My entire experience was amazing. I was offered an ice cold water upon my arrival. The staff constantly asked me if I needed anything. They were professional and very kind and very efficient. They went the lengths to check if any other lights or sensors were on before I left. I will definitely be back! Sergio and his staff are 1000/10!!

The staff was great. They were all friendly and helpful. I like that the location is close to me. Some of the staff were entertaining (singing) made me smile and I saw smiles on the other customers faces. I will definitely use the Port Charlotte location for all my oil changes

Amazing service!!! The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. No pushing unneeded services. They checked my wipers, tires, and filters. Also, they resolved an issue that my last service facility screwed up on my filters, I greatly appreciate it. This is definitely my go to place.

The staff is awesome. Also had a fuel filter replaced. Couldn t have been more efficient. I wish I could remember names correctly, but Julian? Was especially helpful. But all were great. You have a customer for life.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First time at the Cochran Port Charlotte location 04/03/24. These guys were right on it! Very personable. Topped off the fluids, reset my oil sensor, checked my air filter, checked my tire pressure & changed my windshield wipers plus offered me a water right off the bat. This will be my go to place from now on. Thanks guys!!

They re always super nice here! Jason helped us this time and he was so great! They always go above and beyond, and they re the most reasonably priced. This is my go-to place for oil changes

From start to finish, fantastic customer service. This team goes above and beyond for their customers. Their service was also extremely fast considering how busy they are! I was so grateful not to have to wait hours somewhere else. Cherry on top- they provide water while you wait. I don t need to go anywhere else. Well deserved 5-star review.

This was my 3rd time using Take 5 and this time no one checked my tire pressure or washed the windshield or told me they checked any fluid levels and told me if they were low or ok. I was the the only customer there so it wasn t because they were busy. This was a totally different experience than the other 2 visits. For the price I paid I might try someone else next oil change. Absolutely no professionalism as I had on the previous visits.

Great service from start to finish! The manager and staff are professional, caring, they explain everything, and are so sweet to everyone in the car (even gave snacks and juice for my kiddos which helped so much while your car is serviced). I couldn t be more pleased and will absolutely return. Thank y all again!

The guys were polite & very nice.Forgot to fix my tire pressure but everything else went smoothly.Even just cleaned my interior air filter said to change next time. So no forced selling.I like that.

My daughter and I went in on a Saturday afternoon to the Murdock shop. There were four more on staff and two other cars in process when we pulled in. There was only a five minute wait. Which was fine by me. It was very busy. Cars were pulling in before I was finished. The guys were nice and polite. Take five.

I went here at a very busy time, all the stalls were full and more people waited outside. But they moved through very quickly and did not make me feel rush. He talked to me like I was the only one there and made sure I got everything I need and my car was running great

I really appreciated how quickly and carefully they processed the service on my car. They treated me with the utmost courtesy. Each employee seemed as if they were having fun as they worked. Kudos to the manager. The service was a little pricey, but I chalk it up to the cost of convenience. I will likely return for oil changes in the future.

Jamal, Sergio, and Josh are the best techs and shop managers they know what they are doing and are very quick. I met them at the North Port store and they told me they were transferred to the Cochran store and I came to port Charlotte just for their services. Definitely will come back every time, the service is always excellent from Jamal and Sergio!

My visit was very very pleasant at take five. Everybody was so friendly and nice. It was fast. My only issue is and it may be my misunderstanding. I thought they were going to check my tire pressure also and they did not.. I would recommend take five.

Outstanding! I left there feeling pampered starting with the cold water bottle I received when I pulled it. Even my windshield got cleaned my two nice young men! And nobody tried to sell me anything I didn t need. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My 2 star is only bc of the cost and what you get for it. I just received an oil change. My biggest issue was the cost. $90 for an oil change and nothing else. Doesn t include checking other fluids, tires etc. the price is way too high. I would not got back because of the price.

Good service and great workers, only down fall was the mechanic that was working on the under side of my car did not put my plastic cover back on and I only caught this when on my way home hearing the piece dragging on the interstate. All i could do was rip off the bottom and call it a day but make sure you pull over before heading off to double check they have reattached everything on your car.Service: Oil change

The take five crew was very tentative and very knowledgeable. They were very fast and explained everything very well and didn t try to get overall any extra stuff that didn t need. Definitely recommend.

The guys were cool, I sat there for 2 hours, had a screwdriver stuck in my hood, spilled oil, left my sensors unplugged and my truck oil pressure spiked this morning cause is TBD. They said the were going to clean the bottom so it did not drip onto my driveway they didn t it s on my driveway. No windshield wash. So for a $200.00 bill just for an oil change no extras I d expect a much better experience.I probably won t go back except to return the screwdriver and speak to a manager

I've been coming here faithfully the last two years. I won't be back. I had to remind them to check my fluids, ask if they'd done the oil check, remind them to wipe my windshield at the end. I don't even know if they checked my blades, but I just replaced them so I didn't bother to ask. The oil has shot up $25 in price since the last time I went in because they switched brands. I felt like I had to ask about my tire caps to make sure they were put back on because of all the things they were forgetting. The whole time there's this guy, Mario, with shaky hands and a vape trying to sell me things I don't need. He couldn't even check my fluids, he had to have another guy do it for him. He kept walking back and forth not doing anything except trying to sell me stuff. He asked me three times for my debit card. I told him three times I wasn't giving it to him until the service was complete. Worst customer service I've ever had.

Great service! My first time at a take 5 and the Manager Sergio was very nice and very informative as I m the typical female who doesn t know anything about this stuff lol also Blas was very helpful and knows his stuff!! Great group of people here.

A bit on the expensive side and I can tell you it's definitely not a 5 minute oil change more like an hour. Staff is okay, not exactly professional as you would think and the service is slow and there's no coordination among the crew. But after an hour wait I paid a lot to get my oil changed and they didn't even offer to reset my oil light.Would rather them a 1 star but at least I got to wait in my car

Everyone is very friendly there, they explain every step they are doing. The manager is great, he chatted with all the customers, asked if they needed anything and the workers had a good relationship with him. Awesome team! I brought my other two vehicles there that same week!

The guys here were great. You can tell that they enjoy their job and they have fun, and can work well together. I was struggling with my oil change due to my car being so low to the ground, but they got it all done quickly for me.

I'll start by saying that it was not professional at all. They did an incomplete job, I asked them to put air in my tires and they didn't do it when I took out the oil filter, they left a lot of oil residue that ended up liquidating in my driveway and I had to check the work they did to see if they had left anything I had a very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend this place at all and I would never take my car again even if they gave me free oil. This 5 minute oil change is located on veteran and cochran in Port Charlotte if you don't want to go through the same thing as me don't go to this place.

Went for oil change Wednesday service was excellent. My second time dealing with Take 5 Oil Change. I'll be back Josh was the manger on duty he gets 5 star rating as well !!

Love going there! Sergio has the best attitude and personality! We ended up getting 2 of our cars done yesterday!
