Ben did a fantastic job building my new customized Smart Car. He is one of the most professional and trustworthy people I have met. Ben and his team at High Profile 4x4 are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I found his shop by chance and I am so glad I did. I love my new car. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!! Ben & his crew lifted my 2018 Silverado with an 8inch lift kit and 37 inch tires!! It rides great and looks even better!!!! I get compliments on it all the time! They are very professional and very fair on pricing. Outstanding customer service and care. They pay attention to details. I will definitely go back to them in the future!!! Thank you again for the outstanding service!!!

Very happy with this company. Got a leveling kit on the 2020 Silverado. Ben was polite, scheduled the job, and took care of business like he said he would. I was a little late to pick up the truck and he even stayed late to accommodate my schedule with no problems. Highly recommend.

Ben the owner is absolutely superb. He has a wealth of knowledge and I love his recommendation of leveling kit for my truck.He even poweder coated the front tow hooks red for me and threw them on at the same time the team installed the leveling kit.I love how it looks now!If you have a truck and you want to do something to it. you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't visit Ben and discuss your options with him. As far as I am concerned he is the only game in town!

I would recommended this place to anyone ! Ben is great! He has always taken care of us to the fullest. We take all of our trucks there anytime we have an issue. From something small to something big! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Don t hesitate to take your vehicles here at any time this man is super honest and so are his employees!

I had tires and a lift installed on my Bronco. Setting up the appointment was super smooth, communication was great throughout the whole process. I love the work that I had done, VERY happy with my new setup. Highly recommend!!

Second time I've come to High Profile and second time I've left satisfied. Dropped my truck off on morning of installation and was told it'd be ready by end of day and it was. Thanks to Ben and his team for installing this 3.5" kit on my truck in such a timely manner!

So I didn t do my research. Just bought a set off the market place and they wouldn t fit. Ben was kind enough to take these as a trade in on a set he had in the shop. He and his crew went above and beyond to make my truck look incredible. This guy actually cared and invested the time to help me. This is rare in today s world. I couldn t be happier with the service and price. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about High Profile 4x4, honestly...Ben and his team are friendly and reliable. They feel like friends that I can trust. I wasn't very knowledgeable, so Ben worked with me to recommend the accessories that made my truck look exactly the way I imagined.The work has always been finished on schedule or sooner.Ben has also gone out of his way on more than one occasion to help me with things outside the scope of work.I can't imagine anyone driving away unhappy with High Profile 4x4, they are excellent!

I own A GMC 2021 LT4, I can't say enough about the pristine craftsmanship, Attention to detail. Professional mechanics, they are. They lifted my truck. 8 inches put on 22 / 37 inch tires, took all of my suspension off and powder coated. All of my suspension in the front and back of my truck, candy apple red and Gloss black. The price was outstanding and the workmanship was outstanding. also had them put 12 rock Lights under my truck and wheel lights. Also. Thank you so much for all of your professional workmanship.

Ben installed a 6 inch lift on my 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The truck sits and rides perfect. His team was able to get everything installed within a single day as promised. I don t trust most places that install lift kits on trucks and have heard horror stories but Ben and his team definitely know what they are doing. Fair pricing and good workmanship. I d highly recommend his shop to anyone wanting a lift or even accessories installed on their truck.

WARNING! Highly unprofessional and I will never go there again!Had to make an appointment 1 month ahead of time and when the day came got their early and dropped it off first before anyone. The owner pulled it in and told me all day to complete. I left and they immediately pulled it back out and parked it, while he did other vehicles that came in after me.8am dropped it off and 3pm they didn't even touched it yet (they close at 5pm and it takes 6+ hours easily). They said it was an all day job, funny, all day sitting in a parking spot having my parts rust in the back (they purposely opened the cover to allow the rain to hit it). They told me they couldn't get it done today and said it should be rescheduled.The office lady was extremely rude when asked if they got a time frame and the husband (owner) came out trying to pick a fight, all because I asked if they got a time frame. That is all. Owner and office lady (wife) should step down from the company.Unprofessional and rude, I will avoid at all cost, they will not get it done in time, they left all my parts in the rain to get wet and they made sure I regretted trusting them.I made sure to leave to protect my truck. Don't know how they'd treat it.BIG RUN FROM THIS PLACEWasted my day off with them, not worth the time or money.This review is subject to my opinion only of my experience, they did me dirty and wrong. Maybe they do better for others, I personally will never take that risk. I hold to my opinion from my experience.

This is the second Jeep they built for me and did an amazing job on both. Ben is super patient and professional, helped me decide on parts and style I wanted. I couldn t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend!

I was ready for aftermarket rims with aggressive tires for my truck and Ben worked with me on narrowing down the right set up. He definitely has an eye for detail and a ton of knowledge and experience! What an awesome job they did and my truck looks and rides great!!!

Just had my 2020 Ram 2500 lifted with Ben and his team. Great shop and quality work. Ben was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right equipment. Very knowledgeable and responsive with any questions I had. They transformed my stock Ram into exactly what I wanted. The truck rides great and couldn t be more pleased with the quality of the work. If you are looking to do upgrades to any truck do yourself a favor and go see Ben.

I highly recommend anybody that needs anything done to the truck To go here. I contacted Ben on a Friday I ve been trying to get my truck taken care of at other places. Ben was the only one that give me a day that he would be able to take care of it. I am Completely satisfied with the work that was performed.

I thought long and hard about either a leveling kit or a lift and thanks to Ben I made the right decision. I priced both at several other shops within 50 miles of my home and all of them seemed either too high or lacked the positive nature of Ben. He helped me select the type of lift and the proper tire size and make to turn my truck into exactly what I wanted to see in a truck. I would HIGHLY recommend High Profile 4x4 for any of your lift or level needs. Ben was GREAT!

Ben is such a great guy to work with. He mounted & balanced a set of 22" Rims for us in no time. Very easy to communicate with, flexible schedule, and reasonable price. We plan to order more from Ben soon. In the meantime I highly recommend High Profile 4x4. A++

Bed did a great job installing my 4 inch lift. normally it takes 8-10 hours, Ben completed mine with tires in 4 hours. It came out fantastic and met all my expectations. Ben has the best prices around and the knowledge to do the job right! I would definitely recommend High Profile 4X4 for your vehicles modification!

I cannot give a high enough review on the work done to my Jeep. I had been wanting to get it lifted for years and finally decided to do it. Ben came highly recommended and now I know why. This thing looks amazing and drives great. So happy with the quality of work and can't wait to continue with the mods!!!!

I don t know anything about this company but I have some pretty wild video of the owner tailgating and driving very unsafe. We happened to pull into the same parking lot and she proceeded to yell at me out her truck window before I ever approached her. The pictures show her doing 85 on the highway. I had to move out of her way and she started tailgating the person in front of me. I wish this let me post video because it would show her cutting people off and tailgating even closer on Granada in Ormond.Edit: so you ve deflected the issue, no apology for unsafe tailgating or rudely yelling at me, and you ve threatened me with what? Telling the world about my weed charges in 2005 lol everyone already knows from my time running for city commission. I recommend you watch your mouth.
