Vy and the rest of the staff are very friendly when checking in my car. I have not had one bad experience with any of the ladies or gentlemen checking in or out. Vy was very personable and listened, great personality. Oil changes are always done within quoted time and I like that they send video to show what they are doing and looking at while doing the inspection of my car.

Finally got a new owner, and I believe that will solve a lot of the problems that the dealership had. The people are absolutely fantastic, and the service department does an excellent job. Their accommodations for customers have been sparse since the previous owner. I'm sure that will improve!

Very responsive to my needs. My check engine was on and they took me as soon as I arrived. I had a short wait. While I was there, they completed a recall and washed my car. Couldn't be happier.
