DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY ELECTRICAL WORK! They don't know what they are doing! I do not think they should have a license to do any electrical fixes! I will not take my car to this shop for ANY work!After understanding that they made a mistake, they treated me unprofessionally and rude! They basically did not know what to say so they left me decide what I want to do instead of admitting that they were wrong and not equipped to do the work.Original problem was that my engine would not start. They "fixed it" by replacing total integrated power module (TIPM) and as a result no lights worked anymore (headlights, break lights and etc). After going back and forth with them "fixing" my car for over two weeks I ended up taking it to a different shop. I really got frustrated with all the back and forth! During the inspection at the other facility I learned the following (verbatim from their report):"Incorrect wiring on c4 connector to tipm. Pins 7 and 11, 9 and 16 were reversed and only twisted together with electrical tape. Fog light circuit was switched with rf tum signal."I contacted Tire Choice corporate office and opened up the claim. Thankfully I had the proof. They only refunded me what I spent to fix these problems created by Tire Choice. No other refunds were made. I am planning to seek refund for $1466.99 I spent at this place and filing a complaint to report unfair trade practices to Office of the Attorney General.Needless to say how unsatisfied and frustrated I am with the services at this place!

Had a tire blow out on I 75 had r lexus towed to Tire Choice. Chad the service advisor was a True Professional. Having been a GSM of Lexus & Toyota dealerships I know great service when I experience it. Chad is & Outstanding Rep. For Tire Choice so let me finish by Thanking Tire Choice Mgt for hiring such & Outstanding Employee.

I m new to Port Charlotte so I have not had an opportunity to establish working relationships with the businesses in the area. I found myself with a flat tire and thankfully the tire choice store was right there at the intersection where it happened. That didn t necessarily mean that I was gonna have any confidence working with somebody I ve never met before, I was more than pleasantly surprised with a service that I received from Dave and the rest of the staff at the tire choice store . They solved my problem and they solved it quickly and there was thorough explanation as to what was going on.and why we needed to do what we did. I I know this, I won t have to be looking for a new mechanic in Port Charlotte because I got them. I honestly recommend them to anybody. Geof O

I have had multiple services at Tire Choice, Port Charlotte, over the past 18 months, each time with outstanding customer service from Chad Shingledecker. I had a tire replaced that could not be repaired, and other problems, like a slow leak and a damaged tire valve, some problems were taken care of as a courtesy by Chad who has great interpersonal skills, excellent technical skills, and is a rare example of an employee going out of their way to provide a superior customer experience. I would never go elsewhere. Thank you, Chad.

Oil cap was not replaced correctly. Sprayed oil all over inside of the engine compartment. Called and was continually placed on hold by automated system. Finally spoke with human and was told they couldn t get through to the store. Finally was able to get through to the shop. 2 people said that they were the Manager. Not! And why did I think that was their fault? No help whatsoever! Borrowed a car and took car of it myself so I could get back home.

I stopped in for an oil change and replacement of air filters and rear wiper blade! Manager greeted me very friendly and was super helpful in getting me in and out with excellent service! Third visit here and I will definitely be back!

Bought tires from Tire Rack on Wednesday had them sent to this Tire Choice. The delivery was quick and Friday morning they were able to install the tires. It was an excellent experience all around and the guys at Tire Choice went out of their way to make things quick and easy. I will definitely use them again.

