Just purchased a new Honda from here last weekend! Good overall experience at the dealership with no complaints or needless headaches. The facility is clean and presents nicely. The staff were professional and made sure I was being taken care of. My salesperson, Jayce, was fantastic to deal with. He was polite, responsive, and listened when communicating. Another salesperson, Tom, also assisted during the vehicle delivery due to a scheduling conflict I had. He was great too. Nice to see good teamwork!

I recently had an unexpectedly positive experience with Norm Reeves Honda in Port Charlotte, Florida, and I can't express my gratitude enough. My 2018 Honda Clarity decided to call it quits on me during my drive to Cape Coral for a vacation. It was nighttime, and I found myself stranded with a powerless vehicle. Thankfully, I made the decision to tow it to Norm Reeves Honda and leave the keys in the drop box, hoping for the best.The next morning, I anxiously called them, unsure if I'd even be able to secure an appointment. To my relief, John, a service manager, answered and immediately reassured me that they would do everything possible to accommodate me. The prospect of possibly getting my car back later that day filled me with hope. However, it turned out that the part needed for the repair had to be sourced, which meant it would likely take until the following day.Throughout this process, Andrew, a service consultant, became my point of contact. I must have spoken to him no less than 4 or 5 times, and each interaction left me impressed by his professionalism and understanding. Despite the setbacks, Andrew and the team at Norm Reeves Honda kept me informed every step of the way.True to their word, the next morning, I received a call informing me that my car would indeed be ready by the afternoon. I couldn't believe how quickly they managed to turn things around. Within just two days, I had my vehicle back in working order, thanks to the dedication and efficiency of the staff.What could have been a vacation disaster turned into a minor inconvenience, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Norm Reeves Honda. I am immensely grateful to Andrew, John, and the entire team for their assistance and for making my vacation experience so much smoother. Thank you once again for going above and beyond to help me out.

I had been looking for an HR-V for over a month, and from the beginning, Tony Bone was great! I live about 2.5 hours from Port Charlotte, but made the drive because of the customer service and transparency throughout the process. I ended up signing all the paperwork with Courteney, who was also kind and happy to answer any questions I had. Norm Reeves Honda made the car buying process straightforward and as easy as possible. I've already started to recommend them to friends and family.

Had a GREAT experience with port Charlotte Honda and VW. We had sales man Max and he was great to us. A few others we came in contact with while there were great as well, Ethan, and Thomas Sirmons. All three went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back when it s time for another vehicle. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. The staff was very caring and friendly. Purchasing a new vehicle can be scary sometimes but this place went above and beyond. Thank you again!

I just drove home my new 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport L after the most amazing customer experience I've ever had buying a vehicle in 40 years - I'm still pumped. I've always dreaded buying a new car; always feeling that I had been taken advantage of, somehow. Not here. No high pressure, no games. Marquis Taylor, my Sales & Leasing Consultant, respected me, the customer, and displayed a consummate professionalism that was lacking at the other dealerships I visited in Sarasota county. I was treated similarly by Ethan Godwin, Finance Manager. I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars for a rating. If you are looking for a new Honda, don't waste your time going anywhere but Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Port Charlotte. I'm certain that you will have as great a customer experience as I had.

Marquis Taylor helped my dad and I when we were looking to buy a new Honda Odyssey. It took several visits and a lot of decision making, but Marquis was patient and super helpful, answering all our questions and helping us decide on the kind of Odyssey that would be best for us (and the family dog!). He even stayed late while we finalized the purchase, and made it easy for us to keep our old car when we changed our minds about trading it in. 10/10 guy and salesman, had a blast talking and working with him. Most importantly, the dog loved him too!

Great experience purchasing new vehicle. Clean modern facilty. Many vehicles to choose from. No pressure and professional staff. Received what I considered very far trade-in on my car. Glad I drove the 30 plus miles to come here. Will also come here for service. Highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda Superstore!

We recently purchased a 21 Honda CRV hybrid touring. Looked ALL OVER for very specific color & trim etc. Finally found it at Norm Reeves. Kesler was our dealer. He was great! Super helpful during the test drive and entire process.He showed us how everything worked plus all new features. The staff was very helpful and kind as well. Happy with our trade in value and the paper work process at the end didn't seem too bad. Overall we did lots of searching and are 100% satisfied w the car, Kesler, Herland and @norm reeves honda port charlotte.

Never have I seen such unprofessional behavior by a supposed manager in Juan Olivo. The sales person Taylor was polite and helpful, he apologized for the behavior of his manager. When I explained to Juan that no one was going to loud, rude, and condescending to my mother, we were leaving. As I was headed towards the exit he began trash-talking and screaming. I thought of the wonderful display of his management skills for his employees. Managers represent the organization, I cannot fathom how he was hired for that position. I had heard great things about Norm Reeves dealerships, that has changed after I met Juan.

Purchased my 2021 CRV right before Christmas and Marquis Taylor was my salesman. He was new at the job and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was great to deal with and I did not feel pressured in making this purchase. The price was very fair.The only moment that got a bit awkward was with the finance manager. I declined any extended warranty which was not initially accepted. He decided to press forward with a different tactic, but I wasn't interested and he finally accepted that answer.One thing I'd like to point out is they don't have a bunch of garbage fees at this dealership and are very upfront about it. One dealer fee, taxes and licensing. That's it! The same cannot be said for many other dealerships in SW Florida.If and/or when I decide to get a new vehicle, I will return to this dealership and work with Marquis again!

