We took my Mom's car to the Honda dealer specifically because the TPMS light wouldn't shut off, and her regular place couldn't reset it, so we also got an oil change and got the car serviced. Halfway through explaining what we needed to one service rep, another one took over. We assumed the first guy took all our notes so we didn't need to re-describe everything again. Apparently that was a mistake.After waiting for 3 hours of what should've been two hours of work, we got in the car only to discover the TPMS light was still on, and the 2nd service rep had never mentioned it while we were checking out. We asked him about it, and he told us we never said anything to him about it (this was the 2nd rep). The first rep had told us it would be $160 to run a diagnostic of the TPMS system, then at the end 2nd guy said it would've been free, so we still have no clue what, if anything, was done to address our primary reason for taking the car there. Suffice it to say we were both so frustrated by this point we didn't stick around and have them do it. I can assure you, we will NEVER go back there again. Worst auto shop experience ever!!!

I've been going there for well over 15 years and continue to go back. It's the only place that has ever put a wrench on my Honda Odyssey. They do great work and have a clean and friendly atmosphere and waiting room. The service people always keep you updated and informed about the progress of your service. Great place

I ended up with a flat tire around 415pm. Tyler was able to help me find the best match and the service department had me up and running shortly after 5. I am very happy with how kind and courteous they were. Thank you guys for staying a little after to get me up and running!

This was my first time there. Right away, they let me know what was going to happen and they put my mind at ease. Very professional. Very straightforward and friendly. During the process they sent me email, letting me know the progress that was being made. I will certainly use their service again. It was delightful! Check them out!

Always treated fairly and with respect. Dropped my car off the day before a mid morning appointment the next day. Car was ready actually an hour before the scheduled appointment.

I have no relatives or close friends that work for Norm Reeves Honda in Port Charlotte FL. I have used many many service debts. In my life, but I have never had a problem with or been unhappy with them. We have dealt with them for many years, buying new and used cars from them. There are no negatives with Norm Reeves Honda.

I have to take my car there nine times and they still didn't fix my problem. ended up all that was needed was a simple wire patch that I completed myself with some electrical tape
