Just stopped here and saw that they have some great vehicles for a great price! The gentleman was very honest with us and professional. Did not push us at all, and in return made us want to buy! We appreciate them very much and we would recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle!

I love this place, they are staffed and ran by wonderful individuals! The customer service is excellent and they mean business! Annie helped me choose cars of my liking and made sure I could test drive them all as well and told me she would get me in a car that day! She meant exactly what she said and did everything to get me in a nice decent car for my toddler and I in which I haven t had any major issues yet the car is very clean inside/out no dents. I will definitely be coming back again for another car! Nicely done!

My experience at High Tide Autos was the BEST experience I ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Wade and Kevin were great and the whole process was a breeze! Open and honest from the get go - something you no longer see with dealerships! If I m ever in need of another quality vehicle for a great and fair price, I m checking these guys out first!

I really Liked my experience at High Tide Automotive. My sales person Annie was great. It was hilarious to watch her reaction to the raw power and speed of the Mercedes-Benz CLS-550 on our test drive. She made the sale easy and it didn't take that long! I met the owner of the lot and he also was a great guy. Was like a family owned business type experience. I will be recommending this car dealer to everyone I know.

Just got a car from them, quick and easy. Everyone was super nice; let us test drive the car, set up payments with us. Great experience getting a used car, cause we were having a rough time figuring it out and they helped us! Definitely will get other vehicles from them in the future.

Great buying experience I would highly recommend any one looking to purchase a used car to this business. Friendly staff, they did not pressure me to buy at all and they helped me get financing while currently repairing credit. The owner is very personable and respectable thank you for a great buying experience. Edit 15 days into ownership of this vehicle drive under 3000 miles the ac compressor seized up while driving on i4, which ripped the drive belt and half and also melted the the grooved idle pulley. (Note) they sold me a supposedly good vehicle warranty from a third party company that was not very helpful. The total cost of this repair was 3,000.71. I had to pay to tow the car which was 85 dollars and then I also had to pay, 1,789.87 out of my pocket. Austin (Owner) was contacted about the repair stuck to the as is and the only thing he did was call the warranty company he sold me now get this. Austin tells me he called the warrant company and and they advised the shop I went to only accepts OEM parts that they cannot bring their own parts for them and have my mechanics install them. My shop I use is highly recommended and warranties all repairs which is why they won t accept cheap parts to install. I m completely dissatisfied with my purchase be very careful when shopping at this dealership.

I came into Hightides looking for a car. I was helped by Annie! Shes awesome! She was very helpful and mindful of the price range and listened to details. She helped me find the perfect car for me and my kids! Great prices outstanding service and she makes you feel comfortable with the decision and is very honest with everything. Shes not like other car salesman. Shes not pushy and doesnt try to push you into a vehicle that is out of your means of being able to afford!! Definitely will be back and I definitely recommend going and seeing Annie for all yout vehicle needs! Thanks again Annie you Rock!!!!

Best experience I ve had buying a car. I bought a 2008 Sebring. No pressure to buy, VERY good price, I feel I got an incredible deal. They were open and honest about the vehicle, it s history, and any known issues. They encouraged me to drive the car to another mechanic, Firestone, or wherever I needed to to feel comfortable. I recommend them 1000%. I am I love with my new vehicle, VERY CLEAN, CLEAN TITLE, CLEAN DIAGNOSTIC. Low mileage.

Hii I never did reviews but I do read them a lot and I had to talk about My Official Go to 's I recently bought my 2014 Chevrolet Sonic Lt on the 2nd of June picked it up this Saturday I'm a college student and I work and I was in need for my own car I had gotten my license a month or months before and was car shopping for half a year and some months I called high tide to see the options and they offered me my car I wasn't sure at first but I made a decision and it was the best one I'm so in love with my car. Everyone at high tide was so nice and cool i even met all the Kitty/cat family members and learned their names it was so cute Mr Austin is Amazing as well as everyone else there is too but he is Truly Amazing he helped me with everything he made the process so fast and easy and he's so understanding and nice and when I came to pick up my car he was getting it ready for me and even put on the license frame I wanted for me and they had the license tag and sticker ready all ready for me I didn't have to go to the dmv spending any more money and they recommended an insurance brokers I'm truly happy i will always come here first the next time I get another car they are truly my go to's I feel apart of the high tide family and I definitely will be coming back thanks so much everyone you guys are truly blessings

