I purchased brake sensor switch. It was faulty and the store didn't have any more in stock. They called another store and I got it from them. Also faulty. Fell apart and missing spring. The associate offered to upgrade no additional charge, unfortunately order item. New one doesn't fit and I will take it back. I gave 5 stars because of their excellent customer service.

I went in to buy a wheel bearing and my check engine light is on. I ve been numerous times to AutoZone for my axle for my tie rod and Being that, I am a female, who does my own mechanics on my car John took the time to be thorough on the information he was providing John was absolutely amazing to talk to you. Terrible Experience in there . I needed a battery auto zone across the street did not have the guy was gonna put it in . Well I called across the street to you guys . He said he can't put it in. Hell he didn't even want to carry it out . I am a lady by myself it was very heavy ,after begging him he carried out . My neighbor put it in it took 5 minutes. Thank You advanced auto you just lost a very good customer He was a older guy transaction done Dec 14 at 6 pm

These guys are simply amazing! My truck broke down in the middle of the road in front of the store and they came out to jump it. The alternator had blue so they put me in contact with somebody that came and fixed it on sight.A special thanks to William that was amazing assisting me to get this all done!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

One of the worst AutoZone I've been to. My first experience with them was asking to charge a battery and I left it overnight. The next day I asked if they could text it and the guy was like I already did. By the time I reached my car the battery was already dead. For the second pit peeve their posted prices in the shop does not match the "scanned price" as in they are so lazy to update the prices of even the batteries at the registers.

Sean Bowen the manager was extremely professional and helpful! I needed a receipt for my company that had been lost a month earlier and he took the extra time to find it! He was kind and didn t make it seem it was an inconvenience, like I have experienced at some places! The store was clean and efficient! In addition and the entire staff was polite and helpful!Definitely recommend this store!

My car had difficulty starting so I brought it to AutoZone and Lance was exceedingly helpful. He quickly diagnosed the proble to be a battery issue. He tested the battery and confirmed his suspicions. He looked up my account and determined was nearly at the end of its warranty period. Because of his diligence, he saw that m warranty a little more than a month to go which meant I was able to get the battery replaced at no charge. There aren't many places on could go to get he superior customer that service that Lance provided for me. You know I'll be back. Thank you Lance.

I had to get a front headlight for my Mitsubishi Lancer and the young guy broke the counter was very helper. He even took time away from his counter to go outside and put the headlight bulb into my car. Thank you for all you did for me that day.

Today I came in with my receipt and the new manager Joel refused to return my item because it was old. He undermined his employee Robert whom was helping me the best way he could and refused to allow him to do his job. I wasn't expecting my money back nor did I want it. All I wanted was just a store credit and/or an exhange in which Robert was trying to do for me but Joel made sure he couldn't. As long as he is there I will never return. Thank you Robert for trying to do what is right for your customer and keeping them satisfied.That is true customer service you don't find much of anymore.

I've been in the service business for over 30 years. The hardest thing to find are good people and good parts people. This Autozone is has the best of both worlds. The people are Awesome and Sean, Chris and Russell are Amazing parts guy's. Just the Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jessup one of the guys there lost two customers for answering phone calls and text messages just in front us I waited 10 minutes on line for him to finish what ever he conversation he had and the when finally was my turn to buy what I came from he says sorry and leaves again with his phone to answer another call, this is not a good customer service if you are dealing with something just call someone else to do your job step outside and finish your business but is not cool leave hanging out customers like that

A great knowledgeable friendly staff I went there 10 minutes prior to the location closing thankfully with no hesitation not once that I felt any resistance, resentment or anger to me . They were cool super friendly very helpful while they gladly assist me with my pressing issue of front light going out and in fear of getting ticketed or an accident. Immediately they handle my situation incredibly quick that I linger a little too long did I trained my battery unfortunately for them they had to go ahead afterwards and stay longer to give me a jump my dead battery and would stay longer to go ahead and thankfully reopen the store and jump my car for me very grateful to them I can say they were very nice and are great example of role model employees. I am so appreciative that day non-effortlessly t went above and beyond to help me with my situation quickly I removed all my stress feeling stuck in a dark location by myself and no longer in fear of being stopped or kicked it what are local law enforcement. I immediately felt so relieved I can get home safely and it was all done on their own time off the clock where they didn't have to well in the process ensuring and then I was leaving the property safe environment while securing my safety to myself and my vehicle as I proceed to leave there their property. You two are two gentlemen and you made me feel better than when I arrived thanks guys..Thank you Rick for letting and accepting my hug. That also was very kind of you_. I have Never once ever had a bad experience in or at a AutoZone before for over 20 years and it just constantly keeping up with her amazing track record thanks again AutoZone for choosing to hire great employees. I'm sure will always keep up with their reputation and I'm sure I won't never have a issue with any of there locations. Their system and how their locations are very consistent throughout all their retail spaces It seems it's common practice just train their staff to to continue to practice the philosophies that AutoZone educates them to represent themselves in the company to ensure customers like myself will return to any of their locations knowing that they're going to be treated in the same manner as in the last location or to be the best customer satisfaction while receiving the best service at the same time. What a cool store plus a staff with great helpful attitudes. It's nice to know Ensure the satisfaction of their customers and also makes it easy to and easy for me to decide I'm going back to the AutoZone before I would with anyone else when there is a next time with my vehicle there's a issues with my car it's nice have always been able to count on AutoZone. As long as they keep up with the good work I will continue to be a recurring customer.

Rude and bad service!! Good prices out weighed by less than nice and competent service added with extreme wait times, under staffing. Ughh, This partivular store suvks!! If you dont care about jerk employees and have an hour to waste then it is worth it. I guess
