holding out hope. They have had my car for over a month. They say a parts delay has halted progress; yet I can order the part online and get it here within the week. I called them up to say I can get the part. They are bogged down with insurance regulations and corporate policies, that perhaps a smaller company could avoid. Mike in Collision is very courteous and seems genuinely concerned, so I will try to be patient. Update: And 2 days later, the car is returned and Beautiful.

WOW, I have never been so disrespected in such a short amount of time. I was sent here by Gieco for an accident, and they were so upset I didn't want to leave my truck with them to do the work. She was rude, off putting and just nasty for no reason. I would not recommend this place for anything.

$830 to paint a hood on a Mazda. Ridiculous pricing and then insults me with $45 off when asking for a discount. Save your time and go somewhere with realistic pricing. They re just as scammy as the Mazda dealer who tells you that you need an AC system cleaning, fuel system cleaning, and throttle body cleaning on a year old 15k mile car.

Had repairs to my car through my insurance n the paint has already worn off n it's been less then a year n my car is only five years old.. still making payments.. n they had to redo it several times n it still hasn't lasted.. my car is ruined.. would never recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle here after an accident and they only fixed my bumper through my insurance $3000 later i was told That my rear main seal needed to be replaced and that was not part of the accident, i protested saying how my car worked to beable to get in an accident and immediately after the crash wont shift to drive- obviously the crash caused it, but they said nope but i can pay $4800 and theyd fix it... so i decided to get a second opinion and get that part they said broke fixed somewhere else. So i had someone attempt to pick it up and i was lied to about the hours and after driving 6 hrs to pick my car up they had all gates locked! So we had to pay for another day of rental for the vehicle and trailer we needed to move my nonworking car, and also lost a full day of work and no longer had help with getting the car onto the trailer! So I sent my vehicle to my mechanic several hours away to find out that ed morris did not fully assess the damages- upon a few more hours of work that ed morris should have done come to find out my entire engine was moved!! The leak had nothing to do with the rear main seal and it happened during the accident! I chose ed morris because of the great reviews and thought a company this size would be honest and do a good job- man was i fooled. Beware if it will actually take hard work and time to fix your issues this is not a place you should go!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
