Just had one of the easiest, u stressful car purchase I've ever had. The car was more than I thought in person, one of the cleanewt used cars I've ever seen. Sharif was guiding me all the way and was very hospitable. I wouldn't of gotten the loan anywhere else for a car.. I tried many many places. I will definitely be buying all my cars from here... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bought a 2006 Mercedes on December 27th to drive back to Indiana after having a serious issue with our vehicle in SC. We were visiting our son for the holidays in St.Cloud. We usually fly, but had a lot to transport.Upon arrival it was explained thst we simply needed something reliable to get us home, stopping for a couple of days at our place in TN. This Mercedes had a little over 94k miles and it was explained that it had nearly new tires, etc that it would be good. My husband test drove it and noticed that the engine light came on. He brought it to the salesman s attention, Sherif. Sherif said it just needed reset and it would go off. It didn t, so we left it there and he said he would have someone look at it and that we could come back and pay the next day. He also advised that he would clean it up a little better on the inside.We returned approximately an hour and 15/30 back to St. Cloud and returned to pick it up a little after noon, the next day. We paid and left. The engine light was off until about 30 minutes down the road. I was driving our rental. My husband was driving the Mercedes . My husband called Shetif and he advised that it just needed an O2 sensor and that he would just send him one to our Indiana address. He also mentioned the windshield wipers not dispensing. Sherif said it just needed filled. It was raining and the windshield needed cleaned.We returned to our son s house and attempted to fill and it all came out. Then, it was noticed, after dark, that the dash lights were not working or intermittent.We left the next day and noticed that the speedometer and odometer were not working. We called again and requested a return of the vehicle. This was not entertained. Sherif advised that this was all a dash cluster issue and that he would send a new one to the Indiana address.As we got further North, the heater stopped. It was blowing cold air and the steering was tight.Upon returning to Indiana, the 02 sensor arrived and my husband put it on. We realized it would have to be reset and continued to wait for the dash cluster. The odometer had only registered 110 miles since leaving Port Orange.It took a while for the dash cluster to arrive. Upon arrival, my husband attempted to get it working, to no avail. He continued to be in contact with Sherif. We do not have a Mercedes dealership near us, which Sherif recommended against, anyway because of the associated expense. We had not intended on keeping the vehicle. But, with no speed odometer or odometer, we couldn t even trade itMy husband had the battery checked because of other issues. It tested bad, so we first had a new battery installed $175We then scheduled an appointment with a local Import Dealershio who advised they work on the dash clusters. It took over a week to get in and they had it for over a week. They advised thst the new dash cluster that was sent was throwing so many errors that they put the old one back in. They said they attempted to work with it for several hours and that we needed to take it to Mercedes . They said the ABS was bad. When I went to pick it up, the service technician came out and told me it wasn t safe to drive because the ball bearings were going out and wheel bearings needed looked at. $600.At this point, we sent a recap and their diagnostic report to Sherif, via the email that he provided. We asked again, about the return, via shipment, back to the dealership in Florida. The email was received. We asked Sherif to forward this info to the owner, or whomever could address it. No response to emails, texts or our voice mails. All communication stop on their end.New ball bearings and boots. Still not driveable because of bad ABS. $1050It drags the ground.Rented a trailer to tow 90 minutes to the Mercedes Deakership in FT Wayne.A $9000 boat anchor and extreme disruptions dropping it off, missing work, etc..,Limit exceeded. You get the picture. I sent the entire recap the car was functional 30 minutes. We aren t dropping it.

This is a trustworthy dealership. All of the cars in my family are from Sherif, he is very experienced with cars and will get you the car that you ask for at a great price. I recently got an Audi Q5 from him, and it is the cleanest used car I have ever gotten. If you are looking for used cars, this is the right dealership to visit.

This dealership has the best used cars. My current car and all my previously owned cars are from this dealership all have been super clean at great prices, and none have had any issues all because of Sherif. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and I plan on buying many more. This dealership has the best treatment and service in town! Their cars are super clean and very nice which is why I always come here. The owner Sherif is an amazing guy and really works with you to get you in the car you want. He is very honest and patient with me everytime I am there. He truly is amazing! He has helped me get my dream car, which is a c43 amg in excellent condition! I am really thankful for Orlando auto sale and sherif s service! I will definitely keep buying from here

Sharif was very personable. I told him what I needed and subsequently purchased a vehicle. It was a very straightforward and no nonsense transaction. I would highly recommend for anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit Orlando Auto Sales in Port Orange. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and this experience did not have the usual negative vibe one normally gets at a car dealership. All positive thoughts for Orlando Auto Sales!

