Very helpful staff. Had most of what I needed. Had to order what they didn't have in stock. They even tried calling some other locations to see if another store had it in stock so I wouldn't have to wait, which is my only complaint. It took 5 days for my order to come in.

Brake light went out on my Wife s Kia, O Reilly told me they don t do it anymore Came here to AutoZone and Logan H., not only helped me get the correct bulb, but changed it as well, and made sure that I was good to get back on the road.Will be using this store again in the future! You have a good employee in Logan!

The nice young lady was very helpful with my wiper blade purchase. Prices were STUPID EXPENSIVE vs buying online for same product. (nearly 40 pct higher). I prefer to buy local, but 40.00 vs 75.00 I may have to rethink.

I've been here a few times. 1st time for a new battery. The old battery was so hard to get out because the metal plate that held it down had striped bolts. They did not quite trying, though. After a long while, they finally got it swapped. It took 2 guys to do it, and they were so nice. I don't know what I would have done if they gave up. They were Awesome!!! This last time, I went in for a headlight bulb. I didn't know which one to get, but the guy behind the counter looked it up, plucked it from the aisle, and I was out in no time flat. These guys are the most honest, helpful, gracious people I have the pleasure of doing business with.

I asked to have my car battery checked. Jimmy checked it and found it was bad. We went inside, and Jimmy showed me on the monitor what my options were. I decided on a three year battery. Jimmy recommended adding a tube of terminal grease for $1.99. I was glad for the suggestion since this grease combats corrosion. Jimmy removed the bad battery and installed the new one for me. He also installed my air filter! Jimmy was professional and efficient and I really appreciated his excellent and exceptional customer service! Thank you, Jimmy!

Staff wasn't all that helpful.I have to go to two different locations to find the part I needed. After waiting a week when I was told it would be In stock after a week.

No other stores had my part for another week so I called here the one on ridge rd an the guy said I can have it ready for you by 12 . I got a call at 12 01 an he said sorry I'm late but you can come pick up your part they are awesome . They know there stuff . Autozone down the street ordered the wrong part because the guy was a know it all he knows everything about everything !!! not!!!!! Skip autozone go to Napa . I've been going to this company aslong as I can remember with my dad as a kid an now my kids are coming here with me thanks guys you saved my day my week an it's my birthday today so I really appreciate it more than you know

The staff at this Auto Zone is amazing. Especially Chris and Carter. Just amazing customer service. I was stranded with a dead battery and they helped me charge my phone, gave me a chair to sit in and installed my battery. I have renewed faith in Humankind and in customer service. I still cannot believe how wonderful Chris and Carter were. Above and beyond. Polite, kind and wonderful.

Extremely helpful! All I did was walk up to the counter to tell him what I needed and he went and gathered everything. It was the first time I didn't feel like I was going to stare at a section of things I know nothing about and panic after 45 minutes of confusion. He also went out of his way to get me some studs for my car (I needed a lot.) Would 100% come back just for this guys assistance. (Will look for a receipt to find the name/ future edit)

Terrible... I am not exaggerating , I counted 5 guys and 1 gal standing at the counter and wouldn't even look at me. One young guy was on the phone helping a phone customer, and the rest standing around not even acknowledging me standing there. Store was not busy, two customers were not in line talking to each other along the wall, and I was in the line corral waiting to be called on. I have shopped at this store since 2002, and the crew working there is obviously getting paid to stand and hold the counters up. I left and went to the competitor down the street. No Customer Service at this location, one guy finally came to the counter to help me and doesn't know Anything at about auto parts and tried to sell me the wrong thing.

I went to the store to see if there was anything to take out a scratch down the side of my car. John was great! He showed me the products, tested one out and was super respectful!

Best auto part store in town!Not only were they the best price and the only store or shop to have my battery type in stock, they were the only part store willing to help me install it.Chris A. is the man and he deserves a raise. Very professional and polite.Only part store I will go to from now on.

I stopped in yesterday in rough shape, my truck was overheating at every light and pouring a mixture of fluids and an hour away from home.But Chris was there and went above and beyond to help me with finding tools I needed and best solution for meAlso thank to Alex and jr as well!

Every time I go to this place they're very kind and I didn't catch the guy's name but he's normally always there and he always helps me get exactly what I need. He even tells me the benefits of the cheaper version or the more expensive, kind, great place. Months later I'm still going very friendly to my daughter and always have what I need thanks again guys

Had a great experience at the port Richey location with Jon, pleasant and attentive. He was quick to help and understood what I needed (which was information on whether I had a standing warranty on my battery, I did). He immediately set out to replacing the battery and made sure to see to it being able to work in my car before finishing his work. Thank you!!

Have been doing business with them for over 15 years. Tiffany and Roberto make my life SO much easier in the commerical department. And the drivers have become close friends. Truly truly the best parts shop hands down.

Frank and the store manager treated me well. My old battery was still under warranty. I didn't know that and they brought it to my attention. Thank you! Money is tight and y'all were awesome you saved me money and didn't have to do that. You guys were great.
