Went in to just get a new battery, in and out, not really, I was asked I'd I was going to wait, I said yes by the time they bring out the new battery I'll have this one out and ready for the new one, they said it would be an hour and a half wait, they said I'd have to wait for everyone in line first. So I went inside to the back service and sales area, got a battery, and replaced it myself ,then I had to wiggle my vehicle out of the line, you would think for a 160 dollar battery and 10 minutes of work they might have someone that could have done this, also next time I go in for a checkup, soon, I am going to have to replace the auto speed controll panel again, 3rd time I had to replace this they keep desinergrading for some reason and it's not parked in the sun ,always in the shade and if not I use a windshield visor.

Competitive pricing, friendly staff with good service, the only downside is how busy they get which leads to very long wait times. Otherwise recommended

First time this quick lane by far one of the worst I've been to they spilled oil all over the side of my motor still dripping when I got home I was told they could only rotate one side of my tires due to the lugs being too tight the side that they did rotate was opposite what they put on the paperwork the tec did not relearn the tpms so on my way home to finish rotating the tires in my driveway my tire light came on because of now being in the wrong location on the truck keep in mind I was successful with zero issues on finishing what they couldn't in my driveway with tire rotation and relearning the tpms in there correct location please take your vehicle somewhere else to a professional mechanic and save yourself the headache wish I could leave zero starsServices: Tires, Oil change

Kudos to the great folks at Charlotte County Ford in Port Charlotte, Florida. While the area is still cleaning up after Hurricane Ian (and will be for months to come), the great folks at Charlotte County Ford are back to work and doing a terrific job of caring for their many customers despite the destruction all around them. We were a little dubious about going here for an oil change because you don t make appointments & we didn t want to wait forever. So I called & was told the best times to come & t try calling before coming to see how busy they were.We were taken right in & they immediately got to work much quicker than done places where you have an appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I went there to make an appointment but they were able to take care of my car right then, which I really appreciated. I trust the service department personnel to look out for the safety of myself and family by keeping my car in great condition.

I called asked to make an appointment because I have to wait with my car and was told to come in at 7am they will get me in it's 1pm and I'm still waiting

Get my oil changed and truck checkup done on schedule. They are always thorough and polite. Get their in AM for coffee and doughnuts.

I did call for a part part department say is going to be ready I arrive after 45 minutes part not ready Port department does not have any order His excuse that s the guy took your order went home that s bad business I have to wait another 20 minutes for him to go get the part

What can I say I took my Nissan to Ford all they really want to work on his Ford products it was my mistake I'm sure they do do well on Ford products not so well on Nissan products
