I been a loyal O'Reilly customer for long time and employees always treat me very well, but in this case this new store at peachland Blvd. They sold me a 5Qt. Used oil, I understand that we are all humans and make mistakes, thinking about they placed a recyclable 5QTs. Oil by mistake on the racks. Went back at the store and explain the situation, it was about 6:48pm just me and wife were the only customer at that time, he just started cursing words with one of his employees on the back, then refund my money and told me (NEXT TIME GO TO AUTO ZONE) he kick us out of the store, slam the door and lock it when they supposed to close at 9:00pm. By the way his name is kenny.

We were very pleased with the service that we received. We weren t sure if we were going to need a new battery or if it was the alternator. The assistant manager Jason helped by diagnosing it and we got a replacement battery and we re in and out within 30 minutes. We will definitely go back there again.

Went to the store in Peachland, Port Charlotte asking for a hose from the power steering to the engine and they treat us so bad. It looks like they didn't want to help us. The girl in the computer heard my husband speaking Spanish to his mechanic and she started to translate on her cellphone. We got so mad that we left the store. What the heck, we were speaking very well English. I speak both language very well. I was born in this country. My father, my father in law and my grandfather went to the service for this country.

An associate at this o Reilly did not seem to be interested in my problem , he hooked up his tester to my battery ,and said the alternator and battery were good.Today I needed a jump again ,and brought my car to a shop, they replaced the battery as it had a bad cell. Cost me more to replace it that way of course.

Terrible customer service from employees. Entered the store, walked around lost for a good 10 mins. Stood at counter for another five mins. The three employees were talking to one another and on the phone and never even acknowledged my presence. Last time I was there a man high as a kite was nearly naked out front

The manager at this particular store should be fired! I've been doing business with O'Reilly's for years! Never again! And I will be taking my fleet business elsewhere! Never again will I go to O'Reilly's!!!