After blowing the transmission in my car I searched within a 100 mile radius for a 1 owner used car, no accidents and low mileage and under 15k . My bank had stipulations with the loan. Had to be a major dealer. No major dealers had cars that met that criteria. Car Guru and Car Fax sent me to Orlando Auto Sales. Sherif was kind and courteous from the beginning. Long story short I purchased a BMW , 1 owner, no accidents , low mileage under 15k from him and was so excited I drove all over town the next day. Lightening and thundering, I decided to call it a day. Got to a 4 way and the car went kaput. I immediately called Sherif and began fussing him out. He came to me within 30 minutes confident in his cars. He gently told me "You're out of gas ", while dripping wet . He proceeded to the nearest gas station, purchased a gas can and gas. Car started on first start up haven't had a problem. Just compliments on how well it drives and beautiful. I'm sending friends and family members . Awesome guy ! Sorry Sherif, again, never thought about a gas station, just driving

I recently purchased a 2009 Audi A5 from Orlando Auto Sales in Port Orange, FL and I couldn t be more happy with the vehicle as well as Sharif, the owner! He went above and beyond as far as making a deal, accepting my trade in, as well as helping alleviate any concerns I had with the car. The car is in awesome condition at a great price, and I would highly recommend Sharif and his dealership.

BUYER BEWARE. The owner attempted to sell a Solara that was a complete junker.The photos attached to this review are ones that a mechanic took from just a brief inspection. Well over $1,000 worth of repairs, plus the engine was making noise...When I told the owner and showed him the pictures, he got upset and basically told me he didn't care. Can't believe that they are still in business.

After driving all over Florida basically we finally found the car we were looking for at Orlando Auto in Port Orange Fl.Sherif went over every feature and option in this car without pressure to buy whatsoever. We took it for a test ride and fell in love.Very very pleasant and friendly Man.The paperwork was completed and the price was very very fair. We picked the car up the next day.I would highly recommend sherif and Orlando Auto to anyone looking to buy like new affordable used clean cars.

I recently bought Mercedes c250 coupe from this place and they had excellent service! I like this Mercedes, it was in very good condition and drives great. Sherif was very patient and let me test drive the car and take my time to think. I will definitely be buying more cars from this dealership!

Hello! I had a very pleasant experience in Port Orange. Car was priced competitively well. Sherif was a really nice person to do business with and it was a relaxed environment. I recommend you stop by! They had a really cool looking VW convertible Beetle there.

I bought a Kia solo it's in GREAT condition. As if it were brand new!The owner of Orlando Auto was amazing answered every single question I had, and let me tell you I had a lot of questions. He treated me as if I were his only customer. Very patient not pushy ,not trying to make a sale just great customer service. I will defiantly return in the future! I have a son that will be driving soon and will buy from Orlando Auto Sale Port Orange again.

This guy Sherif is very rude. I guess he didn t eat breakfast or something, but got mad when I told him vehicle is knocking. He was loud and all, talking about he would give me a 1year warranty, and when I asked if he is going to put it on paper, got even more mad. Man you should learn how to do business. You can be rude somewhere else, but not here with your miserable self.

Bought a car that was sold to me to be in great condition and a good deal....Except... I've owned it for 1 week and things are falling apart. The owner refuses to acknowledge and/or fix minor problems that would make this transaction fair. Beware buying from this place without 3rd party approval.

I came all the way from Alabama, after only being here a couple months..I caught Greyhound which was late and hella behind schedule...I called Sherif and let him know... He stayed till 730 as I'm getting off Greyhound and waited....I gave him the cash.. We went thru paperwork 20 mins.. And I was off back to California..I was only in Alabama cause my car broke down when I got there...I drove it all the way to the Bay area.... With No problems in my Mercedes Benz ...

We drove nearly 50 miles to come look at a car that their website said was available. When we got there, it was not in the lot. The place was closed and no one answered the phone even though it was during their business hours. We had to call their other location to find out that the car was gone.

IVE BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM ORLANDO AUTO SALES IN PORT ORANGE .. IM SO IN LOVE WITH MY 2006 XC90 VOLVO AND ALSO BOUGHT A MERCEDES 2004 WAGON.. SHERIF WAS SO PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE VEHICLES . TEST DROVE THEM MUTIPLE TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING THE CAR AND SUV. Was out on a Sunday looking at a car I saw on line the car was open and I was sitting in side looking when some angry looking guy yelled we are not open and you shouldn t be in the car .most of the cars are filthy dirty and the whole lot is a mess .Beware,!
