AJ and his staff took such good care of us--we needed help late on a Saturday and they called us Sunday to report findings--made repairs and we had our vehicle back on Monday--excellent and professional service! We were out of town and it was so nice to have services performed as if we were family.

It s so funny that there s another review that someone else was going to Port St. Lucie and also lucked out by finding this place right off 95 with a tire emergency because that s my story as well! I m not sure what the gentleman s name was but I believe he was a manager and he was so helpful and personable! He helped me find the best deal available and we were back on the road in no time at all, and thank goodness safely arrived at our destination! I was so lucky to have avoided a major blowout on my front driver s side tire and luckily he spotted the condition of a rear tire that was also about to blow as well. I know a tire place is in business to sell tires, but there was no doubt in my mind that he was much more concerned about the safety of my kids and I than he was about making a sale and I witnessed another elderly customer who came in thinking they needed something done on their vehicle and after them having the vehicle on the lift and looking at it, they told her that it wasn t in need of being serviced and they didn t charge her anything at all for checking it which they clearly could have asked for a few dollars for the amount of time they spent looking over it for her. I wish I lived closer because I would choose this mechanic every time I needed service! Also, the restroom was very clean and the waiting room was comfortable and conveniently offered plenty of places to charge your phone while you waited. :)

Good service and personnel. Have been a customer for a long time and will remain one. Only a minor issue was there was just 1 tech there at the time but I also did not make an appointment as I had nail in tire. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be one.

Don t go Firestone! My truck got towed there (a 6 min drive) Sunday with a full tank of gas! I picked it up today (Tuesday) and it has almost half a tank!! Gas aint cheap and that was so unprofessional!

The service was great. We were on our way to port St Lucie when we where getting off the exit for a break and got a flat tire 5 min from this location. Austin was very helpful and gave great and fast service despite the shop closing 10 before we arrived. We was not turned away and we was able to get to our destination safely. The work that was done was good. The pricing was fair, but I don't recommend anyone letting Joe handle there service. Joe has bad customer service skills dealing with returning and new customers. They also returned my car back with a broken key fob and missing back windshield wiper arm.

Booked and appointment at 11am my car wasn t on a lift until about 1:30pm. They hadn t started to do my oil change until about 1:45. Why do you have the option to make an appointment if you re going to make people wait for 4 hours? The customer service is trash too.

I was stuck @ the @ wawa made a call and they were about too close everyone was gone. He came to me and took my tire or and took it to the shop and but on a new stem. I really appreciate Makki he is a wonderful guy. He drive 2.8 miles to help me I stead of just punching he came to help me

My sister had a flat tire less than a mile up on the highway. They couldn't do anything to help. I have been a customer for 3 years. I asked what do you suggest. He said tow it in and we will get to it as soon as we can. I had the spare just needed a kind man to help her off the highway. I offered to drive the mechanic to her but no he couldnt do that. The tow truck changed it in less than 10 minutes. So sad that an old lady who was faithful to you, you couldn't help her. Kindness would have gone a long way but alas it's a dying attribute. So very sad.See ya

This location prioritizes customers at their own volition and discards others.We made an appointment for next day to fix a flat tire and possibly get a new one. Within 2 hours of the appointment (20 hours later) they leave a message saying that they are no longer going to have time for us to fix our tire and no other times will be available even though we made an appointment a day earlier. There is no guarantee for a reschedule because appointments don't mean anything to this location.Thank you for showing us that you don't want our business.

Had to bring my car in this morning after an oil change two weeks ago because an oil light came on and they advised me over the phone to bring it in immediately. They evaluated my car very quickly, fixed the problem and got me on my way to work. They also gave me a free oil change for next time. Mistakes happen but customer service was fantastic to rectify the issue! Very much appreciated and will continue to bring my car here.Service: Oil change

John made the impossible happen for my son. We didn't expect his car to be fixed today and it was. Done in time to go to work. I dont know the name of the ac tech who did the work but both gentlemen are so appreciated.They went above and beyond.Thankyou!!!!!

