Well I've finally gathered the courage to review my business with them and its gonna be long.. They totally ripped me off with this death trap of a car they sold me. I've only had this 2002 Ford Focus for 3 MONTHS now. So far, I was told everything on the car was fine except the strut mount needing replacing. It was an audible nosie. They wanted to charge me for a problem that was already there. I took care of it myself. $55. There's still another grinding noise when I turn though. Second, I've had to replace a wheel because to my surprise, one week after having it, my tire goes flat. Took it to the shop. The rim was bent on the inside and they tried to put a bigger tire on it and seal it with tire sealant instead of replacing the wheel. I found a wheel for $40. Then I was very surprised to find out, the hard way, my car key does not unlock my door! Now why would it work for the ignition and the hatch but not the door? The only logical conclusion is that the door was replaced and the tumbler wasn't. I was in tears because I had to crawl through the hatch while the alarm was going off and the anti theft wouldn't allow me to start my car. This was late at night after work. Next, I almost broke down in the middle of an intersection on a highway and limped it to the auto parts store. There was a hole in the plastic coolant reservoir and they tried to PATCH it. I replaced it for $30 on the spot. And finally.. Now I have a check engine light on for my idling. My idle is all over the place due to the fact the original screw in the throttle body is gone and some random screw was put in place of it and was adjusted to seem fine, except now its not. Now I can barely run errands without my car trying to stall because it idles so low it cuts off. Now I have to replace the throttle body which isn't cheap. I have a theory that it was involved in an accident and was not disclosed but I will never know. There was no accident report that I could find. I am beyond shocked that they would let this thing leave the lot, let alone let someone drive on the interstate with it. Now I live 2 hours away and cannot even get back down there to do anything about it. So thank you for ripping me off. I've learned a lesson. Not to trust this shop.

Have been going there for a few years they are great reasonable and quite fast with in and out great local shop
