Jeff's Auto is an excellent Family run business that prides itself on exceptional service. Unbelievably fairly priced services. I did not buy a car here but had my vehicle serviced and could not be happier. Prompt, Quality service was performed on my vehicle. There is a very comfy inside lobby if you are waiting and also outside seating. I have found my mechanic for Charlotte County. I will 100% be returning and also bring my wife's car for work here. Thank you Jeff's Auto for your honesty and talent!

Jeff and his family are the most honest and upfront people I have ever met. I own a roofing company. Jeff takes care of all of our vehicles both personal and corporate. You would be crazy to go to any other Mechanic in the Port Charlotte area. Thanks, Jeff.

I absolutely love Jeff and his family! I have a fleet of vehicles that always need maintenance and repairs and as usual it was impossible to find a good mechanic that wasn't taking me to the cleaners until I was recommended by several coworkers and neighbors to swing by here. I have been going here ever since and love the honesty and the quality of work that I always receive when stopping in. They are always friendly and they always seem like they care about the customer.

If you are looking for someone who is fair and will explain exactly what the issue is with your car and what needs to be done. This is the place. Been going here 2 years since I moved down here. I would give 10 stars if I could. Not a single bad thing to say about Jeff and his family.

So glad that someone recommended Jeff's Auto to me. Very professional family run business. They diagnosed the problems (I had several) on my 2008 Nissan Sentra while I waited in their comfortable sitting room. An appointment was made and I dropped the car off on a Sunday night and my car was finished before noon the next day. I am very impressed. It's hard to find an auto repair that's trustworthy, reliable, and reasonable. Wish I had found Jeff years ago. Take your vehicle here and you won't be disappointed!

A family owned shop. I always receive excellent service. Jeff always consults with, advises and educates the customer about what's wrong with the vehicle giving his professional opinion. Nice people.

These are some of the most genuine and honest people you will ever deal with. Family owned and like their motto, they truly treat you like family.Their prices are fair, they're honest, they're friendly, and they truly CARE.You won't find another Auto Shop like this one. Customer for life.

This place came recommended from our neighbour. We dropped our vehicle off yesterday and they squeezed us in with a quick repair and I picked it up today. They called to confirm the price of the estimate before they did any work so there wouldn t be any surprises. So far so good! This will be our go to from now on!

This is a top-notch organization. Run like a good business should be. I was in visiting family from out of state and had car troubles. In the morning turned the car in. It was diagnosed mid-day and work completed late afternoon. Jeff called me himself after diagnosis to explain their findings, review measures to correct, review itemized costs and make himself available for questions. What Jeff understands is that he operates within a very dense senior population. What is one of the most essential things for people of this age more than any other age group? WORD OF MOUTH. The risk and fear of being taken advantage of is very real so word of mouth is critical for seniors. Jeff's service was great. As for the cost, I don't have anything to compare it to, as I have not had this type of car issue before. However, it definitely was not unreasonable or as high as I feared. I felt that they took care of what needed to be taken care of to correct the problem and didn't try (or use scare tactics) to perform (or charge for) unnecessary work. They know what they are doing and know where their bread is buttered. When you scroll down the reviews until you get tired and all are 5 star, that should tell you something. Refreshing experience, especially for this industry.

Jeff, Faye and daughter are the most professional and kindest people you would ever meet. Jeff performs superior work and demonstrates the highest standards in his shop. Their honesty is unquestionable and I will only take my car to Jeff's Auto for service. I never have to worry if the advice or repairs are needed or reasonably priced. This type of service is unheard of these days. Jeff's Auto is the best!

We are looking to buy a used car and Mandy has been amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and is making our buying experience nothing but easy and not stressful as it always is. We don t feel pushed or rushed like it usually is when you re looking for a car I would definitely recommend Jeff s not only to buy a car but also to service your cars here. We have been bringing our cars to Jeff s for several years and are very satisfied with his service, his honesty, and customer service. His staff is awesome!!

Very impressed with Amanda and Jeff's Auto Sales! I found this car using one of the on-line car search websites, but then reached out to Jeff's directly. I live over 500 miles away from Jeff's, so I was a bit hesitant to pursue it, but Amanda answered every one of my questions...even recording detailed videos of the interior and exterior of the car. She helped make the paperwork super easy through overnight deliveries, and even arranged for the car to be picked up for transit during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend! The car was delivered exactly as I expected (actually slightly better!) and I've been very pleased with it!I'd recommend Jeff's to all buyers - local or even hundreds of miles away! Super service, fair pricing, and a great vehicle!

5 star rating doesn't seem high enough. I've been doing business with Jeff's since 1992 and have had nothing but positive experiences. I know many people who choose to come here and everyone is so happy with the service they get and knowing that when they come in that they will be taken care of, treated with care and respect and charged fair prices only. Jeff is known throughout the business as a trustworthy place to go where you know you'll get the attention you deserve and quality service. I can't say enough how much I stand behind this business. So, recently had the pleasure of conducting business with Jeff s Auto. I don t write many reviews but this one is worth it. This business is a hassle free place that I d recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle or someone looking for quick and honest maintenance at a reasonable price. I ve purchased a vehicle from them and have them maintaining my vehicles. No, I don t work there. No, they didn t pay me for this or any other kick-back. This is just an honest review of someone that was pleasantly surprised with the great conduct of a local business!

When we moved here from Two Rivers WI, we were in need of a reputable mechanic. Our neighbor highly recommended Jeff's Auto Sales and Service. We have had many occasions when we have needed his expertise and have never been disappointed. Truly a honest and reliable mechanic.I would give him 10 stars if possible

I have been bringing three vehicles to Jeff s for years. It is a quality, family run business. It s nice to know I can trust my mechanic to give me an honest assessment and fair prices. I have never felt taken advantage of as I have at car dealerships. I highly recommend Jeff s for vehicle maintenance and repair.

We have been using Jeff s Auto for almost four years. It is family owned and Jeff is the best mechanic we have found and always feel he is honest and fair. We have three cars one of which we bought from them. His wife and daughter work in office and they are pleasant and professional

Simply said - just the best. I have known Jeff for 30 years and he has taken care of all my cars during that time. His honesty and integrity would make Abraham Lincoln envious. Jeff is highly trained and conscientious. He also has a wicked sense of humor so you may get a few free laughs thrown in. Fay and Mandy make you feel at home. They are the simply the best too. You will never regret taking your car to Jeff s Auto - or buying one from him.

Jeff's Auto Sales is the place to go if you need help with your car. Jeff saved me $$$ after I was told by another tire dealer that I needed all new brakes on my 2012 Mustang. I did not need brakes, however, the new tires I bought from Tires Plus on Kings Highway where not balanced correctly. After testing the tires on the balanced machine I saw how badly they were balanced. I gladly paid $ to have Jeff balance the tires correctly. I would recommend Jeff's to anyone. I feel I was treated with respect by honest people. You can't go wrong.

He was the only mechanic who was able to figure out the complication with my car. I've taken my car to a master mechanic (Honda dealership)and a general mechanic and they could not figure out the problem. Jeff immediately was able to narrow down the issues and suggested I buy a new battery and such and it ended up being a winning solution.

Very honest with me and has fixed the water pump back on my 00 impala, and fixed the most recent vacuum leak in the air intake hose. Affordable and I look forward to using Jeff's auto service with any unforseen car issues in the future!

I have brought multiple vehicles in for many different services at this point. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the repairs are done quickly and reasonably priced, and most important: the're done RIGHT! Have never had an issue with anything they have worked on and will continue going to Jeff's for all of my auto care needs. Planing on buying my next car from them shortly as well.
