Brad and Craig took the stress out of taking my car in to get serviced. As a female, I used to always get taken advantage of by other big competitors telling me I need this and that when in reality, they were ripping me off. Best Choice was honest, professional, friendly, and timely. I also love that it is locally owned and operated! Truly the best experience, they ve gained a loyal customer

Had a 3pm appt for an oil, lube, and filter, tire rotation, and new windshield wipers. They got me in.on time, we re done in just about an hour and a half and didn t try to sell me a million things. Service with a smile too! Competitive prices. It s in a great location where you can grab a bite to eat in the strip mall behind them and even do a little shopping. And they give first responder discounts-which is nice that they recognize and appreciate them. Will definitely be back again

Big nopeYeah im definitely not a 3 day no show as I packed my box on Friday after a long week of 15hrs after being promised a busy shop that I could turn 50hrs in if I wanted. Same shop refused to pay agree'd upon rate, after not providing the amount of work stated. Which now is sending me threats to via text messages. Incase anyone is wondering why i rolled out my box on Friday.Lead tech spent 3, days unable to realize parts like knock sensors should be sourced from the manufacturer not a cheapo parts store. Using multiple parts from multiple different suppliers unable to understand why said vehicle continued to have a failure. Said vehicle was there Thursday when I went for an interview and the following Friday when I packed my box up, the same tech was just finishing the car, as he listened to my advice and put new parts from the dealer in. Unfortunately the customer went an entire week waiting on a simple issue to be resolved.This same tech thought Open air walnut blasting with a hand held sand blaster, causing the entire shop to be filled with walnut dust which is a health risk. Why? Because the car needed a coil and the lead tech diagnosed a walnut blast.... On the customers dollar. Even charged them for cost of tools and supplies which were not needed, AND incorrect tools for said job.Was given ZERO training on work specific machines that change per-business. Was expected to give a free 20+ point inspections, tires. and do oil changes though I was hired as a b tech. The lead tech is possibly the least organized mechanic I've ever met. The owner has zero respect for peoples personal lives requiring a guy to stand around all day, and possibly loose his benefits for his handicap child because they want to make sure techs are standing by a empty shop Incase they get one customer. Very unprofessional and kinda trashy.Your front desk boys will be sure you feel comfortable. pushing the sales of their own private company on customers who have no interest in carpet cleaning as they showed up to get a oil change.I hope this is a more detailed review as you decided to text me and threaten me stating "defamation" clearly unable to understand what defamation means. So here is a detailed review. I also am unsure why you connected me to the other person's review. I would think assuming things, then public posting said false thoughts would be falsifying someone's character.... Which would to me look kind of bad on a business to do. Now kindly stop threatening me as this is a purely honest review. Next time you should just accept "big nope"

AC started blowing just air not cold air and I took to Best Choice. General Manager Craig told me to bring my Explorer in when the opened on Friday and they could check it out. I was there when they opened and turns out a very slow leak. New Freon and I was good to go. Now blows really cold air. I have taken my Explorer to Best Choice for many years and have always been treated fairly. Many thanks to Craig and crew.

I've been there few times having issues with my tires, right away they've checked it and fix the issues and have not charged me for it. I am a female Senior and they have helped me a lot, and I do appreciated them on everything they've done for me. Thank You all so much.

I had a really great experience at fire stone! Staff is super friendly, even greeted us with a hi friends when we walked in. I was also asked how my new tires are! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I cannot believe I haven t left any ratings for this favorite of mine. I ve been going to Best choice auto since I moved down here back in 2017 of August. Put a lot of faith and trust in Tom s expertise and knowledge. He has quite a few extensive years when it comes to mechanics. Friendly staff, his dad rox.

Came for Alignment and Tire Rotation with prices listed on the board. Then was sold for brakes and belt replacement over the phone, did not have a chance to check for prices while talking so I just approved. Once checked the prices after the fact, it appeared they sold me the parts for more than double comparable to the auto part stores. Other than overpaying couple hundreds for the parts, it went great!Read the Response from the Owner:And It does NOT explain the doubled price point for the parts, I did not ask for any extra warrantees. I can post the check and the part numbers here, if it what it takes. Downgrading you guys even further, because you just disrespecting your customers.

Went in for oil change and free AC check. Told it cost $189 plus tax for freon recharge and dye test but if repaired there next recharge is free. Got an estimate for repair for over $1500 after 10 minutes. Went for 2nd opinion no charge because lines were clogged compressor leaked. Did not use freon or dye and told me the other shop lied to me. Other shop did work for $1200. Went here for years. New management is a ripoff.

I went there for an oil change. I had a coupon. She baited me by telling me that I could get away with the 20 dollar oil change trying to appear honest. I left my car, when I returned I was informed that my oil had not been changed because my plug was bad and they were afraid that if they took it out I would need a whole new oil pan and this was not a quick and easy fix the mechanic then when to point out some other issues of course I didn t know what I was looking at. I am trusting them. So I told him that and he said that it wasn t really at that point yet?? So I asked him why he brought it up then? So I m in full blown panic about my car. She s quoting me almost 1000.00 dollars for my new oil pan. So I told them to put my car back on the ground. They did change my turn signal for 30 dollars! I took it to my regular mechanic who advised that I did need a new plug. It was 8 dollars. He also said that even if the threads were messed up that the fix was probably another 15 dollars. Why would someone do that to another human being? I work hard for the money I have? I was upset! My blood pressure was way up. I was on tears. These people are thieves!!! BEWARE!

Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable service. I went there asking for brake service and had a coupon for a substantial discount . (reason was l was told by the Toyota dealer just up the road that my brakes were in bad shape and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Toyota gave me a price around 300 dollars more than what BCTS quoted.) After giving the ok to BCTS to do the job l told them I would wait there until the job was finishedAbout half an hour later the service writer came and informed me be that upon inspection and test driving my car he found out that I didn't need a brake job and further stated the brakes looked to be good for around another 30000 to 40000 miles and no charge for the inspection. They will be my go to people for any vehicle work that I need in the future because of their honest and great service!

We have been a customer for a few years! The AC went out in our car we took in and the had to replace a rear evaporator coil, charged it up and $792 later the AC is fixed. On the way home the AC quit working and back to shop we go! Now it turns out the condenser they replaced 4 years ago went bad! Now that needed to be replaced! All good found out it was still under warranty but the labor was not part of the warranty. No problem totally understand. Another $262 dollars and the car has working AC! Took the car home and next day drove car to work and on the way home from work the AC quit working car made some whining noise and quit working! So now we are stuck in traffic having to wait for a tow truck. The next day I called Best Choice Auto Repair and explained what happened and at this point I asked for half of our money back as we were not going to spend anymore money fixing a problem that is not getting fixed. I was told they need to look at the car again to see if any of the new parts were defective! I stated again we do not want to spend anymore money we would just like half the money back! He stated that was not possible! Very disappointed and we will Never recommended there service!Service: A/C installation & repair

Tom was open and honest about the repairs needed for our daughters car. He fixed her steering issue and she was back on the road. His total was less than his quote which was an added bonus!! Totally recommend Best Choice Auto Care!

These guys have always done me right. More of a mom and pop than a franchise and I love that. Very knowledgeable service writers, and one of the only operating exhaust shops in our area. If you need anything done don't hesitate to stop in to Best Choice Auto Care.

I do a lot of my own work. But I don't have a press....so I turned to Best Choice. The main reason being is that I used to run wrecker in the north-end of town. I would tow people all the way down here because they trusted this shop, anybody I ever dealt with that had dealt with this shop went on and on about them. So as I said, I turned to them for help and they were able to slide me in within a couple of hours to do what I needed. Fair price. They were busy too, they could've pushed me off. But they didn't....knock'n out my job and having about my work. Very polite and professional people, and easy to talk with too. They did a follow up later as well. Just great "Main Street" experience if Ya will. =)

There are many repair shops out there - most are honest and reliable; however, finding the right fit between the customer and the management requires time and satisfactory repair experience. I joined the Best Choice family some 20-years, ago. I've never regretted my decision. Most important to me is quality care for my vehicles and estimates detailing the work required and its cost. Color me happy!

Beware of this company. I paid them $2400 to fix my front end and drove away with it in worse shape than it was before bringing it to them. Brought it back the next day so they could fix it and they tried telling me it was something else and not their faulty work and wanted another $1500 from me. I took it to another shop and they immediately identified their faulty work and fixed it. Best Choice auto has refuse to refund me for their faulty work and I am seeking civil litigation against them.Tyler was the mechanic who did the faulty work and Denise is the front desk worker who denied me contact with the stores owner who doesn't work there and apparently doesn't care about quality work being performed for paying customers.Services: General repairs & maintenance, General repairs

To go to The Best Choice Auto Care is like visiting family. The quality of their work is only surpass by the warm way that they welcome you and make you feel. They go step by step with what is going on with your car and you have to give the O.K. to do the work. None of this charges that you only see when you are going to pay your bill. I have been using them for almost 20 years and in all that time my car have never broken down on me. The prices are very competitive and the quality of the work is awesome.

Where to start? Had a medium sized problem with my older car, Best Choice fixed it when it worked for me and my weird schedule. Upfront pricing, quick work.It gets better. I had an issue with my door handle that I had not planned on fixing. After picking my car up, I decided that I d go ahead and fix my handle too. I called back in, and Jim s wonderful wife (I hope I m getting this right) Denise remembered me even though I hadn t seen her in person in over a year. They had already sourced and priced my replacement handle without me even having asked!! Just waiting for the off-chance that I would decide to fix it. My car is not even close to newer, so I know it couldn t have been easy to source the door handleAmazing customer service!!!I brought my car back in, again on my weird schedule, and they accommodated me with no issues. When I picked my car up, I noticed that they had fixed my driver s side window crank without me even asking!! And no charge too!!Special recognition to Tom as well, he s been great this whole time as well.Can t say enough. Tell your friends, grab business cards, share them and spread the word.Customer for life, thanks guys!!Also, they have their dog in their profile pic, that should be enough to earn anybody s business!!

