In my opinion I believe auto one is the best auto repair shop I've experienced in my life. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for honesty and integrity. They did a complete service on my care and there was absolutely no pressure on pushing things I didn't need. I felt good knowing that they had my best interest. They explained the importance of repairs. If there are any women out there that needs work on their car I suggest you check out Auto One. I truly cannot say enough about my experience. Thank you gentlemen!

My husband and I absolutely swear by this auto body shop!!!! we have been going to the shop for the past three years and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, the knowledgeable mechanics, and the honest work done in the shop. As a woman going into any car repair shop, I am always skeptical of the things that I need to get done to my car, but that is NEVER a concern here. Everyone is really honest about what truly needs to be done to the car and the prices are always reasonable. We recently moved out of town, but still drive over an hour to stay loyal to the shop whenever we need anything done to our cars! These guys are the BEST!!!!

Kirk and all the guys here are the very best servicing my wrangler the last 6 years. Even if last minute and some after market issues. Very communicative and efficient. Can t recommend them enough as someone who is very protective over who touches my Jeep!

I have been going to Repair One in Port Orange for many years now. I really trust these people. Kirt , the manager, goes above and beyond when you have a problem with your car. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and skilled. My car is an older model. Parts are hard to find. One time he drove a hundred miles to find a part for me. He is so caring and kind. My car wasn t driving well and wouldn t start properly and he worked on it the next day to solve the problem if an over heated wire. They care about their customers safety. I would highly recommend these people!

My first experience with Repair 1 was last summer when they fixed my air conditioner for less than a third of what the dealership quoted me.. Even beyond their pricing, I appreciate Repair 1 s communication. They listen carefully as I describe the issue and ask questions. They provide thorough explanations and pricing before doing the work. They consult with me if needed while repairs are being done. I have been back a couple of times for unrelated smaller issues, expected on a 10 year old SUV. I always feel they are giving the best service for the best price. They are professional and personable.

I called to ask about making an appointment and spoke with Mike. He was very helpful and scheduled me quickly (next day). When I arrived They were very quick to get my vehicle in and started working on it. Mike was super helpful in helping me get some other services scheduled that are needed. Very Happy with the service. Definitely recommend

WOW! Just WOW!!! Mike and this wonderful staff go over and beyond when it comes to customer service, as well as car repair. Full explanation what could be a fix vs worse case scenario. Had car in and out for a clutch repair within a day. Prices are alway fair here, never feel ripped off. Changes gears better than new! Great job, guys!!!!

I am so thankful to have found this place. After recently losing our automotive shop of over 20 years, we had been searching for a new one. The people at Repair 1 were professional and knowledgable. There was no runaround, no surprise charges. We have already taken two vehicles here. We had an extended warranty one one vehicle. Kia (Daytona) had treated my son, the owner of it, absolutely terrible. They refused to say if something was covered or not, and then they said it would cost him for them to look at the vehicle and tell him if something was covered, but they could not give a price. They yanked him around for a couple of weeks, transferred him to a service manager who rambled aimlessly on the phone about other things instead of a straight answer and then finally, stopped responding. We took the same car here. They looked at the warranty and let us know what was covered and what a cost might be. Straightforward, I like that. They did the work, zero hassle. I am so impressed. I look forward to our future together.

This will be my go-to place! I was getting an error message on my Jeep and I also couldn t open the hood of my car. I called Repair 1 and they got me in super fast, repaired my hood (wasn t an easy fix, apparently!) and the error message went away after the hood was fixed. They were friendly and fast and I would 100% use them again.

I was not happy now please with my service today. Just because I'm a female doesn't make me stupid. I didn't live 65 years from being dumb and being a female. If you're a female I suggest you don't go there.... Very unsatisfied

Credit has to be given where credit is due and repair 1 exceeded my expectations. Honest and reasonable pricing. $60.00 full synthetic oil change in 2023.. wow. Just wow.. jiffy lube is charging over $100 and using some no name oil brand. I'm happy supporting the smaller shop. These guys work hard everyday and deserve to be paid well. Auto repair is messy pain in the butt work. Thank God these guys are still willing to do it. Thank you..

Was so pleased seeing all the good reviews on Google even though there was a couple complaints about a rude employee I figured why not give this place the tryScheduled an appointment to get an alignment upon coming in was told now they re not sure if they can do It. they had a tech look at it and question about why it needs an alignment after explaining to them that new parts where installed and it pulled a little bit to the left one of their techs decided he could not take on the job , so I was stuck to wait for 20 minutes for another employee to get back from lunch just for that employee to come back from lunch with an attitude and tell me he don t really want to mess with my car. Not to mention the two guys inside the office we re pretty rude themselves.Not sure what happened here, but this was a terrible experience and a complete waste of time.

Went into the shop with a clunking noise on the Friday before the New Years long weekend. The crew told usbit was borh front cv axels and brought me into the shop to show me the damage. Could confirm they were very right with their diagnosis. We were moving out of state the following tuesday, and they managed to get our parts ordered and in over the holidays just in time for our big move.The crew is honest and extremely talented. Thank you guys for helping us start our journey!

I don't know what happened this time, a few days ago I changed the oil to my car here as usual and to rotate the tires. That day the man who served me was rude and not at all friendly and I thought, okay, maybe he had a bad day. Today I back to consulted something and again this man, Zero customer service, what a negative attitude towards customers.

My dash engine light came on. They had the car a few hours. When notified I returned wherein I was told that I had to go to a dealer because Repair One could not decipher the codes and only the dealer could. I was charged $56.00 and change for nothing. They gave me the alleged codes, but the dealer didn't want them. Advanced Auto Parts did the reading for free, Repair One...$56.00. I was ripped off, don't ya think?

Today I came in with an alternator problem with my Honda and spoke with Scott at repair one. He was very knowledgeable. Some places would ve taken advantage of the situation but he did a quick free diagnostics and sent me on my way. I really appreciate an honest person and an honest business. Great job repair one.
