Tire dept is terrible. Had tires rotated. When done I had a bad vibration. Went right back into store to have it evaluated. Clerk took it for a ride and said it was not the tires. Went to a mechanic. He showed me where the tires were bad. Cost me $130.00 because sam's club tire dept has no clue. Good thing Costco is coming soon.

What wonderful service I received at the tire department. In particular I wish to commend Sandy! She went out of her way to assist me. The tire with a nail had to be replaced. Unfortunately not in stock. They had it the next day and called me immediately. Asked me to come right in. Changed the tire, checked all my other ones, checked the pressure on all four and let me know what they did.Sandy even went out in the hot Sun to look at the tire and help me review paperwork!It s because of this excellent service that I will continue to shop at Sam s and recommend them to others!

Ran into an older gentleman having tire issues. He said he knew someone who worked at sams that would put some air in his spare for him so I drove him there with the tire. As soon as we got there someone approached him asking if he needed help. It was a younger guy with dark long hair, never caught the name but dude was incredibly rude to the older gentleman and me. He began shouting that he couldn t touch the tire because if it blew up he/sams would be sued. I understand this because I work in the industry and it can be risky helping people, but the guy just went about it all wrong and began shouting at me saying you can roll your eyes and get an attitude all you want I don t care . Guy just got extremely nasty for only asking him for air lmao. If he s willing to treat elderly customers/members like that then that s a bad look on sams club. Older gentleman s friend later came out and gave him some air which was incredibly kind. Just a shame about the service he was met with at first.

My truck battery died late on a Sunday afternoon and they got me in right away when no one else in town could. When I got there, John got me checked in and then replaced my battery himself and he was super fast! Got me in and out within 15-20mins tops. If you re reading this, thanks John! I appreciate you!Also the battery only cost $129. That s a hell of a lot better than the $300 I paid at the dealership last time I replaced my battery.Would 100% recommend Sam s Club s Auto Center.

I purchased batteries for my pick up. Clive was rude on top of refusing to installing the batteries. I never had a problem with Sams before in other states. I've purchased tires and batteries and never had this issue.I will no longer use Port Charlotte's Sams club.

Good workmanship. They all need to tighten up on bedside manners. We know you're busy and short-handed. You need to start answering the phones and treat every person respectfully. Kick the nasty remarks and really try and understand that EVERYONE has problems. This goes for the top down. Thanks for your service.

was there 3 and a half hours waiting for a flat repair and told it might be another 2 hours. makes a total of 5 hours to wait on a flat fix. is that the best you can do Sams
