I have been bringing my cars to them since I had my first car and my father also sent all his vehicles to this center to MR ORTEGA. They are family owned and do a great job with pricing and working with families as well as very honest people. The turn around time is great and the work they do excels my expectations. I m definitely going to always be back

I took my 2012 Camaro to Tito with some damage to the front fascia. We ended up replacing the fascia. My car is a dark gray with lots of metallic in the paint. Tito did a fantastic job of matching the new paint to the rest of the car. Very friendly people !!!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I m so pleased that I read other reviews and selected Electro Bake Auto for my hurricane Ian repairs. When the car rental company neglected to meet me at Electro Bake, an associate at Electro Bake drove me to my rental. Throughout the repair process, they maintained clear communication, and when I picked up my vehicle, repairs were completed beyond my expectation. My car looks better than before the hurricane. The staff is all very thorough and friendly and I d send my friends there with confidence that they d be well cared for. My sincere gratitude for a job exceptionally done. I had the Roof Only of my Nissan Rogue painted. Ortega Electro Bake did aWonderful Job. It was unusual as I had decided to have Roof painted a Different ColorFrom rest of the Carl. Great customer service and respect for the customer. They will listen to what u want looked at or repaired. They do great repairs. Handle your vehicle with care . Only shop in my area with a frame machine to check if frame is damaged.

I took in my 2020 Mustang, Twister Orange, to see if they could do a spot repair . I had a spot about the size of a silver dollar to be painted. Other paint shops wanted to fully paint the front fender and bumper. This seemed ridiculous to me for a spot so small. Bayardo is an artist and takes pride in a job well done. This is my new go to place for expert paint repair.Service: Painting

I dropped off a 1994 Ford Probe GT after a front end collision. I was able to source the parts and do some of the prep work to body panels, but that was the end of my involvement and let me tell you they did an excellent job with the rest. They were able to accommodate me and work with me on my budget, which helped a great deal. The staff was all very friendly and any concerns I had I was able to voice without hesitation. Bayardo and Jorge Ortega, who run this location, are both stand-up guys that kept me posted throughout the process. I was able to discuss what I wanted to do with the painter and body man along with Bayardo throughout the entire repair. I'd like to add that I paid for this work out of pocket (No collision coverage on my insurance) and the price was very fair. The turn around time was great (This car needed a fair amount of work and sourcing parts/junkyard trips took time on my part, as well.) I will be returning in the future for any paint work I need done in addition to referring any friends or family to this location, without a doubt. In today's day and age, a five-star rating may be rare, but rest assured, these guys deserve it. Thanks again!

Very unhappy with my experience with the shop. I got my truck back after they did some metal work and rust replacement above the windshield. After getting the truck back I noticed there was paint stains on the back seat of the truck. This is a rare 7.3 liter Ford F-250. I called the shop and they denied anything with that. There was no stains when I brought the truck to the shop so clearly they were liable. Then on top of that the metal replacement is shoddy work. You can see waves in the metal, and that is if they even replaced the metal. It appears they just patched it. I would never recommend taking a vehicle to this shop.

I think there the best shop around there down to earth with great people skills communicating and connecting with me personally and connecting with people is part of the experience of purchasing anything .I think it should be anyway and that is what this was for me .I love the shop it s simple no struggle no headache they communicate with you perfectly .updates on your car or your vehicle whatever it may be there restoring or fixing/painting they do it right . check em out they re great at everything in the auto body business I wnted to actually watch them wrk for awhile it s amazing the skill these men and woman posses.thank you again Ortega and Ortega s auto body staff .