This place was a God send for us. We were just getting ready to start a 5 hour drive back home from our vacation here in Daytona when the starter in the car decided to give out and start a fire. We luckily parked in the auto parts next door when it happened and got a tow to their place. They replaced the starter for us in less than 2 hours when they were closing in 2 hours as well. Super nice. Super helpful and gave us a very reasonable price that included a warranty on the part and labor. I would give them 6 stars if I could on here.

My experience with this place was absolutely horrible. The front lady was the rudest zero customer service and quite frankly should be fired.I d be embarrassed as an owner if someone like that was the first face people saw. Customer Service isn t hard, treat others the way you d want to be treated. Greet with a Hello , How can we help you today? This poor excuse of woman said none of that. All I wanted was the keys to show the car to a potential buyer. I planned to have them fix the car based on what they told me was wrong.ALL they ve done is run a diagnostic. The mechanic I worked with told me it d be $50.This woman told me absolutely not I owed $150 for the diagnostic & refused to give me the keys to even show the potential buyers the inside.She even went so far as to say, we were having it towed Monday if you didn t show up.The car was there a week.No one called to give me the diagnosic no one told me what was wrong.This woman, didn t even ask if I wanted them to fix it.... she called the mechanic who corrected her it was $50!! I paid it.She couldn t wait to get me out of there.Didn t want the job to fix it.Just get OUT!!Don t go there!!And if you do, make sure you get a second opinion.Diagnosis is WRONG!!!

Very nice people, however I haven't had much luck with the repairs that I've done. My Jeep needed front end work because everything was pretty much worn out. $1600, rides worse than it had before! Motor mounts replaced.... I'm not sure what I paid, but more than $1000, now one is broken.Replaced all brake rotors, calipers and shoes.Completely wrong brakes for my car, now all of it needs to be replaced again. The rotors are now a pretty shade of blue!I'm sorry for a less than stellar review, but I've spent well over $7k and don't feel I got my money's worth.

On Saturdays Best Choice closes at 3:00 pm. My AC went out and I stopped to have it check at 1:00 pm hoping it was an easy fix. To my dismay, my compressor had stopped working and I asked for a Monday appointment. Tom said well if I had the time he would check and see if they could squeeze it in. I was on the road in less than 2 hours feeling cool. I was impressed!

Tom at Best Choice retired in June this year. He was bought out by Firestone Tires, they are still trading under his name with the same phone number. Please be aware. I will now be finding an alternative after several years of excellent service. Happy retirement Tom!

Most rude, disrespectful guy at front desk. He was an older man who just had such a nasty attitude for no reason to both my sister and I. I was almost in shock. We just came to get an inspection. He was so condescending, I almost left, but I really needed my car looked at and other places nearby were booked that day.Also lied about necessary repairs! Said we needed new front struts, among other stuff totaling $1300. Took my car else where, to two different auto shops who said it was fine and the struts were fine and the car needed no repairs! Worse car shop with the worst customer service by the older man up front. The woman there seemed very nice however.Would never recommend this place to anyone after how he treated us and the false repairs they claimed.

Our battery died while at the beach. We stopped at two other places to get a new one and nobody would touch it. The mechanic stayed late to put a new battery on our car so we could get home. They were fast and courteous. I highly reccommend!

I took my vehicle in because it was accelerating poorly and making a racket while doing it. The customer service person explained that because there was no check engine light on, they couldn't use computer diagnostics, so they would have to go through each system individually to determine the problem. He told me this labor-intensive diagnostic process would cost $60.The actual diagnostic they performed was driving the car around the block twice, whereupon they informed me I need a new transmission. The vehicle never even entered a bay, and I never saw them pop the hood. So much for that laborious, system-by-system diagnostic process! I paid a grown man $60 to drive my car around the block.It turns out Best Choice Auto Care is not, in fact, the best choice.

I am not pleased with my experience today. Got charged for labor to plug in a diagnostic and then a separate half hour to replace a part that didn't even fix the situation.. My paper says blower motor resistance 72.88 then replace blower motor resistance 65.24 so 214 dollars for a part that didn't fix the problem because "front blower is inoperative. Not working now but sometimss works." Guy said it broke in between the diagnostic and replacing the part... Its in the middle of summer and instead of trying to be more helpful we got ripped off for labor and parts that did not work...i will not be returning to this location and will not recommend for anyone... For the money i spent i did get a detail of things wrong with the vehicle... Wow thanks...

I was very happy with Best Choice, very honest and knowledgeable people at the desk. With that said, the last two times I took my vehicle there for an oil change I was very unsatisfied. First, the air conditioning recycle does not work in my vehicle any longer. This was after whoever worked on my vehicle said, he couldn't get the cover off of the interior filter. I also had to go back so the oil change message could be reset, as it wasn't done. The last time I went for an oil change, the " add oil " message was coming on. When I brought it back, again, the gentleman said it was 2 quarts low and he must have gotten distracted when he was putting oil back in the vehicle. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Won't be going back

I am from out of state. While visiting my mother I could not identify a sound on my vehicle. Left my car with them and they identified and made me feel better. Then I need an alignment and went back. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area or visiting if they have automobile issues. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and very professional from the front office staff to the techs. Thank you so much. Wish you were in Georgia close to me .
