I cannot say enough good things about this particular Sales professional, and the dealership. This past week I purchased a used car from them - and from when I first spoke to Chris Pileggi on the phone, to when I left out of there a happy car owner - it was all a First Class Experience.Chris P. was knowledgable, friendly, professional, experienced, efficient, a great listener and understood my needs. It was a relaxed, no pressure transaction. This was the absolute BEST experience compared to ALL the years I've purchased cars in the past - and I have high standards when it comes to customer service - since I came from a customer service background. I was on a budget and he did not push or create a creepy, awkward situation which is what I had experienced at the other local car dealers in this area before finding him. He is Awesome, and I highly recommend him and Auto Nation Cadillac Port Richey, to deal with when looking for a vehicle to purchase. A+++ experience. I will definitely send my family, friends and I will return to that location when it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle in the future. I am a very happy and satisfied Customer!!

Understanding the complexities of my situation, Joseph demonstrated an incredible level of commitment by driving an hour to pick me up at the airport on his day off. This place was awesome to me. Jaclyn was very good at every detail, no unexpected surprises after purchasing my jeep. She is also very polite, especially with the candy. Mike in finance was also very polite and goes up and beyond to make everything in your favor. Nice clean building. Service is great. Just all around an amazing experience with great people.

My experience at AutoNation Cadillac Port Richey was phenomenal. I came in on a Monday night wanting to look at a truck. When I went inside I was immediately greeted by Chris Sabo. He was kind, courteous, and eager to show me the truck. He explained everything about the buying process and put no pressure on me whatsoever. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The finance manager I dealt with, Mike, was pleasant as well. He helped me get a great rate with my credit and made sure to answer any questions I had. Both Chris and Mike were very personable and polite. I would recommend them and this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!

Alright, So let me first say, when someone asks me to give them a review my usual response is... sure, whatever... this is NOT one of those times. I bought my truck a couple of years ago now and have had very good service in the past. ( a few people who are no longer there like Nicole, Jeremy, and now Carrissa ) Recently I needed to get 4 new tires and that's when I met Richard Korte. Man, what a great guy! Dude has jumped through hoops to make sure I was satisfied. (even though I MAY not have been the nicest to him on the phone... sorry again about that) He made sure I was happy. I can't say enough good things about Richard and I hope he stays for a long time there because he is definitely a keeper! Hopefully nothing goes wrong anytime soon where I need to come in for anything fixed, but if I do, I'll look forward to seeing you Richard. Thanks man! You're awesome!

I have purchased several cars in my life, and I just had the best experience ever with my recent purchase of a Cadillac CT5 from AutoNation Cadillac Port Richey in Florida. Jacklyn Waskiewicz was our salesperson, and she was the reason we had such a great experience. Her customer service skills were tremendous, from the first phone call I felt very comfortable dealing with her, she was honest and has the highest level of integrity for any salesperson I have dealt with purchasing a car. I purchased the vehicle over the phone, she was very patient, answered all my questions, and followed up on everything insuring a smooth transaction. Richard and the whole service team at Autonation Cadillac Port Richey were amazing during my whole service experience! My salesman Joseph Mozzone was awesome! Had the vehicle ready to test drive when we arrived. Encouraged me to definitely take the vehicle on the suncoast parkway so I could get the car into the 70 80 s range. And he was able to get us the price we wanted. Way to go Joe! Thank you!

Advertised prices are all fake. Be prepared to pay at least $2000 just in nonsense junk fees on top of tax tag and title fees. They also refuse to negotiate. A complete waste of my time. I bought elsewhere. The like to send endless emails with a bunch of hype about how great they are and a bunch of bla bla bla. If you have alot of time on your hands with nothing else to do with your life, they are for you.NOTE: There will be a copy and paste response to this review from "General Manager" saying how sorry they are and more hype. They are truly a predictable bunch over there.

From the time I walked into the dealership and met my salesperson (Olivia L.) she ensured my experience was amazing. Initially, I was interested in purchasing the XT5 so, she took me on a test drive to show me all the great features the vehicle had to offer and there were many. However, turns out I needed a little more space for my children and cargo which led to a test drive of the XT6. It was clearly a match made in heaven and perfect for all my needs although, Olivia knew within minutes I was pleased with the vehicle she didn t rachet up the sales pressure. I was also introduced to the Director (Jack) since he was visiting and he was so kind and thoughtful, I would have never guessed he was the Director. He made my children feel comfortable and offered them to have lunch and verify I was being cared for by his staff.After I decided to purchase the XT6 I inquired about a unique accessory so, Olivia immediately took my question to the management team and her next statement to me was confirming it was custom ordered. This was my first Cadillac purchase out of many previous vehicles and the hospitality that was given has been fantastic and the best experience ever. Owning a Cadillac has given me a new family/team and after this purchase there is no other vehicle manufacture I envision being a part of. So, I 100% endorse buying a Cadillac for yourself or family and as an added bonus ask for Olivia Lenz as your salesperson (She s Awesome).

Made an appointment for my car. Not only did they let my battery die and add to the problems that didn't exist before I had brought my car there it took them two and a half days to even get started on it after my appointment. Here we are 4 days later and I still don't have a vehicle and keep getting nothing but people need to understand trying to play the not my problem or not. My fault we're busy. This takes longer all the usual jargon that people use when they're taking their time or being lazy. Would definitely not recommend taking my Cadillac or car here ever again if I ever get it backThanks Alfredo

Very professional staff with top of the line mechanics! The people at AutoNation Cadillac Port Richey went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle issues were addressed as quickly as possible. Knowing I was going to be without a vehicle for an extended amount of time was stressful yet was quickly taken care of by "Rich," who put me in a rental! Not only did he do that, but he kept me informed during each step of the repair process! I will take my vehicle back to AutoNation Cadillac Port Richey every time every time in the future! Thank you for taking such good care of my Cadillac!

This is not the first time I have dealt with Cadillac board of Port RicheyThey are wonderful there. There is no pressure. They answer all your questions right on the spot.The price that I gave for my car was excellent and the trade-in value I got on my old car was even excellent. They are very fair people over there.

Five Star service for AutoNation Cadillac Service Department at New Port Richey! Jen Coffman is a Great communicator and overall professional. She is always on top my vehicles maintenance and communicates immediately my car needs service. I am a busy professional and her work ethic helps relieve some of the stress involved in my cars upkeep.