Would not recommend doing business with this establishment. Towards the end of last year we purchased four new pirelli all season plus tires from them for around $1200. Shortly after that we got a nail in one of the tires. They said because of the nails location the tire couldn t be patched and we would have to buy a new one. We said fine we understand. Now comes the problem. They didn t have another pirelli all season plus so they said they would give us a different pirelli tire and it was just as good so that s what we did. Now it s about 4 months later and the three original tires still look great but the one that they replaced is totally bald and only 4 months old. So we brought the car back in and they said we weren t in there computer and they never sold us the tire. That night we went home and luckily found the receipt. I start looking at it and they didn t even charge us for the right tire. They charged us for another all season plus but put a p zero on that comes with no warranty. I just talked Pirelli and they said those tires should have never been mixed and they weren t surprised at all it only lasted 4 months because of the type of tire the p zero is. When we brought the receipt in the manager at this location was extremely rude and Just walked away from us as we were explaining the situation. Would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

Both the managers here are awesome and highly prompt with services and explaining issues with both my cars. They go above and beyond some days when i dont have the best day. Its hard to find a place to trust with your car and ive had good luck here.

The online appointment was easy. I talked to them on the phone to verify the tire s were available. They were very nice and got my tires on quickly.

I needed two new tires and I usually just get them done at Walmart auto center. However, the last two times I had a horrible experience; one ending up with me leaving balling my eyes out. I ended up driving by Tire Choice on my way to my parents house and it caught my eye so I called and spoke with a really nice man named David. He priced the tires and service for me and I set up and appointment for the same day a few hours later. My appointment was at 4:30pm I walked out of there at 5pm. It literally only took 30 minutes! I brought a book and everything because I m got used to waiting 2 plus ours for a simple tire change. David was extremely nice and funny. The pricing was really inexpensive compared to many other places. I told my whole family to start getting there tires changed there as well. I definitely will be coming back in the future.

Call them and told them I need a pair of 235 40 18 tires what's the priceSaid I have the wheels already dismounted give me a good priceAsk me for you're making model can't just look up a simple pair of tires.Typical parts counter tire counter people who don't know what they're doing in the automotive field.

Had an previously scheduled appointment and they took my truck in on time and did the tire rotation and re-balance in a timely manner and got me out on back on my way on down the road!

Joshua was so friendly and helpful. He exceeded his customer service skills by assisting me with a tire issue that I was having and Honda failed to identify. Dan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fixed my tire quickly.I highly recommend this place of establishment. There a service was five stars in the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I found myself with low pressure in my tires on a rental vehicle I was not familiar with this morning. I was greeted promptly and politely by a gentleman, I did not get his name, and I asked for assistance, no questions asked I was asked to pull around and Chad would help me. Customer service was on point! Thank you for your assistance and not making me feel inadequate. I will be back for my next set of tires.

I called several hours in advance for an appointment for a nail in my truck tire. I was not greeted by staff and actually had 2 men waited on before they acknowledge that I was even there. I was greeted rudely with, "We are an hour and a half behind." There are no chairs for any customers to sit and wait! I called another tire servicing company in North Port who was more than eager for my business. I do not recommend this place if you expect good service. : (

This facility is equipped with the latest technology that the auto industry has to offer. Crew was very knowledgeable and took the time to clean my Rally wheels after correctly setting the balance perfectly. My 69 Camaro now drives like a dream. Thx, Guys!

I always have a great experience with this auto service center. David the manager really cares about the job being done right and will go out of his way to make sure it s done so. They are really friendly and trust worthy. Really affordable service and they do there best to work with you. I highly recommend this location for all your service needs.

Had to 2:30 appointment got here a 1/2 hour early They said they could get me in early... upon booking me in told me It was gone be about an hour or more for them To Do my oil change and said that they had To Do an inspection in everything else....I said I didn't need an inspection and they said that it was their corporate policy that they're required To Do it. I left in canceled my appointment .... ridiculous where you can go and get a 15 minute will change anywhere around town with an inspection and this place.... That's not busy tells me It's gonna take an hour or more Absolutely not OK.I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

On April 28,2023, I had to have my tire repaired and i needed it done quickly. When i explained to them that i had a family member waiting for me at the hospital they immediately took my truck back and repaired the tire with no hesitation at all! They were very caring to my situation and made sure that I was safe!!! THANK YOU!

