These guys are the best. When I bought my truck it had been lowered, these guys were recommended by quite a few people, I wanted to use a small local business and I m so glad I used them. Customer service and turn around time was amazing. Kept me updated on the progress and I m so happy with their work. Cost was a lot less than I thought it would be. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I called and scheduled an appointment to diagnose a suspension issue with my truck. We worked out a convenient day, and I appreciated their flexibility with drop-off times. This was my first time bringing my truck to Wide Open Customs, and I was impressed. They quickly inspected my truck, identified the problem, and called me with the details. Thanks to Robert, the entire experience was painless. The shop has a nice, relaxed, and professional atmosphere. I highly recommend Wide Open Customs and will definitely be back!

Just moved here from Maine a few months ago and bought a brand new 24 GMC AT4 2500 HD. I heard these guys were the best in the area and they weren t lying. Excellent customer service from the start in getting all the parts ordered, speedy turn around and quick scheduling. I went from stock to a 7 lift on 37s in a matter of days. The truck looks beautiful & rides like a dream. These guys take serious pride in their work. It s hard to turn over keys to people you don t know on a 90k vehicle with 40 miles but I trusted themfully. They ve earned my future business and I highly recommend Wide Open for your custom needs. Every vehicle I ve owned for the past 8 years Brandon here at wide open Customs has upgraded and updated. I would not choose anyone else. Wide open customs did an excellent job working on my jeep. They balanced my tires perfectly when many other companies could not due to the size of my tire anybody with a jeep should definitely go to wide Open customs, very professional, top-notch quality

I wanted to get a few upgrades done to my 2012 nothing special F150. I chatted with Brandon about what I was looking to have done, but admitted that I had never had this type of work done before. I had a general idea of what I was looking to have done but didn't quite know exactly what would look best. We sat for a bit looking at options and taking suggestions that Brandon gave.When my slight lift, wheels, and tires were done I was ecstatic with the results. My nothing special truck had become something that I was again proud to be driving around.If you're looking to have upgrades done on your truck I can't recommend Brandon at Wide Open Customs enough!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I brought my F150 in to see if they could help me after the rivets came out of my cap and was loose on the truck. They were very knowledgeable and told me they could take of it. I had already asked a few shops about it They didn t want to attempt to fix it. These guys did a great job and I would recommend their shop for repairs. Thanks guys. I needed full length running boards on a Ford Transit Van. Consulted with Brandon, ordered the running boards, and when they arrived, they were promptly and professionally installed. The two step process could not have been easier thanks to Brandon's help along with his crew. The customer service and the job performance were both excellent! Highly recommend this business! Brought my '98 gmc to the guys at Wide Open for a full front end rebuild and they took care of it flawlessly. Ran into some binds, but they used their custom fabrication experience to set my truck up correctly. Also brought my dads truck to them for some mysterious wheel vibration and they fixed it super quick. Nothing but honesty and experience coming from this shop. Great guys and great work.

Great staff and great company. They diagnosed my truck and gave me a price and time frame to fix. After the work was complete my truck was fixed and the price was the same...it's hard to find a good mechanic that stays honest til the end. Thanks for your help Brandon

Ordered custom rims and tires to be installed. After installation, I discovered TWO rims were damaged during installation. Owner Brandon tried to say they came damaged from Moto Metal. I wanted the rims replaced, I didn t pay for damaged rims. They should have never been installed if they were damaged. Then he also damaged all four sensors on installation and told me to take it to the dealer to have them replaced and he would pay for it. I told him it was 800 and he said he wasn t paying and to bring the truck back. He did replace the sensors at no charge but I waisted a morning running around at the dealership. I can t believe as BUSINESS would install a damaged product on ANY vehicle. Bottom line is he damaged the wheels on installation and didn t want replace them AT HIS COST. He just wanted to fix his mistake which over time will cause the wheels to became water damaged getting under the paint. Then he forgot to give me the lug key so when I had a flat he had to bring me one. I don t recommend this business at all. He doesn t have the interest of the customer first when your shelling out nearly 3k in wheels and tires and damages wheel sensors. Definitely not a custom installer. A custom disaster. Not impressed. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This shop is amazing! Been here in town for a long time and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! They're honest, very knowledgeable and have always had great prices! I got a new top put on my jeep. They did a good job but the service was double (100% more) than the manufacturer charges to order install with the top. I have regrets.

They have always helped me out whenever I have been there. Once they even worked with us when we were short on money. Brandon and his employees are great people and always have great customer service and are willing to help in any way possible. They are our go to for any of our diesel fixings.

Brandon and his crew did a lift kit on my truck and it turned out great. I was going to pick the truck up and I was pleased with it but he wanted something small that I didnt even notice to be perfect so I waited an extra 20 minutes for him to make it right. Brandon is a perfectionist that will not let something leave his shop until its just right.

Brandon and his guys went above and beyond putting my Jeep together. After rough county massed up the order and send it with missing parts. Brandon did everything including coming in on his days off to finish it on time. This is the third vehicle my husband and I bring to him. He is truly a master of his craft.
