I recently had my transmission service done at Bills Transmission on my 2020 Silverado. I was really worried about the rumble strip feeling I was getting from my truck. But he knew exactly what it was. They were very easy to work with -small hometown feel shop. They did a great job. My transmission shifts very smooth now, and no more rumble strip sensation. I was recommended to the shop, and I was very happy with the service and will be back for future maintenance services.Service: Transmission

My car had some issue with transmission. I have been recommended about this place. Took it here and Bill was so patient and polite.He clearly understood the problem and gave a quote. He even drove with me and clearly understood the problem. Overall a great experience. Btw they only accept cash or check.

This guy bill is one of the last honest mechanic shops around I would recommend him any day! He could have easily said I needed a whole transmission and charge me 5,000$ but he didn t He replaced the pressure switches and only charged me 900$ what a guy

I had my transmission serviced on a 2007 F150 4 x 4. Never had any problems with the truck but I noticed a small shutter on the highway Occasionally .Took it in to bill on the advice of a previos customer for service to transmission, changed the filters put a new fluid runs like a top !!outstanding service.

Bill is a really good man to know when you need him...and even better to know BEFORE you need him. My father REGULARLY asks me to help him drop off or pick up one of my mother's, sister's, brother's, nephew's or his company vehicles that he takes down for a transmission tune-up inspection and fluid change.It's a habit that I admit I might not have adopted on my own, but I clearly understand the value because our vehicles last and MINOR issues are corrected early before they become EXPENSIVE.Bill is knowledgeable and fair...a real resource when it comes to your car.Take your ride down to Bill's for a checkup...not only will your car shift smoother and perform better, but the peace of mind will be worth every penny.

Unfortunately, this guy does not know what he s doing supposedly over 30 years experience. It was a simple job. and it never worked. It s been back so many times and still can t get it right my recommendation is to not take your vehicle to this guy. because we are going to keep going back to him and spending more money .

Great shop, the people there know what they're doing. A friend recommended me to them and I would recommend them to others too! Fast, fair pricing, friendly staff. It might seem awkward getting there at first but I promise, it's better than it looks

Very friendly and great service. They did an amazing job on my clutch. I even had an issue with my power steering and they didn't have to and do not offer that service but since it was an easy fix, Bill really helped a lot. Great Job!

I only gave it 4* because they never answerer the phone when I call. However when you do get through to someone he was very nice. I explained my build I was doing an he sat on the phone with me for 35 minute's telling me what I would want and what would be better and why it's better. Good place

Bill is a great guy.However my transmission in an 04 Ford expidetion is more than he could handle after three weeks of having to honor his warranty the day I picked up the truck he tell me there is no warranty on the 2500 pluse dollars of work he did over the last three weeks.I left and drove to Ormond Beach in traffic and the same slipping and shifting issue exist.So after renting a truck and waiting for him to get it in between other work it failed 30 min after i pulled out. Now I have to find another transmission specialist to go back in and fix the rebuilt ( twice by bill of bills transmission ) transmission that he doesn't want to warranty after bill the owner rebuilding a second time... for three weeks and putting 2500 pluses worth of parts in ..This is what happens when you support the local buisnesman ???From one buisness owner to the another , this is bad buisness and unprofessional..

Went in with a vehicle that wouldn't move. He quickly identified it was axle related not transmission. It was tremendously less expensive than I thought it would be. Have family that have been using them for many vehicles for years due to expertise and fair prices.

Unfortunately, I have become a person who doesn't trust many people these days. I've been around the block and have been screwed too many times in the past. Bill and his employees at Bills Transmission put me at ease right away. This is an honest man who is not out to stick it to you. Very knowledgeable , trustworthy and very reasonable prices. He is busy and there is a reason for that and it's not because there's no one else who does transmission work! It's because he's knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonable(if you didn't catch that the first time). Go there with confidence because you will leave with a job done right and with some money still left in your pocket. Thank you Bill - you guys are awesome!!!

Mr. Bill was truly a professional of his trade. He was also a very honest and upfront businessman. I am in the process of preparing my car for a long trip and was told that I should have my transmission checked for a cooler. And mr. Bill check my transmission he check my vehicle specifications for Towing and realized that what I needed was already there. He explained everything to me thoroughly gave me complete reassurances of my trip which in turn gave me confidence. He charged me nothing but instead gave me reassurance that my adventure was good to go. Thank you so much mr. Bill. If Ever I need any kind of transmission advice help or work you will be the one that I turn to.

I took my 2006 Ram 1500 in to Bill's Transmission repair. Bill and he crew rebuild my Transmission in 2017 roughly had 119000 miles on it and now I've got 193000 miles on it and she's running strong as ever. ... I'd recommend anyone with Transmission issues to go see Bill's Transmission Repair.. I'm very satisfied with Bill's work... Thanks again Bill and Crew. Bobby

Be advised before going here. Brought my vehicle here in 2016 due to a bad transmission. Car had 106,000 miles at the time. Bill and his team re-built a transmission and installed it for roughly $2,100.The car now has 125,000 miles on it now and once again the transmission has failed, only 19,000 miles later. Conviently this exceeds their 12 month/12,000 mile warranty.Other places may be more money up front but you truly get what you pay for. I m not trying to attack the business, just warning anyone who may be considering going here. Personally I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work done by Bill s transmission.

I changed transmission for VWAfter 6 months same problem and again he charged me $600 for repair.Then couple of months after that shine same problems appeared.He didn t take warranty or responsibilityI have my bill & date and all photos availablePlease do not use this shop everI went to NS beach and fixed the problem just by changing one sensors for $60Service: Transmission

Basically double talk crooks, took my car in for transmission problems. $400.00 for nothing. Did not fix kept telling us to bring it back. Started asking around and heard nothing but bad stuff and a few horror stories of vehicle catching on fire. Take your car else where.

BILL HAS FIXED EVERY CAR WE HAVE EVER HAD IN THE LAST 12 YEARS. EVEN FIXED 1996 DODGE V10 THE DEALERSHIP COUNDNT EVEN FIND THE PROBLEM. HAS CLEANED UP OTHER PEOPLES MESSES WITH MY 88 MUSTANG. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE WHEN WE NEEDED HIM EVEN MAKING PARTS WHEN NONE COULD BE FOUND!!!!!! LOVE THIS MAN AND HIS TEAM.