Kept my car five hours to then call me and say they couldn t get a diagnosis, I took it in for a tune up I thought??? at least that s what I requested them to perform They then proceed to tell me they were short handed.. I won t be using their NO Clue Service again. So please don t worry about responding .it won t make a difference, I won t make the mistake of using your non services again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

To be clear the staff was polite and professional and John the front rep. was very helpful. I just do not recommend this place for any emergency or abrupt visits. I had a flat tire and just needed a tire change. It was about 4 hours before it was complete. Non-local here. I would have simply taken it to a more timely efficient shop.

If I could give negative stars I would. I m not one to leave bad reviews but this place needs big time improvements. 2 days ago my husband brought our vehicle in to get new rims out on. Had an apt and still sat here for three hours. They told him it would scrub a little. It scrubs so bad the tire is running the running board, I know that isn t there fault. It also should not have been completed once noticing. Brought back two days later to have them taken off and dropped the vehicle off at 9am, was told it would be 2 hours. It s now 5:45 and just got done. Not to mention the customer service is about as good as the DMV.Service: Tires

1st and foremost I want to thank Makki for is outstanding customer service he saved the day for my mom and saved her money he went above and beyond to get to her probably 10 miles away he listened on the phone gave instructions to her problem of broken valve stem guided her through the process once that didn't work he took it upon his self to come to her and help fix the situation with information guidance and the most manner way I thank you again he is a blessing to that locationService: Tires

I was impressed they honored their price that we agreed upon on the phone and didn't try to up charge me for anything service with excellent I could ask for is that the install time be lessened I was there an hour and 20 minutes. This was my second time bye their least expensive tires. They are rated for 40 thousand miles and I got close to 70 thousand miles before replacement. Really good for the money. Tip when they decide to go they go quickly by separating but I have no complaints good service and great bang for the buck

First time in a while with a five star experience at this store since it s initial opening year. They have had a ton of employee turnover previously but seem to have stabilized somewhat. Service Advisor Austin has become very comfortable and knowledgeable in his role over the past year. Previously I always had to speak with store manager Joe V. (Or the manager of the month) to get the work done properly at the promised price.This particular trip with multi services performed, including tire warranty work / replacement went quite well. A sales ticket /invoice of $778 as promised by Austin.If they can retain employees throughout the store will definitely return and recommend.

Everyone there was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and took time to explain the repairs I needed for my front brakes. They also gave me options as to quality and price. And they gave me every discount they could in support of us old veterans. I really like the nationwide guarantee on the brake job.

The Pavilion Firestone Complete Auto Care at: 5437 S Williamson Blvd, Port Orange, FL 32128was a Breath of Fresh Air to us here in the North East Coast of Florida. We had called 5 days ahead of time to set up a appointment, two days later was needing to be seen sooner due to issue. They were able to assist us in that Day. So we drove down. The accommodations were pleasing for myself and three young grandchildren, along with being very Clean!! Once checked in, we had continuous updates on vehicle. They were very attentive to our concerns, nice change, especially since that's not how it was at the Daytona's location. Let me explain.I was sooooo Dissatisfied my last few visits at this location: 1760 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 that I chose to look elsewhere. Elsewhere meaning another location with Firestone Complete Auto Care, see I am a long time member and gave a credit card to accommodate me with their professional company. I have enjoyed their genuine service & solid professional work on and off since the mid 90's. I opened a Complete Care credit card in El Paso Texas while having residency in 2020 - 2021. This location @ 10780 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79935 was so EXCELLENT, Professional and Refreshing to know that Any issues with my 2009 Malibu LTZ it was going to be SAFE in their hands "Honest and Professional" is so hard to come by these days ... but they surely are . I felt safe to Trust them for this was my only means to get me around and back Home to Florida. So, this is what I expected coming back Home to my Home State Florida.Back to the beginning, The Pavilion Firestone Complete Auto Care was a Huge Blessing, I was very Satisfied and I look forward to being a returning customer for maintenance and upkeep with their "Honest & Professional Care" Joe and Nick were Huge Blessings ...
