I was in a car accident right at the intersection by Petrillo s Auto Repair today and got a flat tire. They changed my tire and were very helpful in a stressful situation. These guys are a rare find in today s world and I would trust them 100% with fixing my car. I ll be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks for helping me out today!

WOW!! This pretty much sums it up!! I was having starter issues & after working for almost 13 hrs, my vehicle would not start. I had to be towed off my employer's lot & was just going to have him drop it off at my home until I could figure out where I wanted to have my vehicle fixed. The tow truck driver suggested Petrillo's Auto Repair & I had actually written down their information as a possible consideration. He told me how their like a mom n pop business, which I love, & said if they're not busy, could even possibly be done with it the same day! So, I made the decision to drop off my vehicle there and before 5pm I received the GREAT news that my vehicle was ready to pick up!! The price was VERY REASONABLE, especially for same day service, & I was paid over-the-phone. A huge weight has been lifted & I will definitely keep using Petrillo's Auto Repair as my mechanic!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I live not even a mile from them and they are always shaking and moving over there getting peoples cars in fixed and sent back. After seeing all these reviews I'm definitely going to go talk with them. I was assuming cause of them being their own place not a franchise, their overhead was prolly high which means higher prices. To be honest id paybthe price just to have a solid mechanic that don't lie and try and upset you on stuff you dont need... Your word and honestly is everything!!!

I was looking for a good mechanic. I found out my last one was taking advantage of me. I'm a widow and don't know what a coil even is. But they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary work. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. And even checked out a consern I had a couple days later for free. It's nice to have a good honest mechanic.Service: Engine repair

I need my spark plugs and brakes replaced, an oil change, and just so happened to leave my new wiper blades in the car. They did a fast and great job replacing everything and even installed my wiper blades for me! The prices were extremely fair and communication was simple and clear. Will go to them for all future work needed on my car.

Quality of work top notch. Up front with you on costs. They complete the work on a timely manner. They don't take short cuts. They assist in advising practicle alternatives for the money. Ethical and honest in their business practice. I have been very satisfied with the work they have done for me. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for many years now. I Completely Trust the Mechanics that work here.If something is not broken..... They won't rip you off & tell you it is. If you just want information the Knowledgeable staff is very friendly & will answer all of your questions.You can bring your Vehicle of any size here for all of your Maintenance / Mechanical needs.

Paid to have Transmission oil and filter changed and replace thermostat now five months later needs new thermostat. Mechanic claims this was original one. I now wonder if I have a new Trans filter. Will never go back here.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Great service. In and out fast. Honest father son shop. They fixed my AC and 8 months later one of the aftermarket parts failed. I went back to them and no questions asked they changed out the part no charge. Not to many Shops honor warranties anymore.

At Petrillo's it's easy to have a relationship with a mechanic who knows your car and gives you great service at a fair price. No big box store to pick your service from a menu here. They specialize in friendly professional service.

So, I got my car towed there and they did a alternator job for me. They told me it was 200 dollars for the alternator and 200 dollars for the labor ( I have the whole thing recorded) and then the bill came out to be 510 dollars. For one where did the other hundred come from? Why did they charge me 510 if they told me 200 for parts and 200 for labor. And second I then looked up alternator prices and found out for a 2001 ford taurus that alternators raged from 66 to 95 dollars. I have to tell my son that Santa got covid this year and wasn't able to do much. ..which I though okay I have to fix my car...only to find out I was charged 300 dollars more then anyone in the world would charge. I can't believe there are even people in this world like this. DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !! My dad has been coming here religiously and after looking at my car and looking at my bill ...again..I'll take the blame for being so stupid, but nobody should be allowed to over charge the way they did.

Had my conversion van tuned up. It runs so much nicer now. The mechanic was super nice and very accommodating. Now my van doesn't sound like it's having a hard time.

Had brakes replaced on our 2016 Subaru Outback. AL the owner replaced the rotor and pads and brakes smooth.Good job.

We have had a few of our trucks go in for repair. Always fast service, reasonable pricing and no issues after the repair. They have been in business along time, that speaks for itself.

God knows that I've used mechanics and by far Petrillo's is the most honest out of the lot. I can't say how comforted I am to bring my automobile to them I can't say enough.