I don't do reviews often, but I felt this was a good time to do one.Went shopping for a used car for my son and happened to come across high tide automotive via the carfax website.I just want to say their selection is pretty good, they offer warranties with their cars through a third party, which can be rare in the used car market, also they have a mechanic that checks out all their vehicles to the best of their ability.Needless to say working with Wade and Austin was a pleasant experience, we are happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Austin is absolutely amazing right from the beginning there was no pushiness I was completely comfortable. He was completely honest in what he could do for me . Long story short I got an amazing used car that's running great. He kept his word to me and got my ac fixed as the car did not have ac when I got it . This was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a used car lot. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy. I also got to meet three other gentleman that worked there . They were are very polite and knowledgeable. If ur in need of a great used car this is the place for you . Thank you all so much ur amazing !!! Truly

This place is truly a mom and pop no pressure type of lot. We went to see a specific car for our son s 16th bday. That car turned out to not be in the shape we wanted but they showed us some other possibilities and found a car better than we had ever dreamed! They are honest and funny and the made the process actually pleasant. They genuinely cared about putting our son in to something safe and reliable that s also appealing and fun to drive! We will be back next time it s time for a new whip. They have all different conditions and types of cars in an effort to have something for everyone s budget and needs. Smart way to run a lot!

This is my best experience purchasing a vehicle. I had very bad experiences before with the purchase of used vehicles. This dealership is in my opinion the best . Have great used cars with good milage and the team is awesome. they are very friendly and listen to your needs. They will help you along the process from showing the vehicle you want to close the deal financially according to your needs. AMAZING experience.

Called the dealership to get a quote on a few cars. The salesman ask me to fill my info into the website and minutes later he had number pulled and a few selections that I may possibly like. Got to the lot had my options ready for a test drive. Found the perfect car for me, like new! They were all so welcoming and helpful, thanks so much team high tide!

I've had the pleasure of working with the owners of this business. I was hired by Kevin for a used car lot in New Smyrna where we quickly saw the corruption within the business.Kevin and Austin withdrew from the company to start their own business with reputable cars and an inventory they could be proud to put their names behind.These men are honest, hard working, and loyal to their customers. I will be sure to purchase my next vehicle from them!

John and Austin were awesome. I just bought a 2001 Honda Accord for my son and the experience could not be better. I took it to a mechanic for a second look and it came back with no issues. No pressure to buy , and they gave us time to check out the car and test drive on our own. Thanks for making this process easy!

I contacted this dealership on their website to inquire about a vehicle. The person responding said the vehicle was a great choice and that they would like my business. I arrived at the dealership 2 hours later to be told that the vehicle was sold previously. It was sold days prior and their employee was unaware that it was not on the lot. Wasted my time and not a professional way to conduct a business.

We had an awesome car buying experience with High Tide Automotive. They were very accommodating. I had my mechanic come check out the car I was interested in purchasing. Just bought a beautiful Toyota Corolla Hatchback! John was wonderfully patient and considerate with me. Everyone in the office was helpful and pleasant. In early December, I bought a beautiful Mini Clubman from High Tide. They were very helpful and made the entire experience positive. They found financing that fit my budget, answered my questions, and are still there if I need to call. I feel like I m dealing with an honest professional group and will call them again, next time I need to purchase a car.

When I need another vehicle I'll definitely be back.They had a very nice vehicle that I could get with the down payment that I had. Even after another buy here pay here dealership couldn't help me out with financing High Tide Auto did find the financing for me. Great place!

We drove an hour to check out a vehicle High Tide had listed. We met with Austin and test drove the car. It was not what we were looking for but we felt the trip was well spent. Austin was polite, kind, no pressure. I believe they will be very successful as it appears they are looking to build relationships beyond a one and done mentality. We will give them an opportunity again. I believe folks should check them out.

Kevin is a scammer!!! I put a $500 deposit on car to hold it until Friday. He then claimed I never gave him the cash. The police were called. The police said it s a civil matter, enough I have my deposit receipt. Scam stay away!!!!

Just bought a Honda Civic EX from them today. Very friendly and surprisingly reasonably priced. Usually don't buy from dealers, but these guys were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.
