The manager Chandler was so kind and helpful. They got my cars tires changed and rotated as well as changed my pads and rotors in just under an hour as I was in a huge rush to get to work.They have outstanding customer service, and very knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend!!

Brought my car in for a battery test and a nail in my tire. Dealt with Dave, who was exceptional. He told me what my vehicle needed, and service was prompt. I was in the garage and finished quickly. Dave spent extra time explaining what was wrong with my car. Would highly recommend and thanks Dave!!!!

Honest, quick, cheap and reliable. Got an alignment done and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Noticed an issue with a sensor, went back, and they solved the problem same day without an issue or question. Would recommend!

One of the managers named Josh helped me find the best tires for my car and Luke did my tires very quickly. Very satisfied with the work and how fast they were to get my car done.Will be back! Thanks guys

Everyone was kind, and Professional. I had the chance to talk w another customer who was waiting on his truck to get repaired. He had a lot of great things to say about "this store", he specifically said he was pleased he went to this shop rather than going to the other one (that is right close). Honest and fair business. I would definitely recommend.

I was greeted immediately by the Service Advisor, who gave me a time frame for the work. No long wait. Fair pricing, I was informed of total invoice prior to service commencing. Waiting area was clean & in good order.

Came in to get my tires rotated. The staff is efficient and friendly! Had a chance to talk with the manager Chandler and he was so kind and helpful with my questions. I'd never been to this location before but I will be back! Thanks again Chandler!

So the employees of Mavis Tire in Port Charlotte Fl are absolutely amazing from the front office chic Sarah to the mechanic Zach and last but not least their manager Chandler.I was traveling thru town when I had a blow out thank God it was right down the road from Mavis . They helped me get my car to the shop without ruining my rim & at no extra cost. They are Just genuine people who are willing to help you out & not rip you off. Thanks to them I was back on the road and headed to the University Mall in Bradenton to do what I do best SHOP!!! Thanks again for all your help I will be bk .

I had made a last minute appt today for my tire and when I got there, the work crew was absolutely awesome. They went above and beyond to solve the problem. It wasn t a nail or anything in my tire, but it turned out to be the rim. They took care of it promptly and I was treated like a guest instead of a customer. They will have my business NO DOUBT!!!!! Thank you for the great customer service !!!!!

I was in a pinch and Mavis tire was able to get me in right away. Very happy with the tire installation and my car drives beautifully. Next time I need tires or an alignment Mavis is where I'll be going.

My husband had a flat tire and had to have it towed to the shop. Called the next day and spoke with Chandler. He was so helpful and got the tire fixed and didn't even charge him! So happy with the service at Mavis !!!

I went to fix my tire and the guy in the front Alex he was a wonderful guy. Good customer service always smiling. Explain everything to me what was wrong and what tire to buy I will recommend my friends to go over there because he does a good customer service.

Wife speaking- The best advice I can give for this particular location- is to stay away- I asked them REPEATEDLY to just put my car down and I d deal with the alignment later.. they told me no- took a torch to my car without asking bc something was welded on then proceeded to do front alignment after telling me they couldn t do the back. Makes no sense to do front of your can t do the back. I had to call my husband in from work bc they were trying to just get more money out of me.. I refused to pay for the halfassed alignment. They then tried to add more parts that I didn t ask for.. after I called the manager or receptionist or whatever he is out he got really angry and said FINE We can take the alignment off have a great day in a REALLY nasty tone and then walked away..Needless to say- I m waiting o a call back from corporate- I ve already farewarned them that if they screwed my car up I will sue..Never had to have my car in the shop prior so I pray to god this is not the case.

I came in with a flat tire caused by a nail without an appointment on a Monday afternoon. Chandler and Lorelei greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told them the issue and they came out and looked at my car right away. Within 10 minutes my car was in the service bay and I was back on the road in under an hour. Highly recommend

Tire Kingdom is now Mavis Tires & brakes. Same excellent service. I scheduled an appointment to fix a leak in my tire. I purchased my tires from Tire Kingdom & my tire was repaired at no charge. You guys made my day. I definitely recommend Mavis tires & brakes. Thank you

Fire technicians at Mavis tires and brakes were phenomenal. I was told across the street. They were too busy At tires plus the technicians and service reps at mavis are superior and great prices

Mavis Tire should not be a business. They almost killed my sister in law back in New York not tightening her lugs properly so she lost a tire on the highway at 50+. Had some rookie work on my truck snapped 2 lugs then they tried to bill me to fix it. Mavis is a horrible company that bases their business off horrendous practices/policies to cover their own hides for when things go wrong and they will hire ANYBODY to work. Mavis needs to be shut down before they cost someone their life.

Bunch of idiots working in this place, came in less than two months ago for tires and they broke my tpms in my tire and then fixed it , then after I left both of my front tires stopped reading. Then a tire blows out on the highway on a (STILL NEW) tire . Then they tell us it s $180 to fix, then miraculously turns to almost $100 when spoken to by a family member of mine. Then they want to sit in the garage and rev the car and laugh until they notice they re being watched. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from them every single time I ve gone in there, complaining at the front desk over being at work and so forth. I ve even witnessed several other people have issues while I was sitting waiting for MY car to be done . Which took several hours and all I needed was a singe tire. Prices are cheaper but in the long run you re better off going literally anywhere else. Won t come back unless I m desperate

I took my jeep there to get fixed yesterday they patched a hole in my tire and then this morning it went from 35 psi all the way down to 13 psi I called Mavis and spoke to Chandler to have them fix it to help make it right and they refused to touch it again, saying that I may have just ran over another nail and there was no way for them to tell and they wanted me to wait over a hours to have them look at it instead of just putting my spare tire on and keeping it for the day he said that the jack was tied up. What kind of repair shop doesn t have more than one jack will not be going back. The jeep dealer told me that should ve never been patched. And was way too close to the sidewall and that it was actually dangerous that they did it that close to the sidewall
