JSN did an awesome job for my new tires and balancing of them. I originally took it to Firestone who did awfully job and did not seem to care about the service they provided. Again JSN was awesome and they will be doing my brakes and rotors here soon.

For sure more stars are needed to properly write a review. JSN and all staff (Joe S.) by far are the best when it comes to auto repair, honesty and customer satisfaction.I feel safe taking my vehicles to them as I know the repairs are solid, pricing is fair, accurate, clear and work is done in a timely manner. David was so polite and quickly found the leak in my tire. He plugged it and filled it with air in less than 15 minutes! I will definitely be back for my next oil change. What great customer service, thank you David.

Both service managers, Brandy and Joe, helped me diagnose a vital problem with my car.We discussed it and they were extremely helpful with advice that worked out far better. Thank you guys so much for your time and flexibility.I would highly recommend this shop for your repairs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also seem to really care about their customers.I'd also like to thank Spencer for doing a great job diagnosing the issue and working very quickly on the repairs.Thank you guys again!

Brandy and her crew went above and beyond for me to get my tire insurance to cover a new tire that was needed. Service was quick and I cant thank them enough for that! It s hard to find quality workers these days like this. We will be back if needed for more auto care. Thank you team!

I have a 2017 KIA Soul and it is exactly the car I need. Purchased used from a local Kia dealer, it gets great gas mileage, perfect for my camera gear and I travel thousands of miles a month covering events in Charlotte County. When the engine light came on at 91,000 and the engine chugged along - I immediately stopped in JSN Auto Repair and made an appointment, Two days later, I stopped in about 15 minutes before my appointment, checked in and left my car for service. The shop was packed, but within a few minutes, I noticed my car was in line at bay. About 15 minutes I received a call from the Service Advisor and using their "complimentary no charge - no wrench" estimate - I was informed I needed a new spark plugs, new coils and several other upgrades. He sent me, via text app, a breakdown of services and costs and I had the opportunity to check off what I needed; a short explanation and cost was featured. In a couple of hours, I received a call and it was fixed and now runs like it was brand-new. I hope to keep it another 100,000 miles.JSN Auto Repair shops are located throughout SW FL and for me, I travel with peace of mind.

I normally do my own maintainance and repairs, but l had to get someone else due to impaired health.I'm completely satisfied with JSN with the service they provided. Theyre knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.i was limited to what i was able to do so they worked with me to prioritize what i could afford at the time while keeping safety in the forefront.So requesting duct tape on your rear axle will only get you the laughs intended.They were also very friendly to my dog.Good place, good people, good service.

I am new to the Port Charlotte area. I am unfamiliar with auto repair service providers. After having the same service provider in Ohio for the past 20 years, I was searching for a new automotive repair business. I asked around for a recommendation, and everyone recommended someone different. There was no consensus. I took a leap of faith and found a business close to me. I found JSN Auto Repair. So far, it was a great decision. They got my car in immediately, addressed my concerns. My car was fixed and it runs great. Everyone was polite, positive, and professional. I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 225,000 miles. She is my wingman and has been everywhere with me. I hope to get 300,000 miles from her. Thank you JSN Auto Repair!

Took my Jeep there he repaired it quickly in 2 days and was much cheaper than Gettel Jeep dealership. Dealership told me that they couldn't get to it for at least 3 weeks. They were making money on parts too. Estimate from them was for over $4000. I got it done at JSN Motorsports for $2000 I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back to them. What I have to say to them is Thanks Great Job

I moved down to Florida from Canada 1-1/2 years ago and been taking my car into this shop since. They are friendly, professional, always get the job done and always follow-up the next day to make sure all is in good working order. Thank you everyone at JSN!

they inspect, keep you updates, give you a full description of repairs and the total cost. the staff is truly amazing, and my vehicle was done when they gave me a time. the work was done and is 100% better. Brandy and Joe will surely take care of you!!

I am from TN. and had my 2016 Ford Explorer diagnosed and repaired at JSN Auto Repair. Everyone there was friendly and professional. The lady there did all the work to get my extended warranty to cover the repair. I was very pleased with the work performed. Don Pridemore

After a negative experience when they first opened, we attempted to give them another try. Go with your gut, I wish I had. First, they tried to upsell us to a very expensive repair. We declined as that item had been done at the dealer the year before and it was unrelated to our issue. They still came in much higher than the Repair Pal and initial estimate. We paid them and went on our way. A day later, I'm on the side of the road with a tow truck. The malfunction was due to the tech being negligent in securing a camshaft adjuster cap and oil leaking from that location.Yes, they have a warranty as a Repair Pal partner. No, I would not trust them to touch my car again.

Received a discount flyer in my mailbox from these guys and decided to try them out with my Honda SUV. I explained my concerns about the vehicle. Their honesty and customer service as well as a nice clean facility/ waiting area were all top notch! They finished my vehicle on the same day with no issues after. As a first time customer with over 30 years in the customer service business, I'll be taking my car to JSN from now on!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I told them I needed a new clutch. They said I just needed break fluid flush for over $300. Got it back and had the same problem with shifting. Took it to the dealer. Need a new clutch. Thanks for ripping me off JSN.

The team at JSN are great! They replaced my radiator fan in record time for my appointment in Tampa the following day. Later on they replaced my cracked fuel pump and lines when I had gas smells. They are courteous, explain your vehicle's health in detail, and gave me a ride home when I couldn't find my own! Most of all I feel the difference in driving my van and JSN makes me and my disabled daughter feel safe on the road! That's important!Service: Engine repair

I dropped off my 2008 chevy Avalanche at Pit Stop because of low oil pressure. $778 dollars later they contacted me said it was finished , brought it to work the next day and noticed that oil pressure was still low. Contacted them, they told me to bring it back in after some hesitation... now I'm in my driveway, missing work with almost no oil pressure and a ticking sound. See pic. Pressure will not go above 20 even at 2500 rpm. Any suggestions ????

Stood there waiting for half an hour then finally when someone came up and talk to me they told me they weren t be able to do what I needed today while getting mad at ME even though I called in ahead of time and they said they could- they said I didn t show up on time even though I stood there waiting lol

I love going to pit stop. They fixed a power window on my car and a couple of weeks later it stopped working. I brought the car back in and there was no hassles. They took the car replaced the parts that were not working and returned the car to me at no cost to me. Pit stop always gives me top service. I have three cars and they service all of them.
