My car was having battery issues and they were able to get me in same day and changed out my battery so I could get my kids from school. These guys are professional and super nice. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Well when u walked in I wasn't sure they were gonna have the size tire I needed because all the other places didn't have it. But the searched and found it and had it done the same Dat. They were very nice and I would definitely recommend them

Store personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Response time was very quick. I am a widow and I need to be able to rely on the honesty of Firestone for auto issues, since I am not knowledgeable in thihs field. I feel comfortable that I am being treated honestly.

I've opened a case with corporate about my experience. In short, it was the worst experience I've ever had with an Auto care shop. My appointment was never made, I waited 4.5 hours for a job I was told would take only 2. No follow up on work done. No follow up for my paid inspection, and no copy was given. Rude customer service when I had to call credit first to see why my card was blocked. Never given a run down of the charges before processing transaction. Items listed as needed to replaced on my inspection ( once I went back to see the results) were incorrect. And now my car rattles and shakes on the highway which it didn't do. I have zero faith and confidence that the work I paid for was even performed as the mechanic assigned to my car spent over an hour socializing with a lady in front of the building, while I watched my car sit on the lift for over an hour with no work done. Was given the excuse of needing the engine to cool. It was there 3 hours at that point. I drove it 1 mile

Fast frendly service got a 4 wheel alignment right away. Call before going. Steve or any service advisor. Can help you with lots of car issues at a fair price.

Received and processed quickly. Workers were polite and wanted to ensure the customer was pleased before departure. Needed the wheels rebalanced, loss a few weights, rebalanced. The low-speed ride was great but at highway speeds. The ride was bad. Rebalanced upon our trip return, some weights were missing, not properly adhered to from what the tech said.

The best experience at an auto shop. They were clean, they were friendly, and they were fast!!! The waiting area was nice and comfortable and they even had an adorable charging station for your phone . You can tell that they re just really good guys and trustworthyThe boss must be amazing to have such a great staff that is happy at work.

I took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was excellent and had to wait 1.5 hours to get my car. The staff very polite and friendly. The mechanic was very helpful in explaining the problem and gave his recommendations. He was right on point and did a very good job. Thanks to him. I don t have to worry about my car.

I arrived on location just prior to 7 AM when they open they had all the bay doors already open and had customers waiting. I was the third customer in line to get a tire repaired at 8:30. They had my tire repaired.

Made an appointment online for car repairs..At the Store i was explained to in detail what my car needed and allowed them to do the work.Very well communication in keeping me updated and car repairs completed ..Great Employees at this location I trust them with any car issues i may have

If I could give negative stars I would. I have given this place multiple chances but am disappointed with every interaction!!! Over the phone, I have never talk to a friendly person. The company charges too much anyway! I know my post won't go very far but I pray for everyone involved. My hope is that you treat other people better and give them the service that they need.

It's always a pleasant experience dealing Firestone on Nova in Port Orange. Starting the day with a flat tire is never fun. However, they are more than friendly, helpful and quick. Anytime that I've been there, I always leave in a better mood than when I walked in.Thank you for your assistance today.

The most unprofessional business I have been too. I scheduled an appointment for 1 o'clock(brake inspection) a while hour later my car had not moved out the parking spot and someone who walked in with no appointment was serviced before me.

Fast and friendly service. We are on vacation and came out this morning to find we had a screw in our tire. The Firestone crew had our car in and out quickly and tires balanced perfectly. The waiting area was also perfect. My girls were thrilled to find toys to occupy their time while we waited. I would highly recommend.

My daughter needed her tire replaced asap while she was working nearby.They were very very busy. I asked them to please change by 2pm as she needed to go home on break and I have a cancer treatment in the morning. They said they would do their best to try.Her car was ready by 1pm.I was so worried and they went above and beyond to help us. Thankyou Service: Tires

My family has been going to this Firestone for years. Always a good experience. My most recent visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited for the car, no issues. Fair price and a way better experience than going to other "fast" or "cheap" places. Definitely recommend this shop. The guys there are helpful and don't take advantage of anyone. Which we all know is a big thing. I appreciate that so much. My family appreciates it and will continue to be customers of this Firestone. Thank you!

