Went two consecutive days with two different vehicles. Service was excellent! Told them I already put on new wiper blades and air filters, no hassles. Gave me a very nice military discount. Checked tires and topped fluids. This is a hidden gem in Ormond.

I got my oil changed today, and it was my first time being at Take 5 Port Orange. The service was amazing! Kevin, Steve, and their team were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient! We will definitely be back!

Most expensive oil change I've ever had. They charge over $110.00 for off brand synthetic oil and if you bring your own oil filter they still charge you the same amount. I had a new air filter installed and had to wait for Auto Zone to deliver it and it was the cheapest filter they sell but I was charged $46.99 with a $15.00 discount for the filter. For $17.99 I could have bought a filter at Auto Zone. I found out after I got home from my daughter that I could have got a full synthetic oil change with a oil filter for $49.99 (regularly $59.99) at Goodyear in Port Orange. I ended up paying over $156.00 out the door. Not going back there again. It's cheaper at a car dealership.

Went there for an oil change several times all good. Last time I was offered windshield wipers by the older gentleman I had money only for oil change so I declined. He was very insistent so I declined again and told him oil change only please. He started yelling oil change only!! Oil change only!! They didn't check tire pressure. Top fluids. Reset oil life as usual cause I refuse to buy windshield wipers..not going again..I guess they get I commission or something..very rude

Noah welcomed us right when we pulled in and brought us water quickly. Joshua & Mac were a pleasure to work with. Josh was knowledgeable and provided us information about our car. They were so polite and kind. They communicated about everything they were doing and Mac did our oil change, and topped everything off for us. We will definitely be coming back here!!!!!! Excellent customer service! Informative and efficient! Thorough on fluid checks, where and what leaks my ladybug has. (Pontiac G3 under 100,00) quick oil change. If you are working or live in Port Orange and have a full daily schedule, definately use these guys!

I absolutely adore the idea of a take five oil change! This location is my absolute favorite. Everyone s is so friendly helpful and get you in and out . Today Nolen, Josh, and Jerry were awesome. I respect these guys because they are constantly working car after car but always greet everyone with a smile.

I know it's the 5 minute oil change but the car in front of me has been there almost 30 minutes and everyone else has gone in already.,Just my luck I guess. (Yes I was only behind one car that was in the bay.)Not saying it's anyone's fault but next time I will go elsewhere.

Justin Morris was amazing! He was very kind upon me entering and got me a nice cold water and was very polite and also put air in my tires! Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable! Wow I pulled into this establishment that says it would take five minutes to do an oil change. I was greeted outside with a bottle of water at approximately the seven minute mark there were three cars in the three stalls that they had. I was the first car to show up a second vehicle, arrived, and pulled into the first stall, the second stall, the one I m at leaves they pull in the guy in the first being and working on his vehicle at about the 25 minute mark I was pulled into the garage where I sat for an additional 27 minutes they completed the service flawlessly from opening the drain plug in allowing the oil to drain into a catchy reservoir then they put on a new filter that they had freshly greased installed the liquid gold Duramax synthetic oil into the vehicle, topped off all of my fluids and even conducted a coolant exchange all with flawless precision left the location at approximately one hour and 55 minutes good to go for another 10 to 12,000 miles

I ve been here plenty of times before but this time was different. Unfortunately most of the staff here at the time was gripping about other coworkers and how they needed to go home. Standing around having a conversation for over 10 mins before getting to work on the other car. They worked one car at a time with only 2 people because the manager, Tyler left shortly after checking us in. It was not a pleasant experience and I hope they can keep their personal business to themselves. Specifically Abby talked about her business and complained the entire time talking about her boyfriend and other issues. It was over an hour long process for 1 oil change all while hearing all about their schedule and home problems.

Kevin and the team at take 5 oil change were fantastic. Super long line and it still only took an hour. Every one was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice speedy oil change from a crew of great guys!

If you don't want to drop your car off at Walmart and wait 2 to 4 hours, then this is a great option. It's worth the money considering the time you don't waste. A suggestion: Take 20 to 25!

BEST experience I ever had at any take 5 location! Arrived late in the hour after a long commute, and the team greeted me as if it was still the morning. Kind, polite, helpful, professional and FAST. Highly recommend Port Orange location.

I have been waiting more than 30 minutes for Jerry, the manager to just put air in my tires. I came back since they were so busy earlier. He was chit chatting with the car in front of me. He had me finally pull into the bay, but was assisting the person behind me. 10 minutes later, I am still sitting here and he is nowhere in sight. Must be reading the newspaper in the bathroom. Ridiculous. Finally showed up. That is 40 minutes of my life that I will never get back . They are short staffed today, but he has not even said a word to me. I liked the management here before much better. Take 50 is not what I was looking for.

I sat in my car for 20 minutes this morning before an employee even asked what I needed. If it was busy I d understand but there are 8 employees here standing and only 2 cars here! Horrible service!To top off my service they couldn t get my skid plate reattached because the screws were gone. They said who ever changed my oil last time just shoved it back in there. Take 5 , same location, changed it last time.

I always get my oil changed here and they re always great. Tonight I swung in to get some air in my tires. When we finished and I pulled out we heard a strange noise that we had never heard before. It was coming from a tire. Zach saw that we had stopped and came over to help us. A small piece of metal had come off from the valve stem cap and was making a scraping noise when I drove. He was able to get the piece out and it was good as new. He really went above and beyond his call of duty. He s an asset to the company!

Great place to go for a quick oil change! Ben, Dustin and Juan were all excellent! Very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly! Even gave us water, juice and fruit snacks while we waited in the car! Would recommend this business A+!

Was quite disturbed that they advertise an economy oil change for $49 dollars then they get you in there and teii you they don't have the economy oil you have to get the $89 dollar oil change they only have the high priced oil I almost drove out but they already had my hood up and had me all checked in I didn't want to waste my travel time and my wait time so I let them go ahead with it.i felt like I got the old bait and switch .I will not be getting my oil change there again it's sad because service guys were nice and seemed to do a good job but were embarrassed by telling me about the price change

Oil change was fine, but it was my least favorite location. No one should ever open my passenger car door and start digging through my glove box to check my filter without asking.. Very rude and grimy sales tactic. If you want rude and silly sales pressure, this is your spot. I ve had much better experiences at other locations.

Reviews Don t lie. Had the pleasure of having my vehicle worked on by Ben, Ronnie & Dustin. Super quick & efficient. Knowledgeable & kind. Ben s professionalism & personality really make the visit enjoyable. Having been the last car to be worked on after hearing they had done around 90 cars already today & they still treated me as their only customer. Great work ethic from all of them.

This is by far the BEST place to go to. We were in town from Texas visiting family and had to stop in for an oil change before heading back. Wood and Tyler absolutely impressed us with their skills and knowledge. They treated us extremely well, got our Jeep serviced and taken care of, and did all of this in such a quick manner! AMAZING guys! Highly and STRONGLY suggest these guys to anyone needing the vehicle serviced! You WILL NOT be let down! Thanks again guys! Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys are so honest and helpful. When I brought my car in I thought I needed an oil change as my dash was giving me an alert for extremely low oil. When they could have charged me for a full oil change they informed me that everything looked good and I just needed a top off. They also topped off my coolant and washer fluid. I ended up only paying $10 when they could have gotten over $100 for the type of service my vehicle requires. It s hard to find an honest company that won t take advantage of female clients who are clueless when it comes to this stuff. My service tech was very knowledgeable on the model of my car and even helped me reset the computer system as it had been giving me a lot of false readings.
