A great experience, not something generally expected from an auto body repair, BUT, from getting the estimate from Dean, to making the appointment with a very resonable time frame, I couldn't be more satisfied with this business. My repair was completed earlier than quoted which saved us money on the rental vehicle, Our vehicle looks like new and the exterior was totally cleaned including windows and glass. Hopefully I won't need to have additioal repairs done, but if I do I will certainly use this business and SO SHOULD YOU

We had a Pearl White Kea Sorento that was suffering from paint delamination. This is where the paint stops adhering to the metal and flaks off. Vadim was very familiar with this problem and was able to do a fantastic job. He made our 10 year old car look like new. He also saved me a lot time and money with a headlight problem on our other car. Very professional. Fantastic results.

Wow!!! Our vehicle looks BRAND NEW thanks to Vadim and it s a 2014! He completely removed the front and back bumpers and grill, repainted them, buffed out scratches on the sides, painted the black accents and restored our headlights. He also installed a small power inverter in the back which is a huge help with our business. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend VSP!!

Dean at VSP is the best. He got our Volvo in quickly and did a fantastic job. He kept us informed on his progress and did outstanding work. I can t recommend him highly enough.

One of the best auto body shops out there! We had a trailer slam into the side of our car and ruined the side with huge dents , missing paint and a bunch of scratches! He was quick to fix it and work with us. Our car looks brand new , he did a phenomenal job!! He kept us updated on everything he was doing and made sure to have it finished by the time he estimated. We will no longer go to anyone for body shop repairs except for Vsp! Highly recommend.

Awesome experience here! I got quite a few quotes & then I stumbled upon VSP Auto & met the owner Dean. Dean is very transparent & professional from start to finish. He took good care of my vehicle & made it look brand new! I m definitely not going anywhere else from now on, I m very happy to have found a place I know I can always take my car to get it fixed up for future incidents.

My husband and I have had the pleasure to work with Dean from VSP Auto two separate times.The first time, my then brand new Pathfinder was hit in the parking lot during heavy rain, and left with a good size dent in the quarter panel by some unknown person. We decided not to pay for it through our insurance because it was a very good repair price, and a hit and run. After the work was done, looked like nothing ever happened, and they got it done in great timing.Second time, very recently, brand new Lincoln Aviator, another hit and run only we were in the car in traffic and heavy rain, and rear ended. Went through our insurance. Dean, from VSP, handled everything! State Farm made us use an app to take pictures, file etc, because VSP was not on State Farm s preferred list. What would have been a total inconvenience, Dean at VSP was well versed, help me, and our insurance paid up expediently. Considering the fact that our car is so new the paint color rare, the paint color was special and hard to match at first Dean tracked it down, along with parts needed, and honestly our car was done again, in what seemed like no time at all. Our car is brand new, barely off the lot, and it looks perfect again, thanks to Dean. The cost for repair was quite nominal considering the complications with it being brand new, parts and color hard to track, combine that with the Corona virus scare and shortages of things. Amazing!! Best body shop we have ever worked with!!

Very professional, good interpersonal skills , great workmanship and quality. Very knowledgeable and delivers on time. I knew I was at the right shop as soon as Dean grabbed some polish and tried to get the scratch out manually with no expectation of compensation. Wtg my truck is beautiful again. We chose VSP and dealt with Vadim (Dean) to do repairs on our car for a few reasons:He was recommended by someone we know pretty well.He genuinely seemed like a decent/honest person.He stated he would work with us on payment of the car, something we really needed.In our initial meeting, an estimate was given to us of when the job would be completed and a price on it and we discussed payments which would be all cash.Terms were agreed to then (not in writing - so I realize not a smart move for us - just a receipt with the price was given). Also at that time, we dropped more than half of the amount due to him then, in cash, before anything was even done on the car and left him to his word regarding the job, time and payment.Sorry to admit we were so very wrong and so very dumb.Those two to three weeks we were told to complete it - turned into a full SIX weeks before the job was done. EVERY week it was an excuse of some kind on why it wasn t ready and why he needed more time.So because he had said he was willing to work with us on the payment and we put our trust in him, we let it all slide and waited patiently as we dealt with being without a car for that long.Then, when the car is finally done and we give him another chunk of money with a smaller balance remaining to be paid in regular installments, he totally would not except that saying he never agreed to it AND would not release the car to us without the rest of amount being paid then and there.I should have known better and I m kicking myself for being so stupid and trusting since he royally burnt us.This review is my word of caution that if you are considering dealing with this company/person - don t. But if you chose to, be smarter than us, don t be blinded like us and watch your backs with Mr. Nice Guy'.As a side note - his prices were not that reasonable (no better than any other quote we received) and his workmanship nothing special and merely average.

VSP Auto is my #1 choice for all my automotive needs. Whether its something simple like basic maintenance, or a complete custom body repair and paint, they provide excellent service with superb attention to detail. Also, they have a cool waiting room with free coffee and cookies while you wait!!!