Steven Mgr. Excellently explained that my plugged flat was no longer able to be patch repaired. Very helpful knowledge. Although I wasn't able to do business here today, I highly recommend this neighborhood repair shop at the SW Corner of Dunlawton Boulevard and Nova Rd.

My first experience with the new ownership at Best Choice Auto was when one of my brake lights wasn't working and since I had been acustomer of Jim and Kathy's for past 20 some yearsI stopped by to have it checked out. I figured it was probably a bulb that had burnt out. Best Choice Auto are very honest folks.Craig. I think his name was took me into their garage and showed me that both of lights were working fine.Can't explain it because 2 days earlier my daughter stood behind mycar and the one light was NOT working. They could have taken advantage of me but they didn't. NO CHG. for their time.A couple weeks ago it was getting close to my time for an oil change and because my dash light had come on showing that my rear passenger time was low. Didnt really look, or seem low but the light stayed on.While doing my oil change rotating tires, checking fluids etc. they discovered the reason for the light was a nail in my tire.Initially, I was a little apprehensiveof going to Best Choice under new ownership because I had read some bad reviews but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt andform my own opinions. BOY am I glad I did. They went out of their way to accommodated me. They were polite z friendly, attentive to my needs and didn't even charge mefor fixing my tire that had the nail.OH, and they also filled my portable air tank for me, just like when Jim and Kathy were there.I know these are.not major repairs that I had done, to test the waters as they say BUT BEST CHOICE has gained my trust and respect for being HONEST, friendly, fair, and accommodating and I wish them many happy, successful years of serving the automotive needs for the people of Port Orange.THANK YOU BEST CHOICE AUTO.LUCY GATESService: Oil change

If I could give them 0 stars I would after years of bringing multiple fleet maintenance vehicles to this location I have run into nothing but mismanagement and unprofessional attitudes, the last 4 appointments. It's a very busy location... they just don't care.I give up on this particular location of Firestone and will never be back.... I highly recommend you find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

Josh & the guys that changed my oil are awesome, friendly & made me feel comfortable & welcomed. They got me in last minute at 6:30 after I got off work. My oil cap was gone and they couldn't get one so one of the guys put a temp one in and duct taped it so the oil wasn't popping out until I can go get one at the dealer. That was great thinking and I appreciate it. I will not go anywhere else, this is the Firestone that you want working on your car.

Decided to try a new tire place so I took my truck in for an alignment and new tires to be installed. They did an excellent job on both. Explained thoroughly some questions I had, excellent people skills, friendly and prices were fair! Highly recommend them and will definitely return. Thanks guys!!

I ve been taking my Subaru to Take 5 for 3 years before someone told me they are a little pricey and I could get the exact same oil change done somewhere else for less than $50 so I found Firestone in a coupon book 39.99$ full synthetic with filter.. PERFECT, seeing as I was paying $90 at take 5 now I ve had this car 3 years and I never once had a oil leak, could smell oil burning, and definitely never needed to add oil after a oil change but after leaving Firestone, the smell of burning oil about 5 miles down the road really concerned me.. I pulled over into Walmart, checked the oil, it was low.. just a little.. so I went in got 2 quarts of oil thinking maybe they just spilled some or something.. 3 days later and a whole lot of a burning oil smell, I checked the oil again, this time it was on empty.. hardly any oil on the dipstick at all it took a whole quart and a half..to wrap things up it s now been about a month and I have poured probably $80 in oil into my car, and it s very apparent that whatever Firestone did during that oil change has caused a major oil leak again, before going I wasn t pouring a quart in every 3 days, there was no oil burning smell and the 3 years I ve been going to Take 5 I never had these problems and they never mentioned even a small oil leak I would like to think this is a isolated incident and they don t purposefully cause problems to cars.. but I will never be going back.. and I would rather spend the $90 at Take 5 knowing they aren t breaking things that aren t broken..Service: Oil change
