Chuck and his crew were so helpful from the moment we hobbled in with our S10 that had a flat. They were so helpful and accommodating to our needs, they went above and beyond. We truly appreciate their kind gesture and will be bringing more of our business to them in the future!

Alex and Bob were absolutely the best. Great customer service and finished my car faster than expected. When I arrived at my appointment time, they took my in immediately and worked on my car. I was done and on my way one happy customer. Go check them out for all your tire, alignment, brake checks, oil change and more.

Amazing service. Went there to get new wipers, spark plugs and a belt. Kyle helped me with eveything. Prices were amazing!!! Will be going there the next time I need anything done.

My car died on me on the way home. I thought it was a fuel pump from the symptoms. I ve owned cars for 26 years and it definitely seemed like it could be that. I was ready to pay a lot of money to get back on the road. I took my car here after losing two trusted mechanics for many years. I decided to try Tuffy as suggested by my son. I had my car towed there on a Sunday and the mechanic called me first thing in the morning. Chuck asked me what was going on with it and after explaining he took it for a drive. He called me back and didn t try to sell me a filter or anything extra either. He is straight to the point and honest. As a woman, I felt confident in his diagnosis. My last mechanic that I trusted told me he rigged it (shifter cable)so good I will never have to replace it. I drove home from North Port to Port Charlotte with no issues. A few hours later I left my house and my car died in my driveway. I never went back to him and didn t have a trusted mechanic. So many crooks out here. I m glad I found Chuck as my new mechanic!! Thank you!

Tuffy's Port Charlotte is OUTSTANDING! I have been going there, to Chuck who is the manager, and all his wonderful employees, for 7 years now. They are HONEST, efficient, and let me emphasize trustworthy! We have five cars. Some are classics, others brand new. They treat each car properly and always explain what is needed, what options are, and offer advice, Last thing, they go out of their way to help each customer like that. I have referred probably 20+ people to Tuffy's and each one raves about their customer service! Just dropped off a car today and it reminded me of how wonderful they have been over the past many months!

I just picked up my vehicle and I'm more than pleased with the work done. The car runs better than ever! Both Don and the mechanic couldn't have been more professional or nicer. Thank you both for all of your help. We will continue to use your service.

Made appointment. Appointment was confirmed. Drove to location in pouring rain. Was told they don't take appointments and can't do the work until the following day. No apology just oh well it's an online screw-up. Will not use Mavis /Tuffy for anything after this.

Took my truck in for an oil change today (Saturday) as I don t have much time during the week. Appointment took about 2 hours which was no big deal as there were errands to be ran. Picked up my truck, and got home before I really looked at the receipt. The technicians put in 5w20 when the Ford spec calls for 5w30. Thankfully I was able to return it and they exchanged it for free. I wish they would have replaced the oil filter again to drain out the remaining incorrect oil from the top of the motor and the plastic drain plug that Ford recommends replacing each oil change. With that being said, that can be a very, very costly mistake especially if not caught soon enough. Now, let s hope there s no leaks.

I've been here twice and will definitely be back. Honest, courteous and professional. They repaired my tire, put it in this fancy tire bag, and placed it into my trunk. Tremendous!

Def a place to bring your car for all of your needs. Dry knowledgeable staff, didn t try to over price me even offered to match a price for me! These guy are awesome have done me some really great work. A tech named Jordan was so helpful when my car broke down, down the road he was on his lunch break and still offered to help. Brought me to his shop after getting my car going and did a full check up and got it running like new in no time. These guys are the go to!!

Tires, shocks, swaybars, and ball bearings on my front end done at tuffys auto shop. I left my truck, they ordered all the parts. For a decent affordable price they fixed all problems and went above and beyond and notified me of some other issues and gave them the go ahead to fix it and I don't regret it 1 bit. Mechanics and tire technicians were friendly, Knowledgeable, as well as quick to get the job done right. If you've got any issue with yalls vehicles I'd definitely recommend tuffys. I'd give 10 stars if I could. GO TO TUFFYS YALL!!!!

MY TIRE TECH TODAY WAS JACOB HE DID AN AMAZING JOB! HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. THE WHOLE CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB AT MAKING ME FEEL WELCOMED AND VERY SPECIAL. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

Horrible customer service! Waited for a good 20 minutes no one would help me. No one would talk to me or assist me. Everyone looked at me, but no one would assist me time pass by two other customers came in white they were helped immediately simple end of story.

Awful, completely careless company. Ordered some new tires and had to put a deposit down. Drop my car off and then an hour later I get a call that they never ordered my tires, which again I put a deposit down for. Waste of everyone s time, awful customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chuck and the service he and his team provide. Took our car in with an issue we were not sure of. Our car was not on the schedule but they still found the time to fit us in, diagnose and fix all the issues. It s hard to find this level of customer service and I will recommend this shop to anyone while Chuck works there!!

I had a nail in my tire. Called Tuffy at 6:45pm and they told me no problem, come on in right now. They fixed it Ryan and Donald were great! Highly recommend!

I was having a problem with the tire pressure alarm going off every 3-4 days. Both the front left and the rear right tires were loosing air. Presented the problem to them and within 45 minutes it was completly repaired and have not had the problem again. Not only was the work completed in a short wait time but the charge was much better than ever expected.

I can not say enough about the service at this location!! Ask for Chuck the manager for great service. Look times are tough enough and it is hard to find honest trust worthy service but thisTuffy service center is rated "Aplus" for great customer service and great staff. Trust worthy and caring! I highly recommend giving them a try. Breathe easy knowing the job is done right. Thank you for my recent oil change. I will be back.

** Corporate you REALLY need to recognize this shop!**This review would have been WAY different if it wasn't for Donalds outstanding customer service!! He definitely deserves a raise- better yet a promotion!! I ordered tires online and made an appointment for them to be installed by his shop. When I got there Donald and his staff were very professional and I did not have to wait long. Unfortunately, when looking at the tires when done one was wrong. He found out that the wrong tire was delivered and was extremely apologetic for it. (Something he did not have any control over) He searched all over for my tire that I ordered but unfortunately the only place was at the warehouse. He was in touch with me until my tire was finally delivered. He called me and told me to come whenever I was available to. When I got there him and his staff took care of the situation and I was extremely happy to have all my correct tires. Through Donald's persistence and great customer service I was able to get what I originally ordered. There needs to be more people like him and his staff when it comes to mechanic shops now a days. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went in to get a tire repair. They are fast. They put my tire back up under my vehicle for me to use as a spare if I need to, like I asked. The price was fair, especially since I asked them to do that, which I didn t want to get under my vehicle and do it in this heat so it was worth every penny. Also, Alex is a great employee. Overall, he has a good personality and is likable.
