When i'm paying you to do a service for me, I expect professionalism on both the vehicle and our exchange of words. This is not the case here, I can give specific examples of blatant disrespect towards myself, a veteran, from the main phone handler, aka the secretary. Joseph was not in for our conversations, as I'm sure he is a great mechanic, although I did not get to experience his work. I wish them well, and hope for better professionalism in the future.

Joe is always very professional. He has everything running like a well oiled machine. I always go to Joseph's for oil changes, tires and any mechanical issues on all of our vehicles. I recommend him for all yours also. He is very honest and he has the best prices.

I recently lost my longtime auto mechanic. I looked at all the reviews and it looked like this would be a good place to bring my Mother's car. I decided to go in person since it was right outside our development. I asked the woman at the desk if they did the repair I thought we needed. She answered with one word, yes, paused and then proceeded to tell me it won't happen today or tomorrow or this week because "we have just gone through a hurricane and half the country just moved here". I was taken aback by the rudeness of this woman. I have lived here since 1993 and was fully aware of the hurricane and the population increase. She was without a doubt the rudest individual I have ever encountered in a customer service position and the last 3 years haven't exactly been noted for their civility. I wasn't expecting immediate service, I just wanted to know if they could fix the problem since the car was not able to be driven in the rain with the windshield wiper motor out. I wouldn't suggest anyone going there.

Took my vehicle 1st to Firestone and that was a mistake for sure. Got a 2nd opinion from Joe and he confirmed my doubts with the $2400 Firestone estimate. Their quote of faulty items wrong with my car were false. Thank you Joe for your honesty and quality work.

This place is very professional. Called on a Saturday afternoon when my car started to overheat. They took the car in and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. Joe, while not the most talkative (but what mechanics are?) Was very helpful and willing to help me and my family. He stayed late and did the work needed to get my car back on the road so I could get home. Reasonable pricing considering he had to do this last minute before leaving for the night, he could have charged much more. Woman in the front office was delightful! Would recommend this place to others.

Very thorough and explained everything he did. I believe that Joseph is a skilled, honest mechanic who takes pride in his work. His estimate, which was honored, fell below the dealership estimate for less work.

If you don t want the run around from major companies, if you don t want to be presented with overpriced parts that may not even be necessary, take your car to Josephs Auto Service. He s upfront with you and most importantly, does honest work. Timely, cost-effective, and honest...the 3 most important things in business and hard to find these days. Look no further!

Joseph is a true example of honesty, loyalty, efficiency and will always offer an opinion of facts to evaluate the problem and execute the solution at a reasonable cost. I own 4 cars and Joseph services each and everyone of them as if it was his own. His services are byond any experience I have retained with any Mechanic in my past.Thank you Joe!

My husband had his car towed and looked at by another local mechanic. This mechanic could not figure out what was wrong. We called Joesph's and he sounded like he was confident he could diagnose the issue and if we had it towed there he could look at it the next day.We paid for a second tow to take it to Joesph's on a Thursday evening. Friday came and went with no word on his car. My husband called and was told that he didn't have time to look at it and would look at it Saturday first thing. Saturday afternoon (around 3pm) we drove by his shop and he was closed! My husband's car was sitting right where the tow truck had left it. No word at all from this shop.Monday late morning my husband called and asked what was going on. My husband is a polite guy (even when people don't deserve it). Joe answered and was snippy and seemed overwhelmed and said "I told you I'll call you! I told you I will get to it Tues!" My husband corrected him and said you said Friday and then promised Saturday and you were not even open. He was snippy and hung up.Had we known it would take that long just to look at the car we wouldn't have wasted money to have it towed there! We needed it repaired ASAP because my husband relies on it for work! My husband missed work Monday because of this car issue. There was no way he could miss Tuesday too! So thanks to Joesph's we are out a tow truck bill, and a days work.Thankfully a blessing happened Monday after Joe being rude on the phone. My husband called another local mechanic and asked if we could tow it there. The guy was HONEST and said he was backed up until Friday. Then he asked what was going on with the car to see if he could help us over the phone. We told him and he told us what it could possibly be.My husband went and bought the part the other mechanic recommended to try. He then went back to Joseph's (late Monday afternoon). The car was sitting in the same spot with the keys still where the tow truck guy left them. My husband repaired his own car right there in front of Joesph's garage. No one even came out and they could all see him I'm sure. Joesph had never met my husband because the car was towed there. For all they knew someone could have been stealing parts or something. Thankfully the advice of the other mechanic worked and the part only cost 145.00. When my husband was finished he went into the office and let them know he fixed his own car and would be leaving with it. Then Joe came out. Acted like he was overwhelmed the past few days. My husband then told him again you said you'd look at it Friday and how bad he needed his car for work.It comes down to this....We know things can get busy. However you shouldn't tell someone you will look at it a certain day if you are not sure you can (YOU DID NOT SAY TUES YOU SAID FRIDAY, THEN SATURDAY). Then if something does come up be decent enough to call or have someone call and let them know things were delayed. When a customer calls because they had not heard from you for days be polite and not snippy with them. I have pictures of my husband fixing his own car outside a mechanics shop and no one even bothered to come out to see what was going on. That is concerning. Maybe they thought since my husband's car was old and not as pretty it would be fine sitting outside for days (WITH THE KEYS IN IT). In fact, maybe that's why my husband's car kept getting pushed to the back of the line.I hope this review serves as a lesson to better your customer service. My husband is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He was lied to and not treated well by this business. We are so thankful though for honest and caring mechanics like the one who ended up helping us over a five minute phone conversation. Unfortunately, we do not feel like Joesph's is one of those.

