1st Moto is really great I m in the Hudson area and my new to me bike needed work. I dropped it off for new fork seals and a possible diagnosis for a popping/bog they texted me back very quickly when the seals were done and also adjusted my clutch! I didn t know the clutch was off causing my issues and they fixed it with no additional cost. If you re looking for a shop for your bike I d highly recommend these guys nothing to worry about and are fast at doing what they do! This was my first time here and my very first impressions, I will be coming back for anything my bike needs that I can t do. Thank you!

Have an Old Puch Moped from 1986. They were able to mount my new tires and tubes in a reasonable time and for a hell of a price. Friendly and efficient..

Great staff , very professional but outgoing at the same time , if anyone ever asks me where to go for anything to get done on their motorcycle: 1st moto is my answer .I dropped off my bike late in the day came back day after with some new tires installed , that being said , Kieth took care of my Yamaha MT07 , he also saw my brake lever was hitting my water pump cover , i never even mentioned it , in fact i forgot about it , he went ahead and made some adjustments to get it right and tidy . Long story short i felt like family over there . Things couldnt have gone betterP.s. im writing this after doing a good 150mi with the new tire , feels greatService: Tires

Called last minute on a Saturday and they were able to sneak me in for a tire change when no one else could. Upon getting home noticed they also serviced my chain that desperately needed it. Would highly recommend and will be a returning customer.Service: TiresService: Tires

Tire change and brake rebuild on my 30 year old sport bike. He ended up replacing some bad o-rings in my carberetur for free. Great communication. And were as quick as they could be while not waiting for parts.Services: Tires, Brake service & repairServices: Tires, Brake service & repair

Super nice staff!!! Took my 2021 m package s1000rr they did an awesome job! Changed my tires and made sure my carbon fiber wheels were in perfect condition while doing so! 10/10

Very friendly people. Super helpful and knowledgeable of what they do. Had me in and out for a tire change in just a couple hours. Even worked with me on times to bring it in and pick it up. I'll definitely be bringing future business to them. Thanks again 1st Moto.

Very pleasant experience here. They took very good care with my Triumph, and I m quite picky about my service on my bike. The cost was quite reasonable. Very easy to tell that they care about doing a thorough job. Definitely recommended!

I brought in the head off a Yamaha warrior and had some work done and I am very happy with the outcome. They showed me the part that was giving me a problem which is why I brought it in and they fixed the problem and showed me. I will definitely be going back soon. This shop is extremely professional! They got my bike in last minute for a trip I was going on, and didn't leave anything unchecked. I brought my Harley to 1st Moto Powersports to have the forks rebuilt and new tires mounted. Along with those two things I asked them to diagnose an oil leak and an electrical issue I was having. They took care of it all and my bike is running better than ever. Very fair prices and the customer service is top notch. This is the best place around to have your motorcycle worked on.

I admire their work and communication, truly amazing shop with INCREDIBLE customer service and detail. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a repair shop. What I remember the most was when I went to check it out I got there after closing time and the owner still helped me out and set me up with an apt. Truly amazing work guys, thanks for the calls/texts with updates and professional service

Ryan the shops owner he is very professional detail and honest definitely will recommend him to anybody he repaired my 2011 Yamaha vstar 650 it was not running had carburetor issues gas delivery issues and he sincronize them too and I am happy that now I am back on the road !!Service: Carburetor cleaningService: Carburetor cleaning