I purchased a vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda. I was very pleased with the whole experience. They gave me an up front price over the phone so I didn t waist a trip and they where the best price out of four dealerships. Salesman Randy, Manager Max and Finance Ethan all made the deal seamless.I definitely recommend.

I worked with Tony Bone back in September 2023 when my 2019 lease expired. I had a bad experience at the Fort Myers and Bonita Springs Honda, however that changed working with Tony. Six months later, I was t-boned and my 2023 Accord was totaled with only 3,600 miles. I called Norm Reeves and asked for Tony, who immediately asked if he could check on a few things, called me back, and with all the worry and emotions, just simply asked what color I would like. It was the first altering good news that I had since the accident. I cannot appreciate him enough for making my terrible situation turn into a great one. Norm Reeves is lucky to have him as an employee! Thank you, Customer for life thanks to Tony and Norm Reeves

A little over a week ago, my daughter purchased her first new car. Michael Angelini was her salesman and he was amazing!!! She had to have red, so we did look at other dealerships as well trying to find her dream Civic. Michael was even able to price match another dealer that was a little further away but would be getting the car around the same time. We went & put a deposit down and Michael kept us well informed while we waited for the car. The man in F&I was a bit pushy & didn't seem to want to take no for an answer but because of how great Michael was I will not remove any stars for the F&I guy.

Everything about this dealership was amazing and top notch!! I really can t say enough kind words and my appreciation to the staff for helping us find the perfect first car for our new driver son. All staff was courteous, respectful and friendly. They were so busy and treated us like we were the only people there, really went above and beyond. Valerie was our sales person and she was an absolute pleasure to work with, very personable, friendly and a genuine person, zero pressure at all. I ve never seen anyone hussle quite like her, she was running around working with numerous customers and she did it with such ease and with a smile on her face the whole time. It was like we weren t even working with a sales person, she treated us like a friend or family and we really enjoyed working with her! Edwin in finance was amazing, he listened and truly cares about his customers and very compassionate. Again, felt like he treated us like a friend or family. He helped us get into the car my son really wanted and made it a seamless transaction and a payment we could work with, he really went above and beyond anything we could ve imagined and we are very grateful for his help. We also worked with Courtney in finance and he explained everything thoroughly, was very personable, quick and efficient , easiest and no hassle car buying experience I ve ever had! I highly recommend this dealership, every single person we worked with was super friendly, knowledgeable and even with the longer then usual wait times, we didn t mind at all because of how pleasant the whole environment and staff were and they kept us updated the whole time. Thank you again to everyone we worked with!! My son loves his new car and we are very happy with everything! We will be back in the future for sure!!

Norm Reeves Honda is really the place to go if you need maintenance. This place is easy in and easy out. The support staff are all AWESOME and professional and friendly! And one of the BEST PARTS is that they are surprisingly reasonable regarding their prices. I was very pleasantly delighted in that! Check them out!

Bought a car back in August and the sales process was very smooth and they made sure I loved the car before they would even talk numbers. Any and all questions they answered with no problem at all. Michael will do what is needed to get you into the vehicle you want. Unfortunately, my car was totaled not long after the purchase and Ethan has been very helpful with the GAP process, he s gotten me any documents I needed for the claim and he also made it a breeze to get my powertrain warranty cancelled and is putting a rush order on it to get it dealt with faster. I appreciate all that they have done for me. Will recommend them to family and friends. Look forward to purchasing another car here if they have one I like by the time this whole GAP process claim is finished. Thanks again!

The brand Honda speaks for it self, however Dee our sales representative assisted me through an automotive investment. She had a vast knowledge of the products knowing all specs and specifications geared to sell me. Dee made this experience easy and painless, from my initial experience of a great handshake walking in to the final handshake upon purchase. If you are going to buy through anyone there I highly recommend Dee.

Sales guy, Chris I believe, was very personable. The guy at the desk tried to play too many games and wouldn't honor their deal listed on their website. i drove 45 minutes to see them. I would say don't bother going there, go to the Honda of Fort Myers or the Coconut Point Honda for a more professional service.

We have 3 vehicles serviced at Honda, they are either slow, don't order parts, and every time you bring your car back they find even more work. Had the car in the shop for a battery, sold me a battery and brakes, got the car back 3 days later needed an oil change, where's the mutli point inspection? Can find 1200$ worth of brakes but can't find an oil change? Bring it back for the oil change and now need tires but not mentioned 3 days prior, go get tires somewhere else and now 10 days later I have headlights out may seem simple but two weeks and 4 problems later, not too mention my pilot tailgate broke, took about a month of me calling and showing up for the part to actually be ordered, and let's talk about my last car, a Camry last time I took it there, 5k worth of work, second opinion, haven't put a dime in, 8k miles later and still haven't put a dime into it. These people care about lining THEIR pockets, not your safety, and if I could convince my mother to bring her vehicles elsewhere and not be stubborn I would. It's ridiculous time is money, and Honda wants both.

The sales experience was unlike any other I've experienced the past. Going in and anticipating Long days of negotiations is not peasant, but it was nothing of the sort. Jayce Oliver came through and we were able to come to an agreement over a few messages and the deal was done.Great experience all around, but my experience with Jayce was second to none.Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
