They ordered the wrong size tires. Confirmed my appt and install without checking on the tire brand and size. Next day no communication and tires still not in. Took days off work. And try to get someone on the phone is impossible! Went to the store and employees walking around but cannot help with auto center when it's obvious they need additional employees. Nothing but a disappointment! I feel bad for the employees that try to help but the corporate won't let them. Wal-Mart corporate sucks on so many levels!

Try to get someone on the phone, Walmart may have started out as an American sweetheart but it's a bitter experience in and out of the store. I've witnessed managers publicly embarrass their employees, I'd like to see an entire shift walk out and leave the crass managers to do what it takes. Another problem I see to many people falling for is the self check out, until I get a discount on my items I won't use self check out... wake up people we don't work for Walmart!

Im only giving one star because i can't give zero!.I spent all morning and afternoon calling to get intouch with auto care department because i need 4 tires for my car, and i dont live close by so i tried calling to make an appointment with them but never got an answere, i don't recommend them if they can't take a simple phone call, i cant trust them with my car.

Very helpfull even though it was a Sunday I still got the lady to come and check my batteries. Took just a little longer than usual but that was understandable and their prices for the batteries were $50 cheaper for the batteries 810cca $50 cheaper per batteries my diesel uses 2 batteries. I know where I will go when I do need a battery. Thank you Wallmart.

Absolutely horrible communication, don t even bother to call no one will answer the phone. Left valve stem caps off my tires and a greasy steering wheel

Went in for 4 tires and to have them fix a low tire warning. Come out to the car and the light was still on. Went back in to question why and the guy that did the tires said 2 of my tpms sensors were not working. Ummm.. hello I was there waiting for my vehicle not to mention they had my phone number. Why would they not get ahold of me and ask if I wanted them changed? That's what good customer service would do! Instead they had to take the car back in and fix them. very frustrating!

I ve had my oil changed at this location for the last four years and never once did they say they couldn t check my transmission oil because it s sealed. Well Nick the person that worked on my car today said he didn t check my transmission because it s sealed. I tried asking him about it and I also told him l ve never heard that before. He was VERY rude and I can t help what you ve been told before and walked away!!!! Well l have a 2011 Honda CRV and that s not true. I spoke with the mgr and he checked it for me. Nick need to go back to auto training 101!!!!!!!Service: Oil change

Waisted two hours here! Order two new tires the night before and they said they would call me when the tires came in. No call! Finally went in store and after three (3) people ignored me at the counter I finally asked out loud, "Did my tires come in?". They wondered around without saying a word, left me standing at the counter, went out to the bays, came back and then said " yes, they have my tires". It would be a 2 hour wait.So I waited 2+ hours and 5hen said that my lock nut wasn't the right one. Then they found the right one!. Then they finally took my van back to the bay (after 2 hours) , then told me their lift cannot accommodate my van!!!!!The man who was to work on it said to me " we are only rotating the tires". WRONG!So I gave up and left! Don't waste your time here!

They took 2hrs to do an oil change, I asked them to balance my tires and this guy comes to me and said that my tires are too big (size 20) and then he said I had some other issues with the car and gave me a card from his buddy's garage. He goes on to say that my car needed a lot more that a balance. All I wanted was balance of the tires, an alignment, filters changed, and oil change. 2 HOUR LATER just the oil change!By the way, I was the second customer there, yet they still took two hours to do an oil change. And there wasn't just one mechanic there, I counted 4 different people working on car, not counting the desk emplyees.

I bought tires in June of this year from Walmart.com and had the tires delivered to the Port Charlotte Kings Highway store. The reason why I bought from .com was because this location didn't have a "VR" series tire which was required for my VW Passat. Tires were delivered to their store and installed by the same store. The service writer ask me if I wanted Road Hazard protection and I said yes and purchased it. Move forward to a few days ago....I went in to the same store for a flat tire and I was told there were two items right next to each other which prevented them from repairing the existing tire. They told me that they can't replace the tire because they can't purchase from the same Walnart.com that I ordered from and I would have to accept a different manufacturer and a different tread pattern of course. They tried to sell me a Pirelli at 3.25 times the price for my original purchase. I said I don't want mismatched thread so I was told I would need to order the tire again online and have it installed and they would refund me when the new tire was installed. I ordered it and they put it on and charged me for doing so. I went to the refund service counter and they told me the tire I bought in June was a non-refundable item. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS...Walmart scams you and screws you at the same time. They are the giant who ran the little honest establishments out of business to they can screw you. DON'T BUY THEIR ROAD HAZARD THEY ARE CROOKS!

Went there to have them change my headlight. The guy said he had to check it out first to see if he could even do it. He came back in and said he wouldn't be able to because he had to take too much apart to even get to it. Said something about taking apart the door. So he gave me a business card of a local mechanic that would be able to do it. Left there then called Midas on 41 and he said bring it in so he could look at it. Changed it in about 15 min. Guess that will teach me to take my car to a place I buy groceries.

I had a pretty good experience here. Staff was friendly and i purchased some middle grade tires for a decent price. They finished the work in a pretty timely manner as well.

Carlene was amazing and very carrying. She made sure i was in and out so i could go pickup my kids from school. Because of her i will now come back.

Best place to get your oil changed your tires rotated but during Snowbird season you need to get in there early around 7 in the morning when they open for faster service because they have a lot of snow birds down here this is my favorite Supercenter Walmart ever

Overall experience was good. A bit understaffed, but once we were waited on staff was nice and helpful. Work was done quickly and at a reasonable rate.

Website says open at 7am the auto service says 8ambut I have to wait till 10am for a oil change...3 hour wait no way sorry excuse for business

NEEDS TO BE MORE EMPLOYEES AND THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO GET WORK DONE A LOT FASTER ON CARS REGARDLESS BY APPOINTMENT OR NOT!!! THEY NEED TO BE MORE STRUCTURED AND MORE EFFICIENT IN REGARDS TO HOW IT IS RUN

Tried calling 4 times in one day. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes at least twice and tried calling again and got hung up on twice. Seems like nobody likes to answer the phone in auto care.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me they weren't doing oil changes. It was 2 in the afternoon

Went to get an oil change was told they won't change my oil cause my hood would not open went to my truck and my hood opened right up for me I don't know how they could not open it.

If u don't mind waiting.....and having your rim of tire damaged....telling me it's noted scratches on rims...YES SCRATCHES NOT DAMAGED!!!

Another Walmart, another 2 hour wait for a oil change. I would stay away from this Walmart in general the store is run very poorly.
