One of the very few Auto stores I have ever been to that if they don't have what you need in stock they can and will tell you who does have it available around the area and how much they are asking for that item. Because they have done that for me on multiple occasions they are and always will be the first place I always go. They always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Also always very honest and always fair with prices. Anything you're looking for that has to do with an automobile they either have it, can get it or will point you in the right direction. Have never been up there or called with a question and not gotten the answer to that question. Just good service from good people with the knowledge on things that I have no idea about. Most importantly they don't mind sharing that knowledge with you if needed. Like I said, just good people.

Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Ryan and the management team for going above and beyond. They replaced a battery that I did not expect to happen, and truly just made my day! They literally saved me almost 200$! They were friendly, helpful and considerate and I am so grateful for this customer service CARE!

Great place, wonderful employees. Went with my wife to see if they could help out with a fundraiser for her high school journalism class the assistant manager was extremely helpful in setting things up for her and having her confirm with the manager during the week. Looking forward to the event, I'm sure they will do a wonderful job, will post update

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and very polite. Forgot his name but thank you. And for not asking me to wear a mask since you don't need one. I appreciate intelligent people. We'll visit that place again

Under normal circumstances, I would give a stellar rating to Advance Auto Parts. However, I was in dire need of having my check engine light read- or having the codes read. At this particular Advance Auto Parts, their OBD-II reader was broken. I was a bit upset. I will admit, I had been unhappy due to my check engine light coming on to begin with; I just didn't understand how this business didn't have a second OBE-II reader. It was a disappointing experience. I won't hesitate to return should I require anything for my vehicle. I understand that accidents happen.

All my Automotive needs I bring to this store. Very knowledgeable staff and very patient explaining certain parts of the vehicle and how to make installations. Staff is also exceptionally polite.

Gotta say love shoping here! The service is top knotch. The staff is willing to help in many ways with tools, installation and very knowledgeable.really like the speed perks, purchased an alternator at a great price then received 40.00 in perks. F-ing great way to get you back in the door. Would definitely recommend.

So yesterday I was in a situation with my two week infant in the car when my car overheated literally as I was turning into the parking lot I had to shut the engine off before I blew my engine. I then went inside with my fiance and the baby and talked to Ryan and AJ and they were simply amazing they allowed me and my child to wait inside the air conditioning while they tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. But then the battery drained so they couldn't get to the actual problem but they did so much for me that I wanted to give a shout out and credit where it's due. The general manager let us to keep our car there for almost an entire day while we figured out the tow-truck situation with no hesitation at all. I recommend to go to this location if there's anything ever wrong with your car and they will go the extra mile and I appreciate everything they did and will be returning for any future car issues I may have! Thank you again to AJ Tyler and Ryan!!!

If you ever move you MUST have all receipts or they can not warranty anything.There computers are not link together like all the other auto parts stores

I just had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a new battery. Danny was very professional and knowledgeable. In a what could have been very streesful situation for me, I felt well taking care of. Thank you.

They didn't push me to buy something I didn't need therefore I love them. Instead of lying like some would they were honest and upfront with me and I really appreciate it. They also did a diagnosis on my car which some advance autos are not doing anymore.

I love those guys are always helpful. When they come up to do something for you I think we should slip him a few bucks for lunch. Even though they don't take it you going to stuff it in their pocket when they're not looking LOL

Went to 3 other stores that said they had a 3 amp fuse for A/C. Advance Auto Parts Had them in Stock . Which saved me a couple days waiting for repair man to get to me. Plus saved me about $100.00
