Absolutely excellent service from these guys here at west coast trailer. I called on my way here to make sure it was in stock and they went over my options. When I arrived I got a tour of the cargo trailer and purchased it. Title, tag, and sold in about 30 minutes. Everyone was kind, easy to work with, and informative. Thank you guys!!! Excited to use my new cargo trailer in my business. If you need any type of trailer, this is the place to go.

I was shopping for trailers and found out that West Coast was right around the corner. They were also the best priced of all the companies I checked. When I arrived Donnie was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so helpful and friendly. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Scott the owner personally greeted us as well. We even got tee shirts! We had to return because a switch needed to be replaced in my son s truck. Two minutes in and out. Parts were in stock and no waiting. I highly recommend West Coast if you re in the market for a trailer.

These guys are the best in the business! The customer service was the best I ve seen in years! I purchased a continental trailer for my new jetski and after driving it home I noticed that one of the wheel bearing seals was leaking grease. I called the shop and they apologized for the inconvenience and to bring it back to replace the wheel bearing seal free of charge. When I arrived at the shop not only they replaced the factory faulty bearing seal but also moved and adjusted my jetski on the trailer and adjusted the winch position and height , also free of charge! I recommend these guys 100% for any trailer needs!

Purchased a new customized trailer 3 months ago to fit our boat specifications. Used twice towing a boat only 400 miles and had a blow out costing me $120 and several hours driving with a bent rim. Steve with west coast trailers has no accountability after spending 5700I would think this establishment would at least send a replacement or reimbursement. TerribleService. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

I was in the market for a new trailer for my Mako Pro Skiff and wanted a Continental trailer. After searching Southwest Florida I was happy to find a West Coast Trailers. I spoke with Scott and he was able to find the right trailer for my skiff. He and his team worked very hard to fit the trailer to the skiff as well as customize it so it would fit inside my garage. I highly recommended WCT!

Recently purchased a 7x16 enclosed for my business to haul equipment to/from my office out of state and I have to say, it was the easiest vehicle purchase I ve ever had. No nickel and dime transparent prices, showed me a great selection and answered all questions, with great attention to detail to prep the trailer upon sale, including registering the trailer on site. Will be back for maintenance and future purchases. Thank you!

Just bought a triple crown 6.4 ft X 16ft utility trailer for my business and couldn't be happier. I did find 1 dust cover that was damaged but no sweat. I gave them a call and they were able to tell me where to get one and all went well. No complaints!!

The place had what I needed. We knew what we were looking for and went in and transaction was fast and easy. I take away the one star because they even charge 3% for debit. If that s the case they should give cash discount too.

Contact west coast trailers that had a 24x8 14k one in stock was able to get next day, im paralyzed didn't even have to get out of my truck they hooked it up brought paperwork to me! Very easy extremely good price highly recommend an will be back for my next trailer!!

Never had any service done there. But do buy suspension parts for my triple axle trailer. Leaf springs, equalizers, bearings, brakes, and more - they typically have it. Prices are very reasonable. Very nice people to deal with. If they don't have something tropical trailer in Fort myers is the place to go but that's further.

Drove up to West Coast to buy a 6x12 tandem utility trailer, because I wasn t happy with Tropic Trailers. Scott the sales man was great, helped get the trailer hooked up & ensured all lights worked. Couldn t be more satisfied with the whole experience!

Recently had my aluminum trailer axle and spring and tires redone. They did sand excellent clean job and the price was reasonable to. Highly recommend this place. Have done business with them several times and will keep going back. Life long customer. Thank you West Coast trailers.

The crew at WCT was very helpful and knowledgable. They hooked me up with exactly what I wanted, in less than 1 hour from the time I got there. And they have the best prices, don t waste your time shopping around for trailers. These guys will take care of you! I live 1.5 hours away, and I will definitely go back. Keep up the great customer service!

Just bought a new Freedom 7x14 enclosed trailer from West Coast Trailers in Port Charlotte, FL. After looking at numerous brands and talking to a lot of other places even as far as Georgia. These guys are honest and straight forward!!! Which now days is hard to find. Everyone we spoke to was professional and had the knowledge to answer all of our questions and allowed us to look at all of the trailers they had several times...before we chose the one bought. We were in and out on the road with license plate on in about 20 mins!!! It's great to know you can deal with a local company like West Coast Trailers and know that you got a great deal. Buying local and getting quality products is what's most important to us!Thanks West Coast Trailers!!!!!

Big thanks to Steve and team! We purchased a boat and trailer in Boca Grande and had to tow it back to the panhandle. West Coast Trailer went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to get six tires and hubs replaced before we drove back.

Very disappointing that I bought this trailer, brand new 16 mos ago $3,400.00 and the brakes, rotors, hubs were shot. Totally rusted and needed to spend $700.00 on new gear for a trailer that was supposed to be upgraded with stainless hardware. I am meticulous in complete wash downs with Salt Away after each boating day. The quality in parts used was absolute junk.

If you re in need of a trailer anywhere in central Florida, you owe it to yourself to give West Coast Trailers a call. Scott went out of his way to make sure I got the trailer I wanted right away at a price that beat his competition. Polite, honest, and eager to earn your business.

My 14 yr old son just started his business, mowing yards. Scott was very helpful with the trailer we got was to the capacity of our needs. We had been looking around and his prices are very reasonable. We loved that they checked everything lights, wires, chain etc. before we hauled off. The two other employees that were involved were just as generous and helpful as Scott. We found them on Facebook and got quick response Well worth our 1.5 hour travel. Thank you West Coast Trailer

Recently went to West Coast Trailer for the first time ,and bought a Triple Crown trailer. They also installed a weed eater rack on to the trailer for me. Was very impressed with all the guys there. Top notch service. Good prices. Will definitely use them again in the future.