Joseph's has become my go-to for car work. Joseph is honest, hardworking, and easy to get along with. His work is always thorough, complete, and warranted. Plus, they don't charge an arm & a leg!

Worst Ewer i Know . I went there he ask me what country i came ? off course i have accent .also a cheep Saturn sw 2001 .but that ok i got it every day :) any way i was there with AC swich problem on may 7 / 2015 he said its coast me $ 140 .I said ok lets do it. He make appoitment next day after i wait 4 hours he said the part not come yet will be on Tuesday May 13 ... I said take to long for a parts ? He said He can Ordered from me for $ 300 for a dealership coupple hour will be done . ( I should walk away right away ) I could Not becouse the car was in peacees all parts on the Floor on his shop ....S o i said ok wait until tuesday ... He ask me to pay$ 205 what a jump for $ 140 to $ 205 but i said not a big deal i gust want the AC done special if you live in Fl ... I wait on tuesday Joseph no call ..I called Him at 2 pm on tuesday May 11/ 2015 .I ask Joseph what going on why he not call me ? He said the part not yet arrived :(( ok i told him to call me when he got the part but i WILL NOT WAIT UNTIL Wednesday ... according to his word i should have the part by his word .I said if wednesday the part not comming i need my money back .. (He was bumbiling snashing his tith ) excuses ,escuses . he said the part will be there .....He called my back one hour later he said i am good to goo in next day at 9;30 am ... so far so good ... when i was there is no Ac part :((( he ordered at the phone in the office i was waiting patienly to calm my self .. I took my bible app on my Ipad The Lord he give me joy and peace . after 3 hours he sad you all set give me the key not saying have nice day or something he gust go back in His shop like he was very busy even thou ( no one arround customers wise that make sense ) . i call Joseph i give him a Gospel track and a $ 20 bill xtra TIP i sad to Him . The Lord told me to give you this track and go have a cup a cofee .You should see His face !!!! I dry to my work on 75 after 25 mille i heard a funny noise on engine . Oil change/ Low oil lights on ...I drive on Laurel Rd i park I STOP ASAP BY mechanic he took a look ...You not gonna belive that . 4 quarter 4 little bottle of oil to save my car maybe too late He put the Mechanic also the brake fluid cap was taken out .The Mecanic he ask me Who in the world and what kind a shoop i came after i told the whole story . He was estimated a use engine $ 1500 plus Labor .My car sounds like motorcicle .... Why this man Joseph not tell me if i have a leek on my car .There is No way Burn 4 bottle quarter of oil 25 mille no leek .... what in the world its going on I sugest to No one to go to this Man Joseph automotiv i will pray for Him God to bless HimPS ON MY CAR I HAVE PRINTED IN THE BACK BIBLE SCRIPTURESbless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. I TRUST NOONE BUT JOSEPH FOR MY VW HE KNEW WHAT TO DO WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WHEN I FIRST GOT MY CAR. HE HONEST AND TRUST WORTHY!!! HE KNEW HIS STUFF.
