I ve been coming here for years. When I cannot do the work myself, this shop is where I go. Not only can they be trusted to fix the problem, they are honest and affordable. I send all my family and friends here and recommend them to everyone.

Love these guys over here. Extremely honest great folks here they ve been working on my old Accord and did me a big solid for my old Tundra. Great prices and just an overall solid experience I d recommend these guys to anybody.

Something hard to find in todays world. A mechanic shop that is honest, reasonably price and good at their jobs. I have never had a bad repair or experience with Blue Ribbon.

In my 35+ years driving and living in 3 states, George is only the second mechanic I can say that I trust to deal with all honesty, fairness and integrity. I never have to worry about getting gouged or ripped off for extra parts or labor costs and they always stick by their work, even if you come back a few times they don t hit you over and over with something new that they found was the problem . I ve been taking my, my wife s and my son s cars to him for the past 7 years and will continue as long as we re living in the area. Thank you George!

Wow! I lost my water pump coming home from work. I googled an auto shop near me and Blue Ribbon showed up. Talk about "showed up" these guys are outstanding. They told me to bring it over, they looked at it immediately, gave me a fair price and had it done the next day. Very impressive indeed, I'll definately use them again. I need brakes, electrical work God only knows what else. Great Job Blue Ribbon.Service: Engine repair

You could call me a "snowbird" In Jersey, my mechanic is my nephew. It should go without saying, he treats me like family; always takes great care of me and my car. Both George and Mike helped me on my recent visit. And I can say without reservation they treated me equally well; like family. WOW!!! All I can say is WOW!!! As a woman, going to the mechanics is never a fun task, and I always feel they see this woman walking in, and think look this one has no clue, and they would be right. I genuinely don't, so I rely heavily and have to trust who repairs my vehicle. I went to another repair facility on the corner of 54 and Grand Blvd. and I had been using him for YEARS, little did I know I was being overcharged, and not by a little. I went to Blue Ribbon on a referral from a friend, and it has been the best decision I have ever made. They don't treat me like the little woman, but as a woman with little knowledge of the inner workings of my vehicle, and they do not take advantage of me. They explain everything in a manner I understand, and repaired the truck in a timely fashion. The very first time I went I had an issue with the truck running like a turnip wagon, and it was bad coil packs and because of my work schedule they worked me in, so I didn't have to miss work. I have been there three times, and I will continue to go there as long as they are open or let me. George and Mike are awesome, and I genuinely feel blessed I have found this repair shop. I will not go anywhere else, ever again. Thank you so much for all you done on my vehicle, it runs better than the day I bought it. I found Blue Ribbon Auto to be fair and honest. It is refreshing to find a place that that everyone is nice if they are working on your vehicle or not. I will go back for any service thst needs to be done on my car.

I brought my Jeep here for a second opinion and I m so glad that I did. I was quoted $880 at National Auto Service on SR 52 and I simply couldn t afford it. I drove it to blue ribbon and George instantly greeted me and took a look at everything. He actually took the time to show me what was going on, explained it all to me and fixed my car for only $300 bucks!! I m definitely going to be spreading the word about this place because it s hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic nowadays. Thank you for everything George!

Absolutely amazing! I drove into Tampa Florida from Charlotte North Carolina visiting family and the day before I had purchased brand new tires from NC. By the time I arrived in New Port my tires weren't even on. I am still baffled on how we managed to make it that far! I had 5 children with me and was alone. I was worried of what would happen, someone taking advantage of me being a single female. I drove by and seen Blue Ribbon Automotive and pulled in, walked into the shop and George kindly greeted me. I explained what was going on and he immediately got up and started looking at the problem. He was honest, reliable, professional and went over and beyond to help me!! Not only did he fix the issues with my tires he didn't even want to charge me! He told me that we could have easily flipped and could have been seriously hurt and with my kids in the car, he would not let me leave until he made sure the vehicle was safe! I can not thank him enough, he was most defiantly a blessing to my family!!! To top it off he had a great personality, friendly, funny and it was a pleasure meeting him! Every time I visit Tampa and I have a car issue I know who I can trust!! Thank you George!

Spent $500 on my Radiator being repaired but I got it fixed. Drove it around a bit after it was fixed and also ran the air which I was personally upset about as I never run my air as it does not work properly. But they fixed it so oh well. Good job

9 months ago posted a good review but I changed my mind. Recently requested a diagnostic, no one called and 3 hours later I called to find out the car was under repair without my authorization. Ended up paying $400 plus. Was treated like an idiot that don't know about how cars work. After the repair went back b/c AC stopped working and was told AC was fine after driving car for 10 minutes. No testing was done to verify issue but was told that is another job to pay for. Don't go there unless you are willing to do things in their terms. Very disappointed with the service, the way they treat you and price charged for labor.. I recently moved to NPR and Blue Ribbon is near my house. I am glad I found a place with honest, fair and helpful techs. Customer service was very good and the labor cost fair. Very satisfied and will highly recommend them over many places.

Everyone here are always great to us! Always treat us like family. I've bought my two past vehicles from them that have gone above my expectations. They're always understanding and easy to work with. If you need a new car fast call blue ribbon !

My name is Dennis Hall, I live in in Rosewood at River Ridge. I have been so impressed with the Honesty of George and his men! I originally first met George after getting a prior estimate for repairson my truck, (over $1400.00). George looked over the truck, and accessed that the estimate that I had received the quote for was not even the problem! George replace the wheel bearings in my fronttires for $245.00. I have been back several times since without a prior estimate and always receiveprompt, (call first) and honest quotes! My wife took her car to George because the air conditioningwas not working in her car? She was so impressed that all she had was a small leak of coolant! Mostshops would have taken my wife to the Bank! George filled the unit with coolant, checked to see howbad the leak was, and sent my wife off smiling with honest advise, that the refill of coolant may last ayear or as long as she has the car, Charge of ($50.00)! My wife does not normally like to take her carto a shop alone? She feels comfortable with Blue Ribbon to do this!Thank You, George!Dennis Hall

Great people here! They're always willing to work with their loyal & valued customers, which will make you keep coming back.The selection of vehicles are kinda slim, but if your on a tight budget and need a vehicle, definitely go here!

Seem to be good guys. Repair done quickly and as promised. 4 weeks later no issues with quality of work.EDIT - 6 months later, no issues with quality of work or part. I just wish they would do the exhaust work I want done lol

AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED GEORGE AND HIS CREW AT BLUE RIBBON AUTO REPAIR CAN WALK ON WATER AND NEVER GET THEIR FEET WET. I HAVE BEEN TAKING BOTH OF OUR CARS THERE FOR THE LAST 4+ YEARS. GEORGE IS VERY HONEST AND FAIR. I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HIM ATTEMPTING TO RIP ME OFF WITH A RIDICULOUS REPAIR BILL THAT INCLUDES ITEMS NOT NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. The guys at Blue Ribbon ensured we found the right car for us, and that anything that needed fixed was fixed. Joe was able to assist us in every way we needed, and the shop did a great job. We found an affordable car at a great shop.

Went to get a hitch installed on my car, best rate around, honest, and quick. Got a recommendation to come here from my sister who won't go to anyone else, and now I know why. 5 stars all the way around, excellent service!!!

They will scam you out of your money. Bought a car with the odometer at 95,000 and it was actually well over 200,000. Mancini on ridge rd told me it was in a great condition. Road runner automotive had it for 30 minutes before they knew how old it really was. It's two months later since I bought it and the heater core is out and cost $700+ dollars to replace. Don't go to them, it's completely legal what they did, and you will be stuck with a vehicle you didn't even know you were buying.