Such a great team of mechanics! I m new to the area and needed to find a new place to bring my car. This place was perfect! From the super helpful, informative and hilarious David who answered the phone to answer my million questions, to the clean showroom and bathroom. These guys did what no other mechanics could do, fix my car. They also did it at a great price. I like that they listen to what I have to say, inquire about repair history, and kept me updated on the repairs. Honest and capable. I definitely recommend them, as they are now my only mechanics

I went to get the oil changed on my truck.I checked the oil level right after and noticed it was low. The service tech told me it was normal to be in between the two lines on the dipstick. It's common knowledge that if you put the manufacturer recommended amount of oil, it will be at the top line on the dipstick.My truck takes 7.7 quarts. The service tech admitted he only put 6.8 quarts. The manager came out and confirmed that it was not full. He too stated that it was normal to be under the top line. I know this is not true. He then told the service tech to "go put that other quart in". He promptly came back with the jug with exactly one quart. This leads me to believe it was intentionally not put in because I believe it would have taken him a lot longer to come back with the additional quart had he actually had to go fill and measure from their large dispensers.The kicker is that I checked my bill on the spot as he was pouring in the last quart, and I see that I was charged for exactly 7.7 quarts. However, the manager and tech both stated that it was okay with the original 6.8 quarts that was in there. Why then, was I charged for 7.7 quarts?Being a business owner myself, I do not like to make baseless accusations of about somebody else's business. But it seems like all the facts add up in such a way that it was done intentionally and that this may be a more widespread issue.At this point I do not trust that the proper oil was put into my car or that full synthetic that I paid for was put in. Was my oil filter even changed? I can't know.Will definitely not be back here as I do not trust the service on my brand new truck.If you have had your oil changed here recently, definitely would check your oil level.Aside from all of this, it took one hour for an oil change which is far too long.There was black oil residue on the white paint near the hood that rubbed off from the employees oily gloves/ clothing. Definitely do not appreciate this.

I had a wonderful experience. They did a great job. Very polite and informative of what they did. Which was my front brakes and recently I had an oil change and air filters changed.The young lady that did my brakes was awesome. Bonus was I found the guy Tommy that worked at Grease Monkey is now working there. So if anyone was wondering where he went you now know. Highly recommend Tire Choice. Thanks everyone for such services.

If you are someone who doesn t have a lot of knowledge about cars do not go here. They will take advantage of you. They will tell you it costs 437 to change the front brakes and rotors on a nissan altima. Then they changed the brakes and didn t even change the rotors. They only turned them. 437$ for a front brake change and turning two rotors. They charged 36$ to get rid of my old brake pads. 65$ to turn one rotor. You d figure after the hurricane and all devastation we experienced that local shops wouldn t take advantage of customers like this. This business is truly a wolf in sheep s clothing. Take your business elsewhere.P.S. Later I found out that front brake pads cost anywhere from 30-60$ not 150$ like they charged. Turning rotors cost about 15$ a piece.

Service was exceptional and timely. Every employee we encounter there were so happy to help and answered all of our questions. I recently purchased my pre loved SUV and the previous owners got all of their service here, so I wanted to be consistent with the valvoline oil. So glad I found this place. You all ROCK!!!

I needed a tire checked that was going flat over night. They got me right in and found the problem. Unfortunately is was in a spot that couldn't be safely repaired. They didn't charge me for the service. I also needed to have my tires balanced and they gave me a good sale price that wasn't advertised. Great service and nice guys. I'll definitely be back for any other needs that arise.

As the Geico Gecko "Somebody help me I have a flat tire" Tire Choice helped. I hate facing a $200.00 Plus unexpected expense. I drove my truck to Tire Choice expecting to buy a new tire. Much to my surprise they didn't go straight to a new tire, they felt the tire could be repaired. And it was repaired. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as professional. I watched how they interacted with other costumers, I felt they were honest and transparent with there costumers. I am happy I took the chance with Tire Choice, they have a new repeat costumer.
