Friendly and knowledgeable service with great products.I was looking to replace the battery for my truck that I had bought up North, and they suggested to get a battery with less cold cranking amps (CCA). Saved me from spending unnecessary money while still getting a great battery.When the time comes when I need to get another battery, I will go here to spend my money.

Deka Batteries were recommended by my Marine Engineer for their heavier plates. QS&A made sure the batteries I've ordered for my boat and my car were the correct size. There is lots of bad info/multiple options on the Internet as manufactures change sizes based on availability and demand during production runs. One needs to make sure the size and capacity is correct. These guys know their stuff and will guide you to the correct choice.

They were quick to check my starter and unfortunately it was bad. Used them also to check out an alternator. They are always very helpful and offer a lot of advice. Rebuilding a device is sometimes an option but more often than not, their replacements are cheaper and they will give you an honest assessment, you can't beat their advice and knowledge.

Had my alternator on my Nordic Tug s Cummins 6BTA 5.9 diesel stop charging. Took it in to Butch and he tested it right then and there. Confirmed unit not charging. Left it for repair and went home to have lunch. Butch called and told me unit was fixed and ready to be picked up. Broken brush wire and rusted regulator terminals. $70. Reminded me of neighborhood service centers back in the 1970 s that provided excellent service at reasonable prices. So glad I found them. If you need service on a starter or Alternator or want a great deal on a quality battery go see these guys. They are great.
