Facade is deceiving but the staff and mechanics inside committed to honest and reliable service. Highly recommend. Parts and labor guaranteed for one year.

After six months of researching mechanics in the area. I kept seeing Tom Joyce Automotive come across my feed, as being simply the best. From the moment I walked in to make the appointment I felt at ease. The staff is extremely helpful & personable. I dropped my car off the night before. By 9 AM, I had an estimate.. The work was done same day and I was able to pick up my car. I can breathe easy, knowing they are looking after the maintenance of my vehicle.

I was referred to here by another place. I'm so happy I took my car here. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I had taken my car to the dealership three times for them to not know what was wrong with my car. Another place told me I needed a new transmission with only having 75,000 miles on it. Tom Joyce did figure it out. It Just needed some transmission fluid and a chemical to help with slipping. Now my car is working great. I definitely will be taken my car to here for any future work. Thank you so much Tom Joyce automotive.

I was referred to Tom Joyce by my mom and when I went in there I was amazed at how great the customer service was Tom jr was so patient with me and he was very helpful with helping me try to fix my car he gave me great prices on tires and I recommend this place to everybody. there straight up front they do not take advantage whether you're a female or male my son wants to to be a mechanic as well and I hope my son would work at a place like that they are very upstanding citizens and they have a gorgeous beautiful shop, they were busy and handle that beautifully with getting customers in service and out of there with their cars fixed.

Tom Joyce automotive did a great job for me.I called with a problem with my brakes, was headed to NJ and was urgent they were looked at and fixed.They looked at it, scheduled it quickly, did exactly what they said for the price quoted. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with them.

Tom Joyce is the most honest mechanic in SW Florida. He does quality work, backs his work and takes care of the customers. It is very hard to find anyone who still has these values. I have been taking my vehicles to him for a couple years and have never been disappointed.

The owner and the professional staff are the best! I procrastinated to get my car looked at my wheel bearing were so BAD and was worried sick about the cost of getting it fixed. I personally talked with Tom ( the owner ) and I told him to not do any work until he and his awesome mechanics have a complete inspection on what s all wrong with my car. Went back to get my car that day and find out the damage of the price. I was in total shock when he told me about my wheel bearing s and that he fixed the problem. I put my head down and told him that I simply didn t have the money to pay but 100.00. He told me not to worry that I could be put on a payment plan. I had tears in my eyes for one he fixed my wheel bearing and two it was cheaper then I participated. Tom is not a greedy person like most shops are he truly does care and I feel that he was a God sent. I have already recommended my friends, family and co workers to him.

I m from Lakeland and I was down in Port Charlotte training and my brakes went out on my car leaving me stranded. I called in the morning and they heard my situation and fit me in and were able to fix my car by the time I got off work. I m extremely grateful for these awesome people. They were very kind and had a very sweet cat in there. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend

I have taken my vehicle to Tom Joyce a few times and every time they are awesome. Their service is quick and efficient but also very thorough. I have dealt with Tom himself for most of my visits and he is down to earth and seems to really care about his work and customers. My whole family uses TJ now and I can't recommend them enough! Although I should stop because they are always booked out worth the wait!!!! Honest and affordable are the two best words to describe the team/family over here and everyone is always so kind. And I love their shop kitty!

My dad was an auto mechanic by trade and I used to perform my own automotive repairs for 30 years. As usual everyone was friendly.Tom takes a personal interest in each customer. When I went there about the squeeky brakes they couldn't figure out why I was hearing this squeek, bcuz brakes were in great condition. So Tom went the extra mile & had a mechanic ride with me to check what I was hearing. It turned out to be the break pedal. So this time while I was having tires put on they sprayed the brake pedal, & no more irritating squeek! Thanks!
