My daughter ran over a ladder on 75 and they were like Angels. I called and they looked it over to make sure she was safe to continue driving and also let us know what repairs were needed. Just honest, thorough and kind people. I would give Sir Thomas 10 stars if possible! Thank you!

Something seems to go wrong every time I'm traveling. The last time, I had a check engine light come on and it cost me over $400 to replace it. This time, the guys at Sir Thomas explained reasons it might come on, reset it, and told me to call back if it comes on again. Refused to charge me, and were reluctant to take my $20 tip. If I lived in Port Charlotte, they would definitely be my go-to!

Tommy and his crew are great. Very knowledgeable and won't just sell you something if you don't need it. Trustworthy and dependable. Highly recommend.UPDATE: The crew did it again. Was hearing a noise from my vehicle and they went for a test drive for me and figured out what it was. Picked it up later in the day and the noise is gone. i wanted to give a huge thank you to these guys. my grandpa passed away a month ago, and before he passed away, he gifted me his jeep. but unfortunately, my mom didn t think it was safe enough for me to drive since the airbag & seatbelt light came on yesterday, i needed it checked right away, so i contacted them and they made me an emergency appointment. they had the problem fixed in just a few moments, did an oil change, and gave me a 100% safety check. i highly recommend using their service. they were very nice & helpful. they made me feel super comfortable, considering this is my first car

A local dealership was attempting to take advantage of my girlfriend, who is a 10 year customer at their dealership, by suggesting an engine replacement due to sludge buildup. We were referred to Sir Thomas Automotive by a friend and they did an engine flush that is likely to have resolved the issue. This was done for less than the diagnostic workup at the dealership. I highly recommend this business.

This is my second visit to Sir Thomas, the crew is totally customer focused and Ryan does an excellent job in keeping everything moving along! His attention to detail and customer service is number one! I plan on returning again to have other items repaired/ replaced since finding this business! Five Star Service! I never write reviews, but I had to write this one! I would give them more stars if I could. I am so grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic in Port Charlotte, Florida. My ABS light was on, causing me great problems. When I first brought my vehicle into their shop, the owner was hands-on-helping with my vehicle, especially after running a scan on my vehicle that listed so many codes. Instead of writing me up an estimate and charging me for every single sensor, the owner suggested that after clearing out the codes to bring it right back if the ABS light came back on, so he could properly go through the codes. The ABS light came on within one mile of driving away and so I brought it back. They were able to pinpoint what was causing the problem because they took their time and double-checked everything. I only had to replace 2 sensors, instead of 4 sensors, and replace a speed chip as well. I am so grateful to them for taking the time to properly diagnose my vehicle and only charging to fix the problem. I was also able to drop my vehicle off and pick it up at my leisure as they worked around my hectic schedule. Since this repair went so great, I went back home and brought my car right back to them to repair a door lock issue. I was able to get 2 repairs done on 2 different vehicles within a few days. I never have to worry if something is being fixed properly or that I am being told that I need additional repairs done that are not needed. The entire staff was so kind. They are very reasonably priced and made me feel confident in the repairs. I highly recommend Sir Thomas Automotive in Port Charlotte and know now that they are my go-to place for future issues. All of this was due to their extensive knowledge, honesty, integrity and high quality service, as well as their great, affordable pricing. They go out of their way to explain everything to you and are not overly priced. I highly recommend Sir Thomas Automotive to anyone who needs a good mechanic that can repair your vehicles right the first time and is affordable. I would highly recommend Sir Thomas Automotive! I had previously taken my vehicle to a different shop that gave me a diagnosis that didnt make any sense based on the symptoms and the quoted price was really high.Knowing nothing about Sir Thomas Automotive I felt comfortable to give them a try because their google reviews were awesome and they are a family run business. They quickly diagnosed a couple issues and explained everything very well. The diagnosis made a lot of sense and everyone I spoke to seemed very honest and professional. They made it very clear that they value their clients and want to keep them long term. I am very happy I found Sir Thomas Automotive and will recommend them to others. Long story. I searched for a project car with good bones to build the muscle car that I've wanted forever. I found my 55 Chevy, already in respectable shape. I then sought out builders to to finish the job in 1st class order. Even counseled with famous TV show builders. Visited with many in my area who are unqualified. By sheer luck, I found Sir Thomas in my local area. I witnessed builds being performed at true quality levels. My 55 is now underway with this expert team. They have been straightforward, compassionate and deliver. Can't wait to see "Bettie" completed, hopefully by 8/1/22... LS conversion on a fully modern new frame.If you're considering a build that needs real pros, bring it to Tommy.

A quality mechanic who is honest and trustworthy is a hard thing to come by. This is the place! I can count on a fair and honest estimate of work to be done and results that will exceed my expectations every time. Tommy has assembled a top notch crew and I would expect nothing less from him, character always shines through. I wouldn't take my classic muscle car anywhere else. This place seems to have it goin on ! They do a lot of builds , specially ls Builds , old cars, street rods . These guys know there stuff !!! They tuned carb and timing on my nova and it runs great ! Ls swap coming in near future !

They fixed the electric windows and locks on my Jeep perfectly and with a smile. It has been months with no trouble. I will be back for all my automotive needs. I went in there because my brakes were grinding so bad and because of what I heard about how honest they are and the good work they do at a reasonable price. Well what I heard is absolutely correct and I can t say enough of the quality of work they did without over pricing me and the time they spent explaining to me the problem while fixing it . Since my husband died I never felt confident trusting anyone with the repairs on my van, but I no longer feel that way since Tommy & Jimmy have been doing my servicing. I never have to worry if something is being fixed properly or that I'm being told that I need additional repairs done, that are not needed, because they are truly honest, knowledgeable and sincere. I will never be going anywhere else. I never need to worry again.Thank you so much

I have recently brought my vehicle to sir Thomas automotive for my oil change and tire rotation and i was very pleased with my decision. Sir thomas was quick friendly and professional. I always heard about them from 92.9 and will be returning for all work needed to be done on my vehicle. They even gave me a 25 dollar discount for being a first time customer will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!

The level of professional and personal service is beyond compare. Everyone is genuinely pleasant and patient. They will take the time to explain the details to you, especially what your car needs right now, what can wait, and even what it doesn't need. Scheduling and timing is always spot-on with what they tell you. You'll never want to take your car anywhere else.
