Seeing the last review was concerning regarding car battery installation. My Ford Fusion needed a battery and we called Advanced auto parts first, but they declined to put in the battery over the phone. So we called O Reilly next and they said they would install. I believe it was the same person, Tom (had a red beard) came out and was extremely polite and courteous. He changed the battery in less than 15 min. I would highly recommend calling ahead first to see if they can change a battery out or not and I would recommend this place if they can.

The Assistant Manager Kish was so kind and respectful I will now always come to this store first. He came out to check our battery and it turns out it was a bad battery. He told me the battery was still under warranty and I would not have to pay anything and the best part He installed the battery for us. Kish is a keeper!

There are a lot of choices for auto parts and for the most part they all have the same drawbacks. I've found O'Reilly to have good inventory and helpful employees.

Don t advertise changing headlights on your website if your employees won t do it. The website says sometimes it s too complicated, but employee didn t even ask the type of car or check- just rattled that off as an excuse not to do something that this company claims to be offering. Just go to Autozone or Firestone down the street at this rate.

My car battery was dying. I went straight to O Reilly at the recommendation of someone well-versed in automotive and mechanics. Tom was extremely rude. Should not be behind the counter talking to anybody. Put him in the back please. Refused to install my battery. It is not in a location that the vehicle needs to be lifted. I purchased the battery and called a friend to install it. I could see Tom through the window doing nothing as I waited in the car for my friend to come. In the time I waited it began to rain and thunder. Way to go O Reilly!!

Really courteous and helpful employees! My first experience at this business, needed a battery/alternator check. Yep needed a new battery. Sure enough they had just the one I needed. Thomas installed it easy peasy and we were on our way. All told we were in and out in 30 minutes. Geat place.

O'Reilly's is fast at becoming the better choice in auto parts supplier to the general public. Advanced auto. Never has what we r looking for. And. Auto Zone. Has been renamed. Argue Zone. Every time i go in there they. Just want to argue we me about my part ive had it with them. SoDON'T GO. THERE. O'REILLY'S IS THE BETTER CHOICE.

Not a big fan, last two times I've been in the same thing has happened, its obvious I'm searching for something, yet the person behind the counter stares like I have 3 heads, how about actually acknowledging I'm alive and might need help. Went to a competitor who treated me like I was valuable instead of a bother.

Thanks, your clerks last night were excellent. I was at wits end with an electrical problem. They were patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. To me it's a reflection on management. Great experience and not the 1st time out of this store. Thank you -

Place is a joke... double the price of everyone one of the competitors. Unknowable most of the time. Can't keep employees ect ect stay away

Very rude workers they don't honer lifetime warranty went in there the other day to replace a part that was under warranty the worker was very rude and kept making nasty comments I will never shop there again we used to shop there for years

Come in and see Melissa ! Gave me excellent advice about not only good brands but what tools I would need to safely and effectively change my rotors. I could not ask for better customer service. I will be coming back just to see her for more tips and tricks. If you have a good experience please leave a review about her to help support this amazing employee!

Don't bother going here. I called with the part number and the guy said they didn't have it. On line said to pick it up there so i decided to go to the store and there it was . So i had ordered it from somewhere else. I did make sure i told them

I experienced the best customer service I ve ever received at oreillys today. Our air conditioner compressor went out while we are on vacation. Ross and Jeremy went above and beyond to help us out. I m very thankful and We will continue to always use oreillys because of them. Five stars is not enough!!!

Alberto was wonderful! I went in to get brake light bulbs for my back brakes because I had none and he asked at checkout if I knew how to change them and I said no not at all and I don't have anyone to do it for me so if he could tell me how to change them that I will attempt to do it myself but he said no way and he didn't hesitate to help me and changed both brake lights for me! I cannot thank him enough! I will return for all my auto needs.

Now this place I prefer to go to over the average part store! There prices are great. I ordered a fuel pump,. There very good over the phone and in person . Melissa is the person to go to ! She knows what she is doing and she is always right it's nice to see woman in parts stores where men are always working and not knowing what your talking about like auto zone lol.
